1. Undo

   How TF can you not allow undo ANYWHERE in ANY application! The year is 2020! Why are computers great? Many reasons. One of the biggest? UNDO.

   WHY CAN I NOT UNDO WHEN I MAKE A MISTAKE FILLING A DOC IN FILL + SIGN MODE, WHEN I'M THE CREATOR OF THE DOCUMENT?! Every time I try to use Adobe's half-assed software (Premiere [the worst of all], Audition, Acrobat), I want to pull my f&*%ing hair out because you fools either altogether left out a VERY common and important feature, or you included a broken version of it! And when I say broken, I mean BROKE. Ever tried to export multitrack audio, in sync with picture, from Premiere "Pro" to BASICALLY THE ONLY PRO AUDIO SOFTWARE USED IN POST SOUND–Pro Tools? IT'S A COTDARN TRAINWRECK. I'm glad I've been cracking your sheisty software for years (and now have free access through my employer) because I would never pay for this sorry excuse for "professional" software! Sometimes it's helpful. But only ever enough to be a free beta. Except you charge money for your betas, and seemingly the majority of what you output is effectively a beta. Shoooot, one might even say its a gamma.

   And the support! Had a tech remoting my machine trying to figure out why Premiere was sending horribly unreliable AAFs and OMFs to Pro Tools (using a purchased and up to date verison of Premiere and Pro Tools). Guess what? 1.5 hours of him clicking around and sounding like an idiot over the phone, and he simply says "this is a known issue" and ends the call. He clearly had never made a movie in his life and was clueless about the mechanics of any of it, so it was about impossible to even describe my issue in a way he could follow. Compound that with the fact that English is not his first language, and he could give 2 shots about my 1st world problems, and you've got a recipe for the worst possible support you can imagine, as evidenced by the 1.5 hour long, fruitless phone call + remote access.

   Oh, and fork your subscription model.

2. font changes

   I start filling pdf and it uses one font. Then I use some of this letters (č,ć,š,ž,etc.) and it changes font to some other. I dont care what font i use, but i look like ****** sending filled pdfs with 2 fonts. I dont want to use 2 fonts. please help

4. Can't add text in the fill & sign section, pls help!

   I have an adobe acrobat DC, and I've tried several times to fill in a form on the app. However on the Fill & Sign tool, the Add Text function isn't turning up. How can I fix this?

   For PDFs having active form fields, only the sign option is displayed. This is AsDesigned behavior.

5. Preparing a document for Send & Sign

   I had a 42 page document that I needed to send out for initials & signatures. I carefully [for 30 minutes] prepared the document for sender + 2 signers, sent to be "prepared" and then clicked sign. It came back with me being the only signer in every place I had prepared. This despite checking and double checking the emails addresses were correct for signers 1 & 2. So I tried going in and editing the fields, which still did not resolve the problem. So I deleted the document and redid it...with the same result. I called support and spoke to them for 45 minute with no resolution [case ADB-269200-V1H7] Later I went back into the "prepared" document and found that most of what I had entered ["prepared"] was NOT connected to the proper signer as I had entered it. So I spent another block of time to re-edit. In total I spent about 3 hours getting the document to a correctly formatted form that could be sent out. Can someone explain what happened between me "preparing" and your DC unformatting-uploading ? I can tell you if this happens again I will be changing services.

7. Documents with fill sections

   This is more of a complaint. This new e-signatures feature you all put in for the PDFs has messed up the ability to enter information into fill sections. I can't change the information in the fill sections anymore.

   Overall, could you all just stop messing with stuff for a little while and let us get used to whats already there? You all have added so many new features and stuff that it's becoming convoluted. Just stop. Ya'll doing too much.

   Although this has been mentioned by others, I wanted to bring a different perspective to the request. Apologies for doubling up on the ask--

   Please allow users to create multiple signature profiles. It is impractical for many businesses and, honestly, the effect is kind of sexist. The impact of the policy likely affects women who use Acrobat DC disproportionately as they are more likely to use separate names in the workplace and their private lives compared to their male counterparts. They are also more likely to serve in roles where they may have to sign on behalf of one or more people in a professional setting compared to men.

   Additionally, many people in the same household share a single computer or an account, and these individuals may have to sign the same or different documents.

   While the issue of only allowing one signature is merely a hassle, it does cause stress for people, wastes valuable time, and forces workarounds for a task that is supposed to be made easier by your product. Further, there is also no legitimate reason for only allowing one signature when previous product versions allowed it and there are ample ways to accommodate so-called security concerns.

   On Request Signatures: The pre-filled data that I put in the boxes looked all neat and tidy before sending. Then when the document came back, the font in the prefilled boxes was twice as large and only half the address could be read! On a contract! The document does not appear to everyone the same way that it appears when I am creating it and now my contracts look like noob work. How am I to guess how pre-filled data will look if it is deceiving while building the doc? I put a screen shot of it, the suite, city, state, zip are all cut off - and yet when I built it, everything fit across in one line just fine. Now text is all super size.

10. Cannot add new signature

    Actually I first needed to ad a stamp that do not cover the document text behind.
    Found a user that suggested me to create a signature from a picture.

    But now I cannot even find out how to edit my old signature or create an extra text-based signature. There is no button as " Add new signature"

11. Ability to disable the completed agreement from being sent to signers in Adobe Sign

    We sometimes need to handle documents with sensitive personal information (such as people's Social Security Numbers) in Adobe Sign. In that case, once the signatures are collected on the document, we need to transmit it to the final recipient in a more secure manner than by email, in order to comply with Massachusetts privacy law. In some cases the "mask" feature could be applied to the sensitive fields, but in others that wouldn't work because the document requester needs their SSN to appear on the completed document. For these cases, it would be useful to have the ability to disable the function where Adobe Sign automatically emails the completed version of the agreement to all signers.

12. Allow signer to add custom text option to the Request E-signatures feature

    Most of my customers need to code invoices, the open text option doesn't allow for the enter key to add additional lines. It would be awesome for them to either fill in a preset 'stamp' or add comments with more functionality

13. E-Sign Reminders

    Enable all documents created in E-sign to automatically have a pre-defined reminder set up (ie pre-define in settings 3 days, 1 week etc) so its no longer needed to remember to go in and set up the reminder after issuing the document.

14. Remove Text option for Digital Signatures

    When sending a document to someone using the eSign digital signature feature, they have the options "Type" "Draw" or "Image". I request that we as the sender have the ability to remove the "Type" option. A typed signature on the resultant signed pdf file is not suitable for legally binding documents. I want to the ability to restrict the recipient to the "Draw" and "Image" options so that a real signature is captured on the document.

15. BUG - acrobat does not allow blank option in dropdown and request signatures

    Sometimes 'Blank' IS the right value for a dropdown list. I do not understand why a user cannot request a signature when the form has been designed with an option in a dropdown field that has a blank value. This error occurs even if the user has selected a value other than 'blank'.

16. Date field not working properly when Polish user interface is set.

    Date field not working in Polish Acrobat Reader DC, Acrobat Pro 2020, Acrobat Pro DC and probably many others similar to those mentioned here. Calendar does not pop up after clicking on date field when Polish UI is set. When user interface language is set to English date field works properly. Even months names and week days names are translated in Polish.

    Hi,

    Can you please provide the following details :

    1. Does the app freezes when you try Fill and Sign with all PDF files or specific PDF files. If possible can you please share a sample PDF.
    2. Did you try using Comments/Edit after opening the PDF?
    3. Once the application freezes, open task manager and go to Acrobat.exe process, right click and create a process dump. Kindly share that with us.

19. Can't delete saved signatures or initials

    When signed into Adobe Acrobat DC and computer is behind a corporate HTTP proxy you can't delete signatures or initials.

    Steps to replicate:
    Sign into Adobe Acrobat DC on a PC behind a corporate HTTP proxy
    Open a PDF with Adobe Acrobat DC and go to Tools->Fill and Sign->Sign
    Clicking on grey stop sign next to signature or initial has no effect

    Only workaround is to close Adobe Acrobat DC and rename %appdata%\Adobe to Adobe_BAK and get the user to sign back into Adobe Acrobat DC with their Adobe ID

    If you delete only the %appdata%\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\Security\acrobatfsssignature_initials files then when you open a PDF with Adobe Acrobat DC and go to Tools->Fill and Sign->Sign you'll just get a loading spinner that never finishes loading

    Hi,

    Thanks for reporting the issue. Can you please try the following steps :

    1. Go to Fill and Sign. Choose Me.
    2. Wait for some time so that all network calls are completed in the background.
    3. Try deleting the signature now.

20. Fill and sign does not pull up saved signature image

    I was previously able to sign documents using a saved image via the fill and sign feature. I have now installed DC and when i open the fill and sign feature, I am able to add text to a PDF document but when i click the 'Sign' button, my saved signature images do not load. The box which is supposed to contain the signature images shows up but there is no content in it.

    This is happening with multiple docs. I was able to use this feature without any trouble until a few days back.

    Thanks for reporting the issue. Can you please provide us some more details :

    1. Please make sure you are on the latest version of Acrobat. To check go to Help > Check for Updates.
    2. Are you observing a blank Sign drop down in Fill and Sign app?
    3. Are you able to use the Adobe Sign application?
    4. Can you please try signing out and then signing in to Acrobat?
    5. Are you under some network/firewall restrictions? If yes, can you please disable them and try again.
