Visibility Bug
When viewing a document, if looking at a doc from under 100% zoom, I can't see any prefilled info on the page. When I zoom in to 106% or out to 78.4%, the prefilled data becomes visible. What the ****?

Move the Zoom Buttons, Page Navigation, and Page Number display Back to the top center
Move the Zoom Buttons, Page Navigation, and Page Number display BACK to the top center where I'm expecting them to be. This is NOT simplifying your design, it is interfering with my productivity for absolutely no reason. The simplest design is the one I'm already familiar with.

Page numbers and zooming tools are no longer at the top of the page but to the right. If this isn't a bug, you guys have lost your minds.
Page numbers and zooming tools are no longer at the top of the page but to the right. If this isn't a bug, you guys have lost your minds. It would not be quite as horrible if there were a quick, easily accessible option to fix it to the way any reasonable human being would want it to be.

Keyboard shortcuts
The ability to customise keyboard shortcuts, despite what some of your staff seem to think, is an important accessibility feature.
I find what Adobe can do amazing, it's however very held back by its poor usability. Among the worst example is the fact that commonly used shortcuts, which have the same function for almost all other apps, for some reason have different functions in Acrobat. The number of times that an incorrect shortcut has interrupted the flow of work (because, of course, I can't find the well-hidden tool that will fix the problem I'd just inadvertently created) means that quite…6 votes -

Override Page Display
Accessibility -> Override Page Display didn't work in previous versions and doesn't in this one either.
Try on https://publications.blum.com/2022/catalogue/en/. Download the complete PDF catalogue.
Preferences set in Page Display and Accessibility->Override as single page continuous and fit width.
File opens as Fit Single Page. Change view to Fit Width Scrolling. Click on any page number link in the document and the view changes back to Fit Single Page.
This is a reference publication I use a great deal and I curse at its ignorance of my view preferences every time.
Override should ignore ALL changes to document view unless…

The text in the menus and drops down is too small. Guess you decided not to make you software accessible to those with poor vision.
Please give me an option to enlarge text size so I can actually use your overpriced software. Otherwise, just make clear that you don't support those with poor vision. If you don't, that is fine. Just warn us so we know not to waste our money on your product.

New Adobe
SINCE ITS NEW UPDATE ADOBE HAS BEEN MORE COMPREHENSIVE AND THIS TOOL BAR I WISH IT WERE ON TOP AS BEFORE AND NOT ON THE SIDE AND IT IS LESS VISIBLE. BESIDES, IT BECAME NOT USER FRIENDLY. I AM NOT SURE ABOUT ALL OF NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND IF THEY ARE GOOD FOR USERS. THEY DO NOT THINK THAT WE WANT EASY ACCESS TO TOOLS AND NOT SPENDING TIME TO SEARCH EVERY SINGLE TOOLS. THE LAYOUT IS NOT FRIENDLY TOO. EVERY TIME THEY UPDATE ADOBE IS BECOMING WORST AND WORST AND COMPLICATED.

Upper Bar Double-clicking
I'm unable to interact with the upper bar of the program to resize it. Normally, double-clicking this area would maximize the window, but this action does not work any longer.

How to close or hidden the left "all tool"
It is really terrible when I open the new PDF file, as I have to close the left tab to have a normal view, please advise how to remove this and ensure the full page showing.

Initial page zoom
As a bifocal wearer, the default full-page display is RARELY suitable. I'd MUCH prefer that Adobe Reader pre-zoomed to a text readable level. I tend to end up at 150% zoom, but everyone's needs are unique, so accessibility personalization should be configurable. Maybe a simple default zoom setting or a smarter (AI?) learned one based on the size of the text in the current document.

overly scanned and photocopied documens
OCR needs to be standard in all PDF documents. If some documents have been scanned or photocopied multiple times and it's hard to identify the images or the text is hard to recognize with OCR, there should be a banner that says something like "We recommend you use a different copy of this document as it is no longer up to accessibility standards."
Jus to clarify teachers/professors who are transitioning their handouts to digital will often scan in their overly photocopied documents which are hard to make out the pictures and could be hard for OCR to identify text (not…

Maintenance
On Tuesday, I downloaded Adobe Acrobat to my laptop with the 7 day free trial. I was able to download the software to the hard drive.
I needed to convert .pdf files to PowerPoint so that I could edit and modify and pull selected slides into a new PowerPoint. Here's what happened.
1) I got an error message saying "Something went wrong. Sorry for the inconvenience. Try again later."
2) I tried again. It was at the point in the process where I was exporting the .pdf file. It told me that 3.5 of 8 MG was loaded. The box…

BUG REPORT: Classic Accessibility Checker Not catching all issues
In our office we have somepeople that have Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 - Classic and some people have Adobe Acrobat Pro - Continuous Release.
We believe there are missing accessibility issue flags in the Acrobat Pro 2020 - Classic, specifically with the table headers, however, we are not certain if the issue extends byond this.
We will run the checker on a document and in Acrobat Pro - Continuous Release there are more issues flagged than there are in Acrobat Pro 2020 - Classic. Here are the following steps we follow on both Classic and Continuous Release:
Step 1: In your PDF, go…

Adobe Acrobat wrong location selected using tab navigation on links
The problem occurs if you have a Link and the text content has a break-line; when you navigate through tab selection, normally the text is selected, the selection for those cases, the reader locates the selection in the wrong place, it depends on the resolution or the scale of the window, at more resolution, the selection place is worse.
Example of the FO structure used for a link with break-line is as follows:
…<fo:block space-before="0pt" start-indent="0.63in" space-after="9pt">The Quick Response (QR) code images in some parts of this guide provide links to additional video explanations of particular topics. For example, you

I was a prolific user of Acrobat Pro in my work-life, and I miss it now in retirement. Please consider offering a discount for seniors.
I am sure that lots of now-retired people - myself included - who used (and loved) Adobe Acrobat Pro in their professional lives would be happy to pay for access to that software if there was pricing that considered that we now are living on carefully managed fixed incomes. Please consider offering a discount for seniors. Thank you.
