  1. At the moment you can only replace a cc participant on a Webform with another. You can not delete a cc participant if there is no replacement. The only way around this is to re-create the Webform which is time consuming and a messy solution.
    Please introduce this functionality.

  2. Current state: It is not possible to add whole user groups of the Adobe Admin Console (e.g. synchronized via Azure AD) into the purchased products, if the product profile (e.g. Adobe Sign) has been allocated to the user group in the a Adobe Admin Console.
    At the moment only the individual users appear in the product (e.g. Adobe Sign) and one have to duplicate the user groups in Adobe Sign which already are already available in the Adobe Admin Console (e.g. via Azure AD synchronisation).

    Wish: We would like to have the user groups available in the Adobe Admin Console…

  3. Hire better programmers from a competitors, yours are incompetent and the program FAILS everyday. Once I get the signature issues resolved with DRAWBOARD Adobe will be cancelled AGAIN.

  4. There is restriction to replace the signer information if ''LDV Limited Document Visibility'' option has been enabled for the account.
    There is scenario where user can accidentally type incorrect email address when send document for signing to recipient. Due to the option enabled, submitter is not able to replace the signer anymore and need to create document again and send it for signing.

    Please give access to Account Administrator to replace external signer with internal signer in this type of scenario.

  5. When filling out forms for e-signature we need a way to favorite our commonly used fields. For example if I need to access signature, print name, and date for all of my documents I should be able to have them in their own section so I don't have to toggle back and forth between sections each time.

  6. We use web forms for applications, it would be helpful to add a cover page to fill in their progress on our side and combine other document that they did not attach originally
    Also should be able to have full pdf tools in editing web forms - so can edit base form and fillable fields

  7. Audit reports of documents sent for signature or completed include attached PDF of the documents. Please allow a setting to sent the audit reports without attachments. Some documents are sensitive and should not be retained in email accounts.

  8. We are currently in the process of modernizing our internal approval processes and have a number of forms that have been converted from excel worksheets into PDF forms. These forms when submitted, need to step through and be signed by a number of reviewers before final approval by the company Director.

    Our process is very collaborative and quite often, signers/reviewers have additional information that needs to be added to the document as it passes through different departments.

  9. I would like to request for the ability to disable e-signature when creating an Adobe Sign. It sound like a weird request, but handwritten signatures are the ONLY acceptable form for some project.

  10. Zelle is a payment app that works with retailers. Credit card companies and other financial institutions send money directly from one man or woman to another. The provider is much like Venmo or other peer-to-peer payment apps wherein friends can easily send each.   11. It would be great to be able to have an option to select "Sign all fields" on a electronic pdf document. (Both Initials and Full SIgnatures)
    Sometimes we have large documents to be signed and we have to click on each individual signature field making it time consuming to sign large documents.

  12. I use Acrobat DC fillable to sent to clients a form via AdobeSign with all my section prefill with format, check boxes, and radio buttons but I’m having a hard time with condition fields. For instance, I have a radio button with choices “Yes” or “No” and a field that has to be filled only if the answer is “Yes”. I have no problem setting it up when in the AdobeSign fillable page (just before sending) but I would like to be able to prefill it in Acrobat DC fillable PDF so it already have this condition set up.

  14. I need one particular form to be filled out continuously: 165 people, some will fill it 10 times a year and some will fill it 200 times a year. However, some users may be uncomfortable with e-signing. Some may have to route the form to another colleague for information or verification before sending. Or, a different person other than the one filling will be signing.     I'm an IT Administrator. We have an administrative Adobe account and issue accounts/licenses to our users.

    Summary:
    The problem is being unable to determine if emails from adobesign@adobesign.com are really from our staff or outsiders (since all AdobeSign documents send from that address) and I've found no points (email headers, body content, metadata... etc.) from which to filter these emails in our email security system, Mimecast.

  16. Here's why there was a problem that consumed an inordinate amount of time today. I could not enter my Adobe password to eSign. Using your Tech Support's suggestion of configuring a new eSignature, I had to enter an Apple password. I did so. When I attempted to eSign I ran into the same problem using my Adobe digital signature password. THEN, I used my Apple password and got in. Adobe is guilty of requiring an Apple password but not specifying that. Please get the Adobe website software fixed to give the correct prompt. Your BS password process below won't work…

  17. The application uses both spellings of canceled / cancelled at different times. It would be more consistent to use the same spelling throughout. (Example, when looking through all agreements, you see "Cancelled/Declined" but when you are emailed about the same agreement, the email header reads, "Agreement Exchange Canceled."

  18. I need my clients to sign a document in 5 different signature boxes and to be legally acceptable, they have to be taken separately so that they dont appear to be the same and a copy of each other.
    At the moment its only possible if I send 5 Mails and then my client can sign the first box, finish the document and then send it. Afterwards he gets another mail with the request to fill out box 2/5 and so on and so forth. This should be possible to change in the settings so that one can do 5…

  19. In a Sharepoint document library the signature status shall be indicated in the Share Point meta data. It should be visible how many of the requested signers have already signed the document and the signed status. That means all signer signed the document. Plus the signature date. It would be great if the link to the signed PDF document would be available as well in the document library.

  20. Allow the sender to choose an alternate email address instead of the primary email address used for Adobe subscription. I use my personal email address for the subscription but would like to be able to send documents to clients for signature from my business email address.
