Client's name in email address and in list of documents
When sending a contract for signature to a client I would like to be able to enter or see the full name of the client, not just the email address!
Similarly in the list of documents "out for signature" or "signed" there is no name visible. I have to open the doc to see who it is and there is not a full name (unless you have filled it in automatically which happens sometimes), only an email address!
Thank you!

split signed document
It would be very helpful if there's an option for sender to receive the signed documents in individually uploaded files. For example, I send 3 words documents for signing, after signed, it came back as 1 pdf, because of the certified signed, I'm unable to split the documents in 3 pdf.
DocuSign already have this function, hope you can add on the same function to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC - Adobe Sign. Thank you.5 votes -
Creating "Anyone" or "Everyone" signature fields
Hi,
I think it'll be easier to let the persons who were sent the pdf to sign insert themselves their e-mail address when they'll be signing.
Why do this?
When we need to send a document to be sign by more than 50, 100 or even 200 persons (when we need to check the presence of people at a webinar event, for instance) it's too long to do it now in Adobe Sign. We need to select and drag a signature field for each and everyone of them.1 vote -
Being able to reopen a document due to person messing up
I've had two instances so far where being able to reopen the document would have been advantageous instead of canceling the contract and starting all over again.
The first time was when the signer filled in the wrong information and the second time was the last signer, the official signer was unable to complete her signature, something happened and only two letters of her name was recorded on the document.

Adobe Sign - can you please add a tally number for docs sent since you have a limit per year.
Could you please pass on this comment for me: Wow, I am really surprised - since there is a limit of the number of documents I can send each year, I would think the an awesome product from Adobe would at the very least give me a tally of the number that I have sent from my account, ideally for each year, since that is the normal subscription. I thank the tech support person for trying to help me, but it would make all of our lives easier if Adobe could please provide a tally total.

document cloud
Is it possible to be able to create Shared Folders in the Document Cloud feature so my management team can review sent out forms in single folders, instead of forcing the senders to share each document individually?

Adobe Sign - sign in any order;
Would like for it to be customizable to allow for us to set as a default for all signors to sign in any order. Do not want to change this setting each time.

Can't delete signature document
I mistakenly created a signature document which is now saved under my account. It's my fault for overlooking how I did this, but nonetheless, I should be able to delete this document.
I've been told that this is not possible. The document can be hidden, it can be archived on Adobe servers, but neither of these options are adequate. I want the document purged and there should be an option for the user to do so.
I was told that earlier versions of Adobe Sign allowed this, then the function was removed for security purposes. I think this needs to…

Allow Relative Links in Adobe Sign (EchoSign)
Zebra has many internal documents that have been transitioned to Adobe Sign for approvals. What we have encountered is that these documents have a table of contents that contains links to specific sections of the document. Going through the signature process the documents are "flattened" and the links no longer work. This is causing quite a problem since this did not happen before switching to using Adobe Sign. Right now we have a repository where 39 documents have working links and 6 do not. This request has come from our CISO. If more information is required, please contact me.

Use PDF for signature
Dear Acrobat, why, after all those years, can we still not use your own (!) PDF format for setting a signature?
Or at least some other vector-based format? 🙏

Allow field to be placed during drag-and-drop even if it is partially off the page
Adobe Sign advanced mode:
What I'd like to be able to do:
Drag a field into place so that the left side of the field is aligned with the underlying document, EVEN if the right side of the field is hanging off the edge. I would then resize the field so that the whole field is on the page. What it does now:
If any part of the field you are dragging into place is not on the pdf page, Acrobat Pro DC will not let you 'drop' it there. The problem:
It turns what should be two steps into…1 vote -
Tracking Transaction Limits
Adobe Sign has transaction limits (https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-sign/adobe-sign-transaction-limits/td-p/10892151?page=1). Currently, other than manually counting your transactions, there isn't a way to track the number of transactions you've completed and thus, no way within Adobe to know how many transactions you have remaining for the year. Please consider adding this so that users can easily see how many transactions they've completed and how many they have remaining.

Zapier Integration
Integration with Zapier.
We currently use Adobe Sign to send our application to applicants, with a signature request. It does take a few moments to set things up for this to be sent. It would be a great time saver if we could set up a zap in Zapier to automatically send this document with the signature request and the email already filled out.

Create reminders to send document
As a user, I create and prepare a document to be sent at a later date. It appears that, currently, you can only create reminders once they are sent. I would like the ability to also create reminders to send documents that includes notifications that are past due.

Hidden email addresses
When sending to multiple signers, it would be nice to have an option where you can hide the email address from other signers. For example, sometimes I have to send to a personal email address, but I don't want the other signers to see that email address. Also, I am unsure if the signers also get a copy of the Audit Report (that is usually attached to the document for the sender). I hope they don't get the audit report, because that report lists all the email addresses it was sent to.

Request Signature with Security Enables
Good afternoon,
The version I am utilizing is Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. Currently, requesting signature on a password protected document is not a supported feature. The password security settings must be removed in order to send documents for signature. This is a feature we would like to see as we would like our formatting locked to internal users, while still allowing these users the ability to fill in information and send for signature.
