Work with PDF after signature
Creators should have the ability to work with a PDF after it is signed. For instance, we should be able to add an additional signature or signer. Another example, if a fully executed agreement is to be terminated, I would like to be able to combine a PDF of the letter terminating the agreement with a copy of the signed agreement. I am unable to do that now, due to the security settings on the signed PDF.

Team Collaboration - Adobe Sign and Send
My team of 4 uses Adobe sign and send. The thing is that we all have our "own" page to track signatures. Is there a way where we can all SHARE a page to keep track of needed signatures as a team? As a team leader, having to follow up with everyone else individually adds an unnecessary layer of complexity to my job. If I could see our "team" page, it'd be so much easier.

Acrobat DC doesn't allow to Ask for signatures for a document previously digitally signed
Steps to reproduce:
1. First I will make a PDF doc from a word doc.
2. So I now have a PDF file and I will sign it digitally using a digital certificate starting from the Certificates button from the right tool bar.
3. After the PDF document is signed I will push the Adobe Sign/Request Signatures button and instead of opening the screen where to input the e-mail address of the person I ask the signature from it displays the message in the attached picture. If I use the web version of Adobe DC for the same document digitally…

Electronic signatures are not simple at Adobe
Simplify your electronic signature solution to work like Docu-Sign. I'm forced to download a 300MB file and provided with trial periods and other product features. I just want to sign a document that's been sent to me and not spend the next 10 mins trying to figure out how to navigate your site.

It would be great if the first signatory could forward the document to witnesses to sign off as well.
The sender doesn't know who will sign as witnesses to the signer's signature, hence they can't be added as recipients. It would be great if the recipient could, in turn, send the document off for one to town witnesses to sign, a requirement for many legal documents.

why would you change the name of the tool from Adobe Sign to Request signature?
My ADobe Sign tool button disappeared - I had to chat online with tech support - she had me sign out and back in - still no Adobe Sign button but I saw a new button Request Signature (which is now Adobe Sign) but now every time I close out of a PDF I can't see either tool anymore - I have to sign out and back in again to see the Request for Signature. what is going on?

Conditional logic.
Would be fantastic if text or signature fields can only be completed if certain other fields are completed or boxes checked. I know DocuSign offers this functionality in their commercial license, which is very expensive.

Re-send signable agreement with corrected fill fields
When an error is made in an Adobe Sign template, but the error is not realized until after the document is sent for signature (or worse yet, already signed), it is nearly impossible to correct the issue and re-send the form. It should be the case that, a document pending signature or already signed, can be re-sent and everything is already filled out except for the field which was modified. For example, I realized that I accidentally assigned one field at the end of a document (among dozens of fillable fields) to the wrong person...the person got all the way…

Creator should be able to see the allocation of fields after sending, i.e., make it visible which fields have been assigned to whom.

Adobe Sign
Hi!
We recently switched from HelloSign to Adobe Sign. Adobe sign currently takes our team three times as long as Hellosign did. One of the biggest frustrations is if we noticed we missed an email address, we have to start completely over. Could you PLEASE make it so we can go back to the original page to make changes rather than starting completely over? In addition, is it possible to change the default to be not signing in order and we can change if needed? And lastly, is it possible to change the setting so if a password is entered…8 votes -
Adobe Sign - Able to add an expiration date to a needed signature
Would be great if in addition of setting a reminder, we would able to set an expiration date of when the document needs to be signed. For example, if the signee has 7 days to sign the document, the document will not allow signature after day 8 or 30 days after deadline. Setting up a deadline for signature would be nice to have

Keeping the sender and receiver in the same email loop
Currently, I have no way of communicating with my customer in the same email thread as the one in which I sent the document for signature. It would be very helpful to incorporate this in order for me to continue follow up processes after signing.

adobe sign
I have noticed a couple of limitations with Adobe Sign. Are there any work arounds for these:
1) Once I send a document out for signatures and it comes back signed I am unable to send it on to anyone else to have it signed. It will not allow me to save the document even to resend.
2) It will not allow me to rotate a document that is scanned in to put the signature upright or turn the signature field.
3) Is there a way to organize documents so that you can easily view documents still out for signature…2 votes -
Allow Court Clerk to File Stamp completed document
Court efiling services reject Adobe Sign documents. Clerks of court must be able to add a file stamp to signed court papers. Adobe Sign security features make it impossible for them to do that.
This makes the technology worthless for court filings. Please advise on the solution or create one.

.NET Framework Update - Adobesign now has trouble loading docs
When specifying where to sign, a one-page document freezes at 60% or loads blankly. Everything worked fine yesterday. Update was the only thing that changed.

Repeated sign-in
I have a paid Acrobat subscription. It asks me twice a day to sign in. This is a huge inconvenience especially to open Acrobat docs in the middle of urgent business Zoom calls. Please fix. Thanks.
