  2. I've asked support rep and realized that I have to download file one by one if I want to backup documents from cloud to local harddisk. Please consider to provide one-click document backup function. For example, Google Drive provide the ability to select files and then pack and download as single zip file which contains all selected files.

  3. When I receive signature from clients, especially when signed with mobile device, the signatures are always very small when I receive them. What can be done to fill signature line so they are more legible. They are unable to change size of signature prior to returning/submitting back to me.

  5. Multiple users send agreements for signature with clients they are working with but these documents are only visible to that user's login. The Admin should have the ability to view all documents in the user accounts or store them centrally. It is an extremely manual process to back these files up for our company records and the main reason we are looking to move to another e-signature tool.

  8. Hello

    I am using the Adobe Sign service via API.

    Sometimes a problem occurs when a signer enters his phone authentication code in the Adobe user interface (browser on smartphone).

    Here is a brief description, step by step:
    1 - The signer receives the link to the Agreement
    2 - By clicking on the link, the user (signer) opens the agreement in his browser (usually on his smartphone): the authentication screen appears.
    3 - If the user (signer) selects the "SMS" mode and taps "OK", the SMS with the authentication code is sent correctly.

  9. Up until a few days ago I was able to very easily go down the list of documents that were pending and see who viewed them and who has or has not signed. Now I have to open each document one at a time to see that. Can we bring the quick preview back?

  10. what is wrong with Adobe, same bugs, never fix, can never fill and sign, always has an error and I have to spend hrs trying to figure a workaround, can you guys just stop bragging you are the best in the market, your products are outdated and for anything to be sent for filling and signing, just remove this feature as you are terrible at it.

  11. just like docusign, add a duplicate feature in case a document needs corrections or needs just a minor change once it has already been sent.

    I have a template but a customer asked me to change his name, in this case I had to cancel and create a new sign document from the template, nothing else changed, just the name.... there should be some way to be able to correct and/or duplicate rather thn having to re-type the whole thing.

  13. It would be nice to be able to circulate a document for signature without sending the signers a copy or allowing them to download.

    The reasoning is lots of companies have internal document approval processes and libraries (such as SharePoint). The goal is to show that the document has been signed and approved but is only accessible from the document library.

    Adobe Sign would be perfect for circulating documents for approval; however the issue is that Adobe Sign sends the final document to everyone which in these situations is not beneficial to the control process.

  14. Setting a reminder feature is helpful, and sometimes we have the need to update the reminder schedule (ex: the reminder is set for every other day and we want to update it to once per week). I contacted support and they said I could try cancelling a document and resending it with a new reminder schedule. Is there a way to update the reminder schedule without cancelling the document? This would more user friendly for the sender and receiver of the document.

  15. The first document uploaded in about 15 seconds. Have tried multiple times to upload another. One finally uploaded after about 30 minutes. Current document has been hung over an hour. Been on hold for non-existent tech support over 40 minutes. Is there any management at Adobe anymore? Seems like the support dept is making no effort whatsoever and I find WAY more bugs now than in the past.

  16. You really should offer a new "feature" - alternatives to Intesi Group. (As far as I know Intesi Group is your and our only option.)

    At first I was very happy to learn that Adobe Sign was included in my existing Adobe subscription and that I should by able to send documents for signing with digital id (BankID in my case). As far as I have manage to figure out, I need to get a subscription with Intesi Group to be able to send documents to clients for them to sign with their digitla signature/BankID.

  17. Hello, I've already had a conversations with one of your representatives, Tanvi Bhalla. She suggested I go this route. If at all possible we would utilize a feature that allows consistency in the placement of signatures and stamps. While the grid feature does help, it is not consistent. We use documents that require signatures and stamps in the same exact locations. It would be beneficial if this could be done electronically and documents look more professional if they are consistent.   18. As the person that sends a form for signature - there needs to be an option for me to "undo" someone's signature, to allow the signee to edit their document again and re-sign. This would save them from having to redo the entire document ALL over again if they made 1 error on the form that needs correcting.

  19. In Adobe Sign under library documents > Adobe Sign Templates, there are a number of IRS tax forms. The W4 and I9 documents that are provided are now out of date. Would it be possible to update to the 2020 forms?
