  1. I open my PDF file and when I try to digitally sign it the program asks me to draw the space where I want my signature and then it turns this grey colour, as if something should have popped up but it didn't. It's vital that I can digitally sign documents. Thanks for your help.

  2. When sending a document for multiple signatures, I would like to be able to assign specific signees edit access to the document. That way they don't have to decline the document and then I would have to resend the document all over again. Then everyone would receive the final copy when everyone signs.

  3. I am the author of an Adobe Sign document. Now that the document has been fully signed, I am trying to combine it with an instructional guide (it was a test document) for users at my agency, but it is asking me for a password. I did not set password for the document. I have tried using my Adobe account password, but that isn't working. Why is Adobe arbitrarily requiring a password that I (as the document creator) didn't set? How do I even find out what the password even is?

  4. I have a corporate profile on Adobe but, even though on the site I am signed in with the corporate e-mail, on the pdf files I am signed in with my personal e-mail that does not have any rights.. not leaving me read any files. Any clues how I could fix this?

  6. I sign many documents that have multiple signature lines throughout the document. I read the first section and click sign ... no problems (#1). Then I read the second section. Once I'm comfortable with the text, I click to sign (#2) and it moves me back to my previous signature (#1). I have to scroll back down to the second signature line again and click to sign it again (my previous attempt did not sign, it just moved me backwards in the document). I spent an hour on the phone with support and they said the feature is only meant…

  7. I should be able to attach a doc, xls or any file type in a document for signing. It would be nice if I send a document for signing with the original source together with it, would it not?

  8. I am a photographer, (amongst other things), and want to use an Adobe product to create a photography consent form to be used in situations such as festivals and concerts. The key is, I want to be able to simply scan a person’s ID using OCR to fill the form, and then get a signature. A 30 second process, instead of 5 minutes babysitting someone filling out a form manually on an iPad. There are much lesser companies offering forms that can be filled out with OCR, but being an Adobe user, I am very surprised this functionality does not…

  9. Using templates is an extreme time saver. However, you should be able to edit the template text before sending for signature. Adding things like pertinent dates and names to documents is essential.
    If this feature were available, I'd be able to use 20 templates opposed to the current 5 that don't need to be edited first.

  10. It would be very helpful if templates created in Adobe Sign could be organized into folders. This would make the template library much more user friendly, efficient, and accessible.

  14. My clients get confused about the last step before they send out the document. It says "tap to sign" instead of "tap to send". I think it should be corrected.

  16. It's so slow to work with as compare to DocuSign and if I upload couple documents together it says files is too big. it's only 12 pages, very inconvenient.

    It should give the separe report for each pdf but when you attach multiple files in one signature then it create a combined file which is creates extra work to separate them or you have to send it individually which takes longer time and too many emails in the inbox and confuse me and my clients.

  18. When submitting a web form adobe will ask for your email address, sometimes you accidently misspell your email and the form is then lost. Adobe should add a feature where the form publisher can toggle an option to where the form signer has to type in their email twice or confirm their email to avoid this issue.

  19. There are many institutions that want to use AdobeSign, but are wondering how to track the number of transactions purchased by each department. If we were able to set a transaction limit within the group this would be very beneficial. The same idea is already in place for Adobe Stock with the credits.

  20. Please add the last updated time to the last updated field on the Privacy page so people can easily identify the date and time of the agreements to delete. It is because it is quite difficult to identify the correct file to delete if users accidentally created the same file name with the same date but different time. Thank you.
