New Experience is causing a failure
The new experience view is causing an issue and will not load documents that need signatures on them. The only thing that happens is that it spins as though it's trying to load those pages. When I switch to the classic experience, either online or in the app, everything works just fine.

signature fields assignment
when we prepare our contract's fillable form to have it ready for E-sign, we assign the signature fields to "signer" for client and "signer 1" for us. howver when we are ready to "click to send for signature" the signture field assigned to "signer 1" which is us, it is actuallt assigned to "signer' the client. We have to manually change it every time before we send out. the issue is that we have seperate field for date and time to be filled seprately by each signer. We know Adibe provided date and time stamps automtically but our state regulations…

Once I have added signatures and I am assigning form fields
Once I have added signatures and I am assigning fields, I need to be able to go back and add another email for signatures, including adding myself, without restarting the whole process of entering emails, adding documents, and assigning fields.

Users who are not part of transaction or are not recipient of the agreement should also be able to delete and cancel the agreement.
We have a requirement where other users along with the users who are part of the transaction or recipients of the agreements should also be able to cancel the agreement.

Create an option (setting) to "require" fields be filled out before being returned
It would be nice if there was an account setting so that all fields are required in a document before they can be sent back. I know it can be done on a per case basis but it would be nice if there was a deafult setting so that you do not have to check the box every time.

We see delay While typing the text in. prefilled text box using new experience on Adobe sign.
Many users have reported this issue that when they are using new experience while sending a new document to any of the signers. So when they select a field and they choose the prefilled text option to fill in the prefilled text for that text box. While typing the content in the prefill text, it takes time to reflect that prefilled text onto the main screen field. First of all, the users is not a problem, but there are people who are typing ad letters in a minute, and for them it is a problem. Please look into this and…

Update W9 Template to 2024 version
In Adobe Sign under library documents > Adobe Sign Templates, there are a number of IRS tax forms. The W9 in particular is out of date now that the IRS published a 2024 version. Can you please replace these forms with their most updated version?

Acrobat e-sign always defaults dates to DD/MM/YY
(non classic experience but similar there too)
It's a very frustrating especially for one doc with multiple signatures to keep resetting the date to MM/DD/YYYY. it always defaults to DD/MM/YYYY. Is there some way to just set in preferences so it's a global change?1 vote -

If i remove one signature and add another signature it take more than 2 minutes to delete the old signature

Password Protected Documents Need E-signature Capability
To be able to upload password protected documents for e-signature. They are protected so they will not be changed in the review process without parties knowledge. Protecting BEFORE signature, is just as important as after. In a large company, the password cannot be shared with lots of workers or the process becomes unsecure.

Global Settings and Send Settings Need to be Available for E-Signing
It seems that Global Settings and Send Settings are only available for the Enterprise accounts. I have a business Teams account for Adobe Pro instead and these settings are missing.
This is illogical, the very simple customizations that are otherwise available under "Global Settings" and "Send Settings" appear to have been simply overlooked for the Adobe Pro Team users.
The Adobe Pro subscription certainly advertises "powerful e-signature features" but I can't even change the signature time stamps to show EST?

Signatories may refuse to sign an agreement without cancelling it, so the other participants can sign and the agreement shall continue and be concluded. The report of signatures will indicate the signatories who have refused

Add spacing options for text/number fields.
I have some fields which are numbers like Fed Tax ID. And the PDF which im adding underneath has single digit boxes. Which i can accomplish in 2 ways:
1. Add 9 boxes correctly spaced so they populate the necessary single digit boxes.
2. Add 1 text box which overlaps the corresponding boxes and looks ugly.Ideally, i should be able to add spacing in between each number so it correctly matches the boxes in the pdf underneath

Allow for recipients to be saved to templates
In docusign its great. When you have a template with say Customer (signer 1), Manager (signer 2), HR (CC). It automatically has those added.
If we are adding a template it should automatically add the appropriate signer spots with labels. Also, it allows you to go forward, only to realize you were supposed to have 2 signers. Resulting in the need to go back to add them, even though the template knows there shouldve been 2.1 vote -

Would be helpful when in the edit mode either of templates or before sending, to be able to click and drag to highlight multiple fields to delete.

Add Users To Admin Console For Adobe Sign Where the Product Transactions is automatically selected or allow API to control which product to add.
