  2. Document Control for Adobe Sign

It would be nice to be able to circulate a document for signature without sending the signers a copy or allowing them to download.

The reasoning is lots of companies have internal document approval processes and libraries (such as SharePoint). The goal is to show that the document has been signed and approved but is only accessible from the document library.

Adobe Sign would be perfect for circulating documents for approval; however the issue is that Adobe Sign sends the final document to everyone which in these situations is not beneficial to the control process.

  3. Signature Failures

    Several Items wrong with signing:

•When adding Signatures on IOS it is very difficult to adjust the signature screen. Sometimes you can grab the field sometimes you cannot. Good luck grabbing the little arrow on the bottom right or getting it to populate.

    • When you send for e-signature it comes back very small when signed by hand. It does not auto adjust to the PDF line to be legible and you cannot adjust the field size after signing.

    • When Adding a signature field it should provide a visual on exactly where and how the signature will look. Also…

  7. PDF Maker throws License error and needs acrobat to be launched seperatley and sign in there.

We have PDF maker plug in for excel and same has been published in Citrix environment. When user try to use the plugin it does not give them sign in prompt and through license error. User have to launch acrobat first in order to activate the license and then use the PDF maker plug in. This solution is not feasible as Acrobat is not a published application in our citrix site and also this is additional step which users do not prefer.

  12. Schedule documents to be sent for signature

Via the Adobe Sign feature, be able to schedule when documents are sent for signature.

Example: We have multiple external lectures that we hire each semester. Due to the small chance of cancellation of a particular class, we prefer not to send the contracts months in advance. But at the same time, it would save us time to only have to do admin once per semester. Then in the unlikely event that we have to cancel a lecture let's say three weeks in advance, we can simply stop it. If not, the document is sent as scheduled.

  13. Fill and Sign is the worst update. Please revert to previous versions

The new version adds no value. Previous versions were simple, efficient, and quick. This new version is cumbersome.

  14. Managing Signature Security

I'd like to make a suggestion on having the ability to manage the signature security settings. For our company situation, we use the adobe sign feature to request electronic signatures from offshore supervisors on our contract labor timesheets. Our customers require a signature, and electronic signatures are far easier to do offshore than manually signing a timesheet and scanning it back to us. Where we run into issues is we have to attach that signed document into QuickBooks or even by email to send up backup documentation for our invoices. With Adobe's security feature on signatures, I can't upload the…

  18. Ability to add documents in an "after" signature applied document state.

In my department, we began putting electronic signatures on documents showing they are approved. We'd like to see a feature where we can add additional documents after the signature is applied BUT after or in a separate section so as to not interfere with the original documents. We get confirmations after the original signature from outside agencies that we cannot add during original review.

  19. Possible Bug: Adobe Sign fails if using quotes (") anywhere within message body.

If you use quotes (“) anywhere in the message body, Adobe Sign will fail at 60% with this error when you click on the “Specify Where To Sign” button or “More Options” link.

It had no problem with the ($) and the (/) characters.

  20. Adobe Sign Update

    Add the following:
    1. The time in addition to date stamp by the signature
    2. The name of program should be on each page as a header or footer, not only on the document history page.

The state of Georgia now has their own background check form and requires these features in order for the form to be electronically signed.
