  3. We have PDF maker plug in for excel and same has been published in Citrix environment. When user try to use the plugin it does not give them sign in prompt and through license error. User have to launch acrobat first in order to activate the license and then use the PDF maker plug in. This solution is not feasible as Acrobat is not a published application in our citrix site and also this is additional step which users do not prefer.

  4. on "send for signature" it has date... it NEEDS TIME STAMP as well.... most of my contracts/forms are time sensitive..AND NEED AN ACCEPTANCE TIME TO BE LEGAL.

  7. It shows I have two signatures, choose one, then I go to sign and there is NO SIGNATURE available and requests to add one (resin there were two in the first place! once I sign AGAIN, there is still NO signature available for me!!!!!! Frustrating

  8. Via the Adobe Sign feature, be able to schedule when documents are sent for signature.

    Example: We have multiple external lectures that we hire each semester. Due to the small chance of cancellation of a particular class, we prefer not to send the contracts months in advance. But at the same time, it would save us time to only have to do admin once per semester. Then in the unlikely event that we have to cancel a lecture let's say three weeks in advance, we can simply stop it. If not, the document is sent as scheduled.

  11. Adobe Fill and Sign does not work. I attempted to create a document to be signed by a customer and after clicking on Specify where to Sign button it dumps everything I had just worked on! This happened twice. Very frustrating...

  13. In my department, we began putting electronic signatures on documents showing they are approved. We'd like to see a feature where we can add additional documents after the signature is applied BUT after or in a separate section so as to not interfere with the original documents. We get confirmations after the original signature from outside agencies that we cannot add during original review.

  14. If you use quotes (“) anywhere in the message body, Adobe Sign will fail at 60% with this error when you click on the “Specify Where To Sign” button or “More Options” link.

    It had no problem with the ($) and the (/) characters.

  15. Add the following:
    1. The time in addition to date stamp by the signature
    2. The name of program should be on each page as a header or footer, not only on the document history page.

    The state of Georgia now has their own background check form and requires these features in order for the form to be electronically signed.

  16. Adobe Sign asked me to login. I couldn't remember my password so I changed it. Now I cannot send documents to anyone to sign. I get a message that I have logged out and must log back in. When I press the "Sign In" button, the page hangs/loops and nothing happens. I've logged out of everything, restarted the app. Reset the password in creative cloud after logging out completely. Nothing works.

  17. The Send tab in Adobe Sign needs to have an option for frequently used templates. This should be a "one click" option. The current state of the program is to "Add Files," click on "Library Documents," and then dig for the template. I expect the workflow within my products to be much faster.

  18. Create a function that allows administrators within an organization the ability to lock down the functionality of creating a self-signed Digital ID. In organizations that use digital ID's as a result of PIV cards, the ability to verify signatures on PDF's is critical. Administrators should have the ability to restrict digital signing to PIV certificate authentication and not allow users to create self-signed digital ID's.

  19. As a lawyer, I need to send documents for client's signature using my own email platform. Having the documents sent by adobe is a hassle and creates a privacy issue for us. On top of this, I also send contracts using our invoicing software. Adobe doesn't allow me to download the contract containing the e sign box for the client to sign. I believe that Docusign offers this feature. As such, I am likely going to have to switch to them unless this issue is resolved quickly.

    Pretty confident that this is an issue for others, especially law firms like…

  20. Hire programmers that have more than 6 weeks of online training. This program is an embarrassment to a company well-known for weak programming. It is ridiculous that it hangs again and again and says there is no internet connection WHILE I'm connected to this and other sites.
