Improving the "Simplified" version of Adobe Sign
In the recent update to Adobe Sign, you folks have added a "simplified version" where you click to make the field appear (where the signer would sign).
My suggestion is to make this feature a click and drag OR a click. As it is right now, when you click, you get the same sized box every single time no matter how large the field you're placing it in is. If you were able to click and drag to place the boxes, you could custom size it to each field.

New 'Hide' function vs. 'Delete' function
Adobe changed the existing 'Delete' function to 'Hide' function. I just ran into this as I was trying to delete a draft. Speaking to a adobe rep. you have to hide the document now, which still deletes the version if it was a draft. Hiding means you should still be able to retrieve the document you hid away, which is not how this works. Please bring back the delete button as that makes it easier to understand that you are actually deleting a document you no longer need. Hide is misinterpreted as "I am still able to unhide in case…

Adobe Sign uploading has been hung at 72% for over an hour
The first document uploaded in about 15 seconds. Have tried multiple times to upload another. One finally uploaded after about 30 minutes. Current document has been hung over an hour. Been on hold for non-existent tech support over 40 minutes. Is there any management at Adobe anymore? Seems like the support dept is making no effort whatsoever and I find WAY more bugs now than in the past.

Adobe Acrobat DC wont open, keeps asking for login
And it goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, there is no way to make this software to run.

Consistency Placing Stamps and Signatures
Hello, I've already had a conversations with one of your representatives, Tanvi Bhalla. She suggested I go this route. If at all possible we would utilize a feature that allows consistency in the placement of signatures and stamps. While the grid feature does help, it is not consistent. We use documents that require signatures and stamps in the same exact locations. It would be beneficial if this could be done electronically and documents look more professional if they are consistent. The sign feature is awful......I now print and sign b/c your function is god awful.
This is now the worst feature b/c it does not work consistently. I have to close each time I want to sign. Now I just print and sign it's easier than using your signature non feature.

Change the description in the confirmation email
I work for an accounting firm and taxes need to be filed by the end of April and it is deceiving to our clients who sign via Adobe sign that the confirmation email which encloses their signed copy states that the file has been "signed and filed". Would be nice if we had the option to change the wording to "signed and returned".

cannot sign into cloud from within adobe DC cloud browser only
Too many clouds if one cannot unify

REPEATED ISSUES WITH ADOBE SIGN
I keep having this same issue over and over. I go to use Adobe Sign and it asks me to upgrade. I already have DC Pro. I try repeatedly and eventually it works. So frustrating.

Adobe Sign doesn't work properly when the requester forgot to sign first
When the requester forgot to sign, all the other participants will see a blank form and cannot sign. The only solution is to cancel and create a new request.

Stop with the updates
Stop with the updates. Its the same thing year over year. you just move things around or do an "update" which breaks the program. If you do an update, test it multiple times, on different computers, different operating systems. Make sure it works before it is launched. Customer should get a credit everytime the product does not work. I am sure things would get tested correctly then.

Feature: Send Library Templates for signature from Acrobat Pro DC
Acrobat Pro DC currently allows us to create Library Templates when sending for signature with Adobe Sign. But to send the template after creating it, we have to go to the Document Cloud in the browser. This option should already be available in the Document Cloud tab of Acrobat Pro DC.

Increase Time Out for Shared Device License
Enterprise accounts should be able to increase the "time out" time period for Shared Device Licenses from 90 minutes to 1 day or until logout/login. There should be more customizability within the Shared Device License apps so that it is not bugging you every 90 minutes to make sure you are still the same person you were 90 min ago. If it reset every time the computer was logged out, restarted, or even customized to give a specified time until it rechecks, that would make more sense and be much more user friendly. Autofill subject line in Email
I have just installed Adobe on a new PC and it no longer fills in the subject line in my EMail.
This is most frustrating as all the previous versions of Adobe Reader that i have used have done this automatically, with the name of the File I'm sending.
Filling in the subject line in a 100 plus Accounts Emails is a non trivial exercise, as i use the Subject line as a sorting mechanism and it needs to be entered identically every time for each client.
