  1. I just got notified that someone sent me a file to sign. I clicked on the notification and I get taken to the Home screen - Recent. I see a list of files (most of which are files I have signed) and I can see when the file was last opened. I would like to see what actions have been taken or more importantly are needed (signing for instance). Or, clicking on that notification should take me to a screen that shows me the files I need to sign and if I am up to date (because the notification came…

  2. A user tasked me with auto populating the date field with the date a field was signed on.

The digital ID has a feature that shows when the ID was placed in the signature field, but it would be nice to have a feature where when one field is filled, another field is populated, depending on the desired action.

  3. Some documents require privacy to be signed (ie employment contracts) and should be able to be password protected when sending them out for signature. At the moment, these can only be locked for privacy when completed. I understand that this is a challenge (as you cant edit a protected document) however the use of this product is greatly affected in the business sense. Privacy is becoming more and more of a requirement in todays business world.

  5. I would like to have a log / audit that can show who and when modified Adobe Acrobat Sign user when it comes to specially Send and Sign permissions as well as group/s membership changes.

This is very crucial for our corporation that ensures staying compliant hen it comes to this auditing regulation.

    Thank you.
    Best regards, Rafal Galazkiewicz

  6. E-sign should be set so that the text input box which I place onto invoices for authorizing can be made larger if required by the signer to add further information as required, currently they cannot make any larger and it has the annoying wrap function which means it doesn't automatically enlarge the box if they have more information to give!

  7. Ability to simultaneously apply adobe sign initials to all pages of a document or to a selection of pages in a page range (similar to header/footer and watermark). Our agency needs to initial documents anywhere from 20-600+ pages in length and the initials are required to be on all pages. The current method in Fill & Sign requires the employee to stamp each and every page. This is highly inefficient and often causes to program to have long save times and/or the program crashes during the process and work is lost. The initials are protected because each employee has an…

  8. At the moment you can only replace a cc participant on a Webform with another. You can not delete a cc participant if there is no replacement. The only way around this is to re-create the Webform which is time consuming and a messy solution.
    Please introduce this functionality.

  10. There is restriction to replace the signer information if ''LDV Limited Document Visibility'' option has been enabled for the account.
There is scenario where user can accidentally type incorrect email address when send document for signing to recipient. Due to the option enabled, submitter is not able to replace the signer anymore and need to create document again and send it for signing.

Please give access to Account Administrator to replace external signer with internal signer in this type of scenario.

  11. As of right now, if I want to change the "default" setting for "Signing Order" to "Recipients will sign in any order", but a user on our account would like to have that setting default to "Recipients will sign in the order they are entered" for themselves (at the user level), this is currently not possible as confirmed by Adobe Support a few minutes ago. It would be helpful for users to be able to change some of their own default settings rather than only having account-wide default settings for every single user. This is also true for setting a…

  12. We use web forms for applications, it would be helpful to add a cover page to fill in their progress on our side and combine other document that they did not attach originally
Also should be able to have full pdf tools in editing web forms - so can edit base form and fillable fields

  13. Adobe Sign templates should be replaceable. There's currently no way to upload a new PDF file and replace an existing template. The only recourse is to delete the previous template, upload the revised PDF form as a new template, and then track down all of your workflows and web forms that utilize that template and update them. This defeats the main purpose of a template, which is to allow you to update a form in one place and expect that update to appear everywhere the template is used.

  14. We are currently in the process of modernizing our internal approval processes and have a number of forms that have been converted from excel worksheets into PDF forms. These forms when submitted, need to step through and be signed by a number of reviewers before final approval by the company Director.

Our process is very collaborative and quite often, signers/reviewers have additional information that needs to be added to the document as it passes through different departments.

With the way our forms currently work with Adobe Sign, whenever a change or addition needs to be made, the sender has to…

  15. I would like to request for the ability to disable e-signature when creating an Adobe Sign. It sound like a weird request, but handwritten signatures are the ONLY acceptable form for some project.

  16. Zelle is a payment app that works with retailers. Credit card companies and other financial institutions send money directly from one man or woman to another. The provider is much like Venmo or other peer-to-peer payment apps wherein friends can easily send each. If you’re now no longer familiar with the provider, let’s say you have a friend who gets tests from his employer and desires to pay him Zelle Payment Failed. You open the app, pick out your bank and input your friend’s account on the way to obtain bills directly into your own bank account. That’s it! Unfortunately,…

  17. Add the ability to apply the existing E-sign template to a PDF on the editing menu.
So if I have similar PDFs with minor changes- we won't need to create a new template for it, just to apply an existing one.

By using the existing E-sign template it will add all the Fields from the template & will let us do some editing at the preparation stage.

Even software like DocuSign has this kind of feature...

  18. A huge issue would be resolved if users could create (and save) their own "Signature Blocks" for documents requiring execution, like contracts, using the options already provided by Adobe (ex. mine would include signature, title, date, name) and each has to be "dragged: into the document every single time. For me, each contract is unique so "Forms" is not an option to solve for this.

  19. I use Acrobat DC fillable to sent to clients a form via AdobeSign with all my section prefill with format, check boxes, and radio buttons but I’m having a hard time with condition fields. For instance, I have a radio button with choices “Yes” or “No” and a field that has to be filled only if the answer is “Yes”. I have no problem setting it up when in the AdobeSign fillable page (just before sending) but I would like to be able to prefill it in Acrobat DC fillable PDF so it already have this condition set up.

    Please…

  20. I need one particular form to be filled out continuously: 165 people, some will fill it 10 times a year and some will fill it 200 times a year. However, some users may be uncomfortable with e-signing. Some may have to route the form to another colleague for information or verification before sending. Or, a different person other than the one filling will be signing. In these instances, it would be nice for there to be an option to print the blank form or fill and print and then sign a 'wet signature' and send back. Otherwise, I need to…
