  1. Adding an Image during a Adobe Sign request

    As the creator of the PDF form, I would like the option to add an image for the receiver of the PDF (the signer) to be able to upload an image during the filling out process.

    For example, I've created a work application in which we need a photo of them. I have created assigned all fillable/required cells and signatures but I'd like for them, as for of the filling of this application, to upload their image so that it's in the same PDF that I get back.

    This would help reduce the amount of extra emails we'd get because…

  3. acrobat bug

    Signature feature doesn't work anymore... it is switching to the text tool even though it shows my signature in the "Sign" icon as well as my initials... but it switches to the "AB" graphic for me to only type something.

  4. Adobe Sign strips cell formatting when sending for signature

    I have a prepared form that has calculated cells whose format is set to "number, 2 decimal places and with the $currency symbol." So in the form it displays, for example, $1,234.00. When the form is filled out and I click "Adobe Sign" and enter the recipients name it uploads the form but then strips off all the cell formatting so that the cell displays 1234 instead of $1,234.00. I have attached the form in the 3 different stages. Original which looks correct, Sent after it was uploaded to adobe sign, and signed after I get it back.

  7. Reports tool

    Hi,
    In previous version there was very useful tool to get the reports from signed documents e.g. Average time to complete or % completed. I can't find this feature now. Is it still an option?

  10. I cannot use my work's acrobat because my personal subscription is over. My school has provision for me to use the whole suite.

    Hi,
    I am being prevented from using any of the components of the Acrobat family which is available to me through my school, where I work. I had a personal subscription which has now ended and I find myself unable to use Acrobat that I need as a part of my job.
    Please, could you delink the two subscriptions?

  11. Adobe Sign - include message in the email when sending for signing

    Please include the message in the email when sending for signing. At the moment, to review the message itself, you have to Log into Adobe to view it. If the message can be included in the body of the initial email, it will be helpful and more time efficient. As it is, reminders sent out for Adobe sign includes the email message so why can't the first Adobe sign being sent out include this.

  12. Creative Cloud

    Low internet connections compromise the efficient use of applications. Can you allow a connection to CC each time we open applications to approve our user licenses and then log off to work offline? I'm experiencing fixed bugs between InDesign and Acrobat DC 2019 when exporting to PDF from InDesign and abnormal work delays in InDesign. Uninstalling applications and reinstalling them as suggested by your customer service does not change the problem. This suggestion is a waste of time.

  13. Remove 5mb transaction limit for SharePoint

    Please remove the transaction limit for SharePoint. Documents that have to be signed often are larger than 5mb and we don't want to place the documents outside of SharePoint, because that is our single storage point.

  14. Please add Recipients Back to the Dashboard.

    When I see a list of my recent documents in the main dashboard now, it doesn't show who I sent a document to. As a result, I might have five forms with the same name, let's say it's called "CONTRACT" - but I have to click into each one before it shows me who sent it.

  15. Unable to send for signature

    Was working fine, now consistent error message, see attachment. Signing in and out did not work. I need this to work NOW, I purchased this for this specific tool.

  18. Templates for the messages sent by Adobe Sign

    The message for Adobe Sign is pre populated to say "Please review and complete this document". We have legal wording which is required and reference to online pay systems for those documents which include invoices. It would be a great feature to be able to customize this message as it would save time over copying and pasting everytime.

  19. Sign in issues

    Hi, I'm sorry if this section is intended for new ideas or requests but signing in to my adobe account is very frustrating and I have to sign in to my company account every now and then if I need to edit or sign a PDF document, please advise/support.

  20. Certifying pdf's over network fails with disk space error

    When trying to apply a certificate and save a pdf on a network drive, I'm presented with:
    ]
    The document could not be saved. The disk you were saving to or the disk used for temporary files is full. Free some space on this disk and try again, or save to a different disk.

    I am using Acrobat Pro, I saw on some forums the solution was to disable "Enable protected mode on startup" but this seems to be an Acrobat reader option.

    I have full access to the network drive, there is plenty of space both locally and on…
