  1. Allowing signers to download and save their signed version of the document allows for various versions of the document to be floating around and if the content includes sensitive information, the ability to use adobe sign is severely limited since the ability to download and save the document is a major security concern.

  2. Our signature block is justified vertically on the page.
    Can we have adobe sign justify vertically.
    I cannot rotate the page to sign horizontally on that axis.
    Please advise work around.

  3. As the person that sends a form for signature - there needs to be an option for me to "undo" someone's signature, to allow the signee to edit their document again and re-sign. This would save them from having to redo the entire document ALL over again if they made 1 error on the form that needs correcting.

    Please fix!

  4. If you use quotes (“) anywhere in the message body, Adobe Sign will fail at 60% with this error when you click on the “Specify Where To Sign” button or “More Options” link.

    It had no problem with the ($) and the (/) characters.

  5. Add the following:
    1. The time in addition to date stamp by the signature
    2. The name of program should be on each page as a header or footer, not only on the document history page.

    The state of Georgia now has their own background check form and requires these features in order for the form to be electronically signed.

  6. Add option of "Receive copy of final document?" for each signer, in case particular signer(s) do not need/want a copy or notification that the document was signed by all parties later in the signature chain.

  7. The "type" option for signatures is not valid i all countries.
    If anyone can just "type" a name with keyboard then there is nothing to prove who wrote the name.

    I would suggest an option to disabe the "type" field and other fields in the signature process.

    It would be nice to be able to do it through the syntax. So that it can be made individual for different templates.

  8. The first document uploaded in about 15 seconds. Have tried multiple times to upload another. One finally uploaded after about 30 minutes. Current document has been hung over an hour. Been on hold for non-existent tech support over 40 minutes. Is there any management at Adobe anymore? Seems like the support dept is making no effort whatsoever and I find WAY more bugs now than in the past.

  9. Acrobat Pro DC does not provide much flexibility for formatting the signature block. While the ability to add a graphic image is great, designing the text portion is very restricted... too restricted. There is an option for field headers... I don't need these. I need to be able to simply list my name on 1 line, title on another, company name on a third line, and automated date and time stamp when signed. The configuration of doing this, is nearly impossible, and a real mess. This needs to be simple and intuitive like 1000's of other applications out there that…

  12. Always having to log in....I am sick of it. Then when you log in with your password, it just goes back to the same website asking you to log in. This forces you to change your password AGAIN....I am so over it.

  14. Adobe Sign should allow you to reassign multiple fields at once. As it is now, it automatically imports fields on a form assigned to "Anyone". In order to reassign the fields to a specific person or to "Prefill" before sending, you must go field by field and change each one. Being able to reassign en masse would be a huge time saver. Also, other options like marking fields as required en masse would help as well.

  15. Fix Creative Cloud so It will load. I have been paying for a subscription since 2015 and two months ago it quit working. Yeas all applications. It will not let me reload or sign in. Tech support was useless. Every body wants to point the finger else where. Either it works or it don't - right now it don't help!

  16. Send Adobe Acrobat "Send & Track" and "Send For Signature" from personal or business email address instead of noreply@acrobat.com. This would be much more professional and prevent the emails from missing their inbox or not being read. If the emails came from an email address they already recognize, it will be noticed and opened.

  17. Add feature to edit the sent by field that the recipient sees. I would like my customers to see the name of my business, not my name.

  18. Add option to include Name and Email on sent docs. Not just email. Then the name will be auto inserted into the signature and person does not have to type their name. They only have to click to sign. It is very cumbersome to have to type your name and sign. Docusign and many other systems do this. Adobe only one that doesn't allow you to enter name

  19. Signature Created in Adobe Fill and Sign Mobile App is not available in Desktop Version of Acrobat. Signatures are not getting synced. Even though the Adobe ID is same.

    We apologise for the issue you are facing. We are however not able to reproduce it.

    Can you please try the following steps and let us know your results:
    1. On Desktop, sign out from Reader/Acrobat
    2. On Mobile, sign in with your Adobe id, create a signature/initials and wait for sometime (for signature to sync). Try to sign a simple PDF document
    3. On Desktop, launch Reader/Acrobat, sign in now, open a PDF and go to Fill &Sign app. Open a simple PDF and try to add signature/initials now. Do you still not see the signature created on mobile? Please let us know

  20. Adobe Sign adds a blank page after every page on imported Google Documents. I didn't find Adobe Sign as an option so I filed this under Acrobat. When we save the document to Word docx the problem does not occur.
