  2. Updated Email???

    I updated my new e-mail and it's still emailing my old e-mail every time I send out a document for signature. It also isn't showing my documents in my sent folder. Does it take time for the app to register? Do I need to uninstall and reinstall?

  3. Change 'Click to Sign' to 'Click to Confirm'

    The 'Click to Sign' button when finalising the signing of a document is confusing for clients as they have already signed the document and pressed the Apply button and then they are asked to press 'Click to Sign' to then have the document sent. Can this be changed to Click to Confirm or Click to Send?

  4. Checked box not showing up in Adobe Sign

    This is a bug. I'm checking a check box on a W9 in Acrobat but when I go to "Sign". I want to check the box before it goes to the signer but the check mark does not show up. I don't want the signer to check the box.
    i get amessage in Acrobat Pro that I need yet another application to make a text edit so I can get this document out, which is not quite time sensitive.

  7. Electronic Signature and editing thereafter

    When receiving electronic signature documents, there is now - no way of applying a comment box or adding text any other way. Most departments/agencies use a Document Management System (DMS), and still print a hardcopy as part of the workflow. There is a requirement to place the DMS registration number on the PDF prior to printing, so that the document is easily retrievable on the DMS whilst the hardcopy circulates within the area. I understand the requirement that the document is not "editable" and propose the solution to allow text to be added, but somehow make it identifiable on both…

    I am wasting so much time registering. Acrobat will not work today. I am allowed to be on two machines at once. Make this happen.

  13. End brackets won't go away

    I have a lease document where the end brackets mysteriously stick around on one page. The tag works fine when uploaded to Adobe Sign but the brackets are still there. All of the tags and brackets work fine in other parts of the document (even with the extra spaces at the end between the text and end brackets).

    Here are the shortcut tags I used for the bottom two:

    {{#propertyAddress=propertyAddresses:prefill:font(size=auto)}}
    {{#startDate=
    startDatees:prefill:isdate}}

    I also tried taking out "font(size=auto)" on both tags, but that didn't seem to help.

    Currently using Mac Sierra, Adobe InDesign CC2018, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

  14. Signing in is an arduous process which doesn't work more often than not. I have since found I need to close and open multiple times.

    I get the confirmation licensing message after logging in, but it always stays as 'log in' on the top right instead of my name. Restarting and clicking the login box sometimes fixes it. Longterm issue.

  15. Sign Cannot Connect

    When I try to sign a document, it tries to connect but never does. Occasionally I get a message saying "cannot connect to the service, try again later"

    Yes I have checked my internet connection etc.

  17. AdobeSign <input> fields need aria-label attributes for ADA compliance

    Forms generated using AdobeSign are not in compliance with ADA accessibility standards. Need an option when creating input fields to add an 'aria-label' attribute so that the fields can be easily identified by disabled / visually impaired users. Additionally, the radio buttons generated by the tool should be grouped with a <fieldset> or <legend> tag and utilize aria-label or aria-labelledby so that the buttons can be properly associated with each other and distinguished from other radio button groups.

    Here is an example of an input field generated by an AdobeSign form:

  19. Payment Link

    Docusign has partnered with Stripe to allow payment gateway links. For systems generating PDF estimates or invoices, this would be a handy feature.

  20. Document not opening

    Document I want to sign is not opening (Page is showing as opening but does not) due to a table format in the document. If I remove the table the document opens and I am able to sign.
