  1. To put back Send in bulk documents with old features to be able to review them before send and edit due date. New exigence doesn't have these tool and CSV file now requires more information which make is hard to work with.

  2. Currently in Salesforce, users must use the 'Manage Agreements' tab to Cancel another user's Agreement (provided that advanced sharing is enabled for the Account). This is inconvenient as it requires users to navigate away from the Agreement page. Please provide functionality for users to also be able to utilise the 'Cancel' button on the Agreement page itself when cancelling other users' agreements, rather than having to navigate to the 'Manage Agreements' tab.

  3. I have applied signatures and date fields to this over 7 times now and it cannot and will not send, sometimes it says its uplpoading forwever, some times it fails right away. I tried printing it and saving as a smaller file and its still wont do it.

  4. We create drawings that we need our customers to sign off. Currently we have templates set up that we use to send out to our customers for them to sign and say that they are happy with our drawings and information on the drawing provided. What we would like to do it send a copy of the drawing ( PDF) at the same time as we are sending the template for signb off, IE create the template and also drag and drop the pdf document in to the template that the template refers to.

  5. Title: AdobeSign TextArea

    I am writing to request the addition of a "Text Area" field option within AdobeSign. AdobeSign currently offers various field types such as text fields, checkboxes, and signature fields, among others. There are scenarios where a more flexible text input option is necessary and the only way to accomplish a multi-line field is by stacking text fields on top of each other.

    The inclusion of a "Text Area" field would provide users with the ability to input larger bodies of text, such as comments, descriptions, or detailed explanations directly within the document. This feature would be particularly…

  7. I used to be able to duplicate fields to all pages. After the latest update (23.0), this feature seems to have been removed. This means putting a document out for signing now takes 3-4 times longer to complete. Please, add this back

  8. Hi my request is, when sending a document to be signed the recipent receives the email from the company name rather then "Adobe Sign" , customers have a tendency to overlook or have these emails go to their junk because they do not realize they are receiving it from our company

  9. We need the ability to send as a group email, and/or at least the ability for a group admin to be able to view/download agreements that have been sent by any users of that group.

    Having to manually share each account to another person, or making a person a full Privacy Admin is not suitable

  11. In the new Adobe Pro update with the new UI. I'm met with the attached error when uploading an agreement to be signed. This doesn't occur when using the disabling new acrobat.

  12. At random times when sending documents for e-signature the field box for an initial is not at the location of where the box is on the template. The area for the user to click to initial/sign is showing in between two pages where they cannot access or control it.

  13. When sending an agreement and adding a cc email address. CC'd recipients receive and UNSIGNED copy and SIGNED copy.
    Have the option of cc'ing only the final signed copy of agreement.

    1. Adobe Address book (store emails for request signature feature)
    2. Ability to select multiple email addresses at one time (check box selection of sorts) for request signature feature
    3. Ability to remove invalid, incorrect, or no longer needed email addresses from the auto populate feature in signature request

  16. I love the new Bulk Sign tool! In addition to adding myself as a counter signer for documents, it would be great to have the option to include another email address as a counter-signer. For example, as an administrative assistant, I would like to have the ability to put all of my company's board members in the "Add recipients*" field and then put my CEO's email address as a counter signer. Once the forms are signed by all parties, I would then automatically receive the signed documents for record keeping.

  17. When applying digital signatures to the PDF, a save is required each time. This is very inefficient when applying multiple signatures to the same document. Please provide a feature where one can apply as many signatures to the document without saving each time.

  19. We need to retain the “Password to view document” feature. This relates to client’s Personal Data Protection. Where emails are compromised, this acts as an final defense against any form if sensitive data being leaked out.
