  1. Sometimes i would like my document to be sent next day at a specific time. I have this control when sending emails and would like a delay delivery feature to sending docs.

  2. As the creator of the PDF form, I would like the option to add an image for the receiver of the PDF (the signer) to be able to upload an image during the filling out process.

    For example, I've created a work application in which we need a photo of them. I have created assigned all fillable/required cells and signatures but I'd like for them, as for of the filling of this application, to upload their image so that it's in the same PDF that I get back.

    This would help reduce the amount of extra emails we'd get because…

  3. Please include the message in the email when sending for signing. At the moment, to review the message itself, you have to Log into Adobe to view it. If the message can be included in the body of the initial email, it will be helpful and more time efficient. As it is, reminders sent out for Adobe sign includes the email message so why can't the first Adobe sign being sent out include this.

  4. This new "cloud" is so horrible I don't even know where to begin. Seriously considering cancelling services. Dashboard is useless if it doesn't show who you are waiting for it to be signed by. Why does it keep defaulting back to NO FILTER after I set the filter to Waiting For Signature. There is no progress with this update at all.

  5. A few days ago I began receiving an Acrobat sign-in prompt every time I access one of my Adobe documents. There is no way to make this go away and I have absolutely no interest in ever logging in. The result is that I waste vast amounts of my life saying NO to the login prompt and then having to face it again the next day and the next. I may have to switch to another PDF editor that doesn't torture me this way.

  6. Document cloud format update

    This week Adobe updated many features of Adobe Acrobat Pro but actually made this feature worse. Previously the documents were categorised in to out for signature, signed and cancelled. Now their all mixed up and I don't like it. Someone please contact me with instructions on how to use the old format.

  7. Allow documents to be reviewed, edited, and signed off on by multiple signers. It could be an option to allow editing or not allow after signing.

  8. WITH THIS NEW UPDATE (WHICH SUCKS BY THE WAY) I HAVE TO SEND REMINDERS EVERYDAY BEFORE HAND I COULD SET IT TO SEND AN AUTOMATIC REMINDER EVERYDAY UNTIL THE DOCUMENT IS SIGNED

  10. I often sign for me wife and cannot store more than 1 signature.

    We don't have a printer, so we rely on digital signatures to sign contracts. Given I am more tech savvy than her, I often sign on her behalf.

    Can Acrobat allow for more than 1 signature?

  11. I add email addresses, then it should let me fill in inits and sigs but the next screen says it wants me to upgrade. I just auto-paid on the 5th. This is a 30 page 'of the essence' Real Estate contract. I tried it on 2 computers. No one's available to chat or talk on the phone after 5:00. C'mon, how many people subscribe to the service and you can't have a tech person available to fix a problem?? Get with the program Adobe.

  14. The Adobe Sign app is currently only available on Android and iOS platforms. Can you release a Windows version please, so that the "sign in person" functionality in the app can be used by those with Windows-based mobile devices?

  15. Signing documents should be fast. My continued experience is one of two things, Extremely slow to retrieve signatures or it just sits there animating the four squares of customers aren't important. Currently can't sign anything, have re-installed acrobate pro via creative cloud installer, signed out and signed in. Make this "feature" reliable please.

  16. It would be nice to be able to export document templates so they can be moved between Adobe Sign accounts. If one of my users leaves and their account is deactivated all their documents/templates that are shared go away as well. This would make it easier for admins. OR create the ability for an Admin account which can create templates to share with the team, but can't actually distribute documents for signature (I don't want to pay for an "Admin" account that won't be used).

  17. Forms generated using AdobeSign are not in compliance with ADA accessibility standards. Need an option when creating input fields to add an 'aria-label' attribute so that the fields can be easily identified by disabled / visually impaired users. Additionally, the radio buttons generated by the tool should be grouped with a <fieldset> or <legend> tag and utilize aria-label or aria-labelledby so that the buttons can be properly associated with each other and distinguished from other radio button groups.

    Here is an example of an input field generated by an AdobeSign form:

  20. When you create your Digital Signature thru the Sign With A Digital ID Wizard that say you like how your first name looks but then when you get to your last name and you make a mistake that instead of clicking the Clear Button to start over that you could Click a Button that says Undo instead as this would really save a lot of time in the long run being that it takes quite a while and too long at that to do that if you like it to look just right both ways both first and last name.
