  1. Add option for controlling how pdfs control the fields on multiple pages. If you have 2 forms that share field names but have different data, right now, when you change one field on one page, it changes the fields on the 2nd page. There should be option to set each page to treat the fields separately. Then when you change a field on page #1, it won't change that field on page #2 also. Docusign has this option.

  2. Document I want to sign is not opening (Page is showing as opening but does not) due to a table format in the document. If I remove the table the document opens and I am able to sign.

  3. Adobe Sign is not working 8/18/17 for sending any documents. We have tried sending from multiple accounts and a variety of different documents. We have tried using the workflows and just the Send button. It gives back this message: Adobe Sign was unable to create your agreement because the document could not be thumbnailed. Please let me know you need more information.

  4. Allow user to put the signature / initial in a footer. We generate tenancy agreements and every time I have to put in initial / signature fields for the documents. It takes a long time to place the fields for 4 signatories and 30 pages. If allowed to put in the footer it would be great time saver. 30 pages could have initial fields placed in a jiffy.

  5. When I use the Google Drive File Picker in Adobe Sign and trying to search, the result is always blank. The same search in Google Drive shows the files I'm looking for.
    macOS 10.12.6 using Chrome Version 60.0.3112.90.
    The problem occurs on different adobe sign accounts and different laptops.

    We apologise for the issue you are facing. We need some more information from you to be able to investigate this further:
    1. Do you see a completely blank file picker dialog? Or you see the file list but search returns 0 results in Google Drive files?
    2. Can you please try quitting all Chrome browser instances (check that no Chrome instance is running in activity monitor) and then re-try?
    3. Do you observe the same on Windows too?

  6. Adobe cc fails to sign in at startup, but when it is signed in opening an adobe dc attachment still fails to sign in to use signature.

    Windows 10 pro (64 bit) running on a dell xps 15" 4k screen 2017 laptop.

    We apologise for the issue you are facing. Are you still having this issue?

    After you have signed-in in CC and launch Acrobat, you need to wait for a few seconds before the signing-in process completes in Acrobat.

  9. When inserting a text field onto a document, the previous (now "legacy") version of Fill & Sign had the option under properties to make that text box have multi-line data entry. The new version (superior in almost every way!) is missing this option.

    Once i've prepared a form for signing and added all the text boxes, I need to then revert to the Legacy Version to then go through those text boxes and add the Multi-Line option.

    It would be great for this option to also be added to the new version!

  10. In the legacy version you could right click on a field and select "repeat field on all pages". This was incredibly helpful for contracts that you need to initial each page of. In the new version that option is no longer available, creating a need to switch to the legacy version everytime you want to send a contract out via Adobe Sign.

  12. I just purchased Adobe Pro 2 days ago, in order to collect e signatures from clients.
    However, I could not send it out as Adobe says "This is a secured file that can't not be signed.
    That was fillable PDF file form from a large insurance company that we use those at a daily basis.
    Before I came to Adobe, I've using Docusign for two years, never had any issue. I then used Docusign instead, it worked perfect no issue at all.

  14. The admin email on the password/pin screen is by default associated with AdobeSign account and cannot be changed. This admin email address should be configurable to be set to a customer support email address. It is not helpful that we cannot change this email address.

    This is on the page "This document is password protected: You will need a password to access this document. If you do not have the password, you will need to contact <Name of admin><link to associated email>."

  15. I, like many other users whose posts I have read, absolutely hate the new Send for Signatures functionality. I had my agreements and information gathering forms all set up using the Prepare A Form tool. Before, when I opened the document, it worked perfectly and all I had to do was enter a recipient, attach multiple docs and click Send. It was wonderful! NOW--all my forms' prepared fields have been overwritten!! In the new version EVERY field is defaulted to the signer, radio buttons are converted to text fields or deleted entirely and multiple fields are the wrong data type…

  16. I want other people to be able to initiate an esign doc without having access to all documents on the account. Any time someone from our 8 locations need a document, they have to reach out to our personnel director and ask for the doc, and let him know the parties involved. It would be awesome if the manager at the location could initiate the esign template and assign the parties that need to sign without access to the full account. We don’t want managers from one location seeing all documents from all locations. But we still want all documents…

  18. We need the fill and sign app for the tablets that run like laptops (Microsoft surface pro 6 is what my company is upgrading me to)- heck even doing to sign app on a desktop would be nice! The fill in features we've had to go and manually put in to save my employees time for onboarding are useless in the "desktop fill and sign" is ****.

  19. There is this form that I send through Adobe Sign to an immediate supervisor every month and it only requires their initials, not a signature. I use the Request e-signatures tool for that. The problem is that when I am ready to send the form for their initials, it prompts me with a warning saying I did not set a signature field on the form, which then gives me the option to either return to the form to add the signature field myself, or just hit Send and Adobe adds the signature field for me on an additional blank page…
