  2. When inserting a text field onto a document, the previous (now "legacy") version of Fill & Sign had the option under properties to make that text box have multi-line data entry. The new version (superior in almost every way!) is missing this option.

    Once i've prepared a form for signing and added all the text boxes, I need to then revert to the Legacy Version to then go through those text boxes and add the Multi-Line option.

    It would be great for this option to also be added to the new version!

  3. In the legacy version you could right click on a field and select "repeat field on all pages". This was incredibly helpful for contracts that you need to initial each page of. In the new version that option is no longer available, creating a need to switch to the legacy version everytime you want to send a contract out via Adobe Sign.

  5. I just purchased Adobe Pro 2 days ago, in order to collect e signatures from clients.
    However, I could not send it out as Adobe says "This is a secured file that can't not be signed.
    That was fillable PDF file form from a large insurance company that we use those at a daily basis.
    Before I came to Adobe, I've using Docusign for two years, never had any issue. I then used Docusign instead, it worked perfect no issue at all.

  6. Re-introduce the legacy Calculated and Conditional fields in Adobe Sign. These features SIGNIFICANTLY reduced errors and time needed to prefill a form by our users before sending it to clients/customers.

  7. The admin email on the password/pin screen is by default associated with AdobeSign account and cannot be changed. This admin email address should be configurable to be set to a customer support email address. It is not helpful that we cannot change this email address.

    This is on the page "This document is password protected: You will need a password to access this document. If you do not have the password, you will need to contact <Name of admin><link to associated email>."

  8. I, like many other users whose posts I have read, absolutely hate the new Send for Signatures functionality. I had my agreements and information gathering forms all set up using the Prepare A Form tool. Before, when I opened the document, it worked perfectly and all I had to do was enter a recipient, attach multiple docs and click Send. It was wonderful! NOW--all my forms' prepared fields have been overwritten!! In the new version EVERY field is defaulted to the signer, radio buttons are converted to text fields or deleted entirely and multiple fields are the wrong data type…

  9. I want other people to be able to initiate an esign doc without having access to all documents on the account. Any time someone from our 8 locations need a document, they have to reach out to our personnel director and ask for the doc, and let him know the parties involved. It would be awesome if the manager at the location could initiate the esign template and assign the parties that need to sign without access to the full account. We don’t want managers from one location seeing all documents from all locations. But we still want all documents…

  11. We need the fill and sign app for the tablets that run like laptops (Microsoft surface pro 6 is what my company is upgrading me to)- heck even doing to sign app on a desktop would be nice! The fill in features we've had to go and manually put in to save my employees time for onboarding are useless in the "desktop fill and sign" is ****.

  12. To put back Send in bulk documents with old features to be able to review them before send and edit due date. New exigence doesn't have these tool and CSV file now requires more information which make is hard to work with.

  13. Currently in Salesforce, users must use the 'Manage Agreements' tab to Cancel another user's Agreement (provided that advanced sharing is enabled for the Account). This is inconvenient as it requires users to navigate away from the Agreement page. Please provide functionality for users to also be able to utilise the 'Cancel' button on the Agreement page itself when cancelling other users' agreements, rather than having to navigate to the 'Manage Agreements' tab.

  14. I have applied signatures and date fields to this over 7 times now and it cannot and will not send, sometimes it says its uplpoading forwever, some times it fails right away. I tried printing it and saving as a smaller file and its still wont do it.

  15. We create drawings that we need our customers to sign off. Currently we have templates set up that we use to send out to our customers for them to sign and say that they are happy with our drawings and information on the drawing provided. What we would like to do it send a copy of the drawing ( PDF) at the same time as we are sending the template for signb off, IE create the template and also drag and drop the pdf document in to the template that the template refers to.

    I am writing to request the addition of a "Text Area" field option within AdobeSign. AdobeSign currently offers various field types such as text fields, checkboxes, and signature fields, among others. There are scenarios where a more flexible text input option is necessary and the only way to accomplish a multi-line field is by stacking text fields on top of each other.

  18. There is this form that I send through Adobe Sign to an immediate supervisor every month and it only requires their initials, not a signature. I use the Request e-signatures tool for that. The problem is that when I am ready to send the form for their initials, it prompts me with a warning saying I did not set a signature field on the form, which then gives me the option to either return to the form to add the signature field myself, or just hit Send and Adobe adds the signature field for me on an additional blank page…

  20. I have an agreement form I use a lot where I want the signer to choose one of two checkboxes, "yes, I agree to [a sub agreement]" vs "no, I do not agree to [the sub agreement]." I want it to be required that the signer check one of the boxes. Obviously, I can't make each of the two boxes required, because then the signer would be giving contradictory answers to the question.

    More generally, my feature request is that it be possible to have more complex field requirements. One version would require that only one out of a group…
