  1. Seeing the documents that are being worked and completed is great, but often I need to see the complete list of what I have so I can report on my status of documents is impossible. Please provide a way to download a list of documents by type or status either to an excel, pdf, word document so I can use it to generate a report.

  2. I use the Adobe Sign to request signatures and other information on a contract. When it comes to the field description it would help tremendously to edit routine tips to advise the customer what to enter. For example, Key Person Title, Optional Day 1, Optional Day 2 or Tech ID, or etc.

  6. It would be nice to view when reminders have been sent out with the current version. After almost an hour of working with support I was told I could only see this when I select "View in Classic Mode" - sounds like this is a feature that was overlooked.

  7. If an email address is entered incorrectly on a document with many signatories, then the whole document needs to be done over to make that one correction. There should be a way for document creator to edit the email address for a recipient without breaking the certification. If not, then allow the document creator to break the certification and get the signature. Not all signatures need to be certified.

  8. When entering two signatories - The first signatory with a signature line, print line, title line and date line, they are automatically required by a red *. When there is a second signatory, the fields are all required except for the date. This should also be able to be mandatory. If you change this to a text box then you can make it mandatory. You should be able to format it like the date and make it mandatory like the first one.

  9. After a document has been sent for signatures, allow:
    1) changing order of signatories (e.g. a-->b--c changed to a-->c--b)
    2) change of workflow from signatures in order (sequential) to parallel
    3) for certain individuals with equal signing authority, allow delegation by recipient if it has been preconfigured (say by cc: e-mail when setting up a signing request?)

  10. Change the workflow so the signature fields are all of the same type. Right now the first person in the list gets a strange signature/email hybrid and the others get a standard Signature field.

Please give the first person the standard signature field, as well.

I checked for updates so I know I have the latest Adobe Acrobat Pro DC

  11. I haven't been able to send a PDF for signature for going on four hours. Now, I'm receiving the following error (internal server) screen, which doesn't disppear even after I've hit "OK." This follows errors in which Pro DC asked me if I was connected to the Internet (I was) and also asked me to sign out and sign back in again--I tried this, and Pro DC wouldn't actually allow me to sign out. Then, upon restart, it asked for several minutes to install some update before returning to the aforementioned errors--i.e., Adobe Sign is a complete mess for me…

  15. In a recent update, Adobe Acrobat added 2 buttons in Microsoft Office applications to "Request for Signatures" and "Create and Share Adobe PDF".

This integration doesn't appear in the Ribbon or in the Add-ins list, so currently there is NO way to remove/move those buttons. It is a significant problem when you work with documents side by side or in lower resolution displays because they take too much space in the ribbon and force other more important buttons/groups to collapse/hide.

  17. BUG REPORT: I am unable to view in-progress agreements made with Adobe Sign via the desktop app Acrobat Pro DC. After sending out an agreement for signature for multiple parties, I wanted to check its status. Using Acrobat Pro DC, I clicked "All Agreements" under the "Sign" category in the left sidebar. Acrobat asks me to sign in again. I use Google OAuth as the sole login method to my Adobe account. The login page asks for my password. So, I cannot login. I had to use my browser instead.
