  1. Hello

When generating separate PDF files from a PDF with multiple pages (in my case a 240-page catalog), a number (or folio) is assigned to each page as .... x for units, ..XX for tens, .*** for hundreds, etc.
    Which gives: 1, 10, 100, etc.

Is it possible for Acrobat to name pages rather like this: 000X, 00XX, 0XXX?
    Which would give: 0001, 0010, 0100, etc.

List files for a Windows user do not appear in logical order and the user is forced to rename the PDFs by adding zeros in front of the units and tens (a time-consuming job).

  2. In a large PDF document, having the capability to insert a blank page or a specified page at certain intervals throughout the document would be a great time saver.

  3. I spend all day compiling pdfs from multiple files and these 2 features are driving me crazy! In the newest Acrobat Pro DC version everytime I access the thumbnails panel it goes back to a long strip of pages stacked one above the other, I generally prefer to have 2 or 3 pages in a row and it never remembers this and always defaults back to 1. The other thing I hate is opening all new files in the same window - I regularly grab a page(s) from one pdf and drag into the other pdf and now I have…

  4. Would like to have the "rotate left" and "rotate right" buttons available in Acrobat Standard XI. The 3 step rotate page system is clunky.

  6. If I am working for several hours in acrobat dc, the organize feature will show only blank pages... no content. I have to close the program and restart it to view the images. It will work for about 20-30 minutes and then do the same thing. UGH.

    Hi

Sorry for such a delayed response on this and for the trouble you were going through.
I tried using the tool with several files and could not see the issue.
Can you please try upgrading your Acrobat to the latest version and see if that resolves the issue for you.

If not, can you please share the file(s) where this happens.
This would help us in investigating the issue faster.

    Regards
    Vivek

  7. I'm trying to delete pages from a multi page document in Docman (PCTi Solutions) with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. I am not getting the delete option unless I check the full document out onto my desktop, edit it there, drop it back into Docman and delete the original. I want to amend the original not delete it. What an I missing??

    Hi Karen

This looks like an issue with Docman. Did you try getting in touch with their support team?
If they need any help from Adobe in adding some functionality, they can contact us through corporate channels.

Please let us know if you still need help.

    Thanks
    Vivek

  9. I have a two-page form that was properly tagged until I turned page 2 into a template (Organize Pages -> More -> Page Templates) and made it invisible. Even after I made the page visible again, the page 2 tags were nowhere to be found. Any suggestions on how to recover them or keep them from disappearing in the future?

BTW, I'm using Word 2013 and Acrobat Pro DC.

Yes, Adobe is aware of the issue. Unfortunately, there is no workaround available at this time.

  10. I often open a lot of PDFs at once. To close them all at once, I have to close the app. Then I have to reopen it.
