  1. Review ignition failed

    I got a weird error message saying that my review could not be started because my comments had too many characters. The longest comment in my document has 156 characters, nowhere near the 1000 character limit my document supposedly hit.

  2. Bring back 'Send and Track'! The new 'Share' is too stripped down.

    Bring back Send and Track! The new 'Share' feature is not nearly as useful and too stripped down.

    -- We liked the ability to send a custom email message with file link directly from the application.

  3. Share document feature is not working

    There is an adobe add-in to outlook, I am able to search people from outlook directory on adobe, when I hit send- I get an error message that this feature requires internet connectivity.

  4. Document reverts to unedited version when I share via Outlook even after saving.

    Spent hours on a document, saved it, emailed it and the recipient received the unedited document, I’ve been using Adobe products Acrobat Pro, Pro DC for years, at home on my personal account and at workand haven’t run into this issue with outlook before last week (that I’m aware of). Twice now this has occurred in the last week, I have to save as an optimized file for changes to stick... help!! Has anyone else experienced this???

    Acrobat Pro DC using Outlook 365 at my office is where and how this happened.

  5. New Send for Review Feature

    The new Send for Review option opens a window that blocks the PDF that I am attempting to send. When I select the send with outlook option, the window does not minimize or disappears. I need to be able to read my PDF to write a reference in my email which i am unable to do with this new feature. I will be contacting my IT department to see if i can use an earlier version so i can see the document i am attempting to send via outlook.

    Can we correct the window to not obstruct the PDF?

  7. Unable to get or publish comments to Adobe Shared Review PDF on SharePoint 365

    Unable to get or publish comments to Adobe Shared Review PDF on SharePoint 365 with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.

    Details:
    I'm using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2019.010.20064

    When I open Shared Review PDFs hosted on SharePoint 365 I see the message:


    • Could not get new comments. Adobe Acrobat did not get a response from the server.


    • Adobe Acrobat cannot connect to the Review Server: 13.107.136.9


    This appears to be the same error and message other users are reporting since October 2018 when setting up new Shared Review PDFs using SharePoint & Adobe Acrobat DC. Any updates on this would be…

  8. Allow updates to a pdf even when it's still open by other users

    Description of my problem: In my company, we share pdfs through an internal network and provide locations for others to find the pdfs. When I create a design (eg. in Photoshop, Indesign, etc) and export it to a pdf, I share the location of the pdf to our marketing team to review. That means 3 - 7 people at a time are opening and viewing the pdf and some give me feedback via email on what changes to make.   10. Receive error - cannot connect to the Review Server 13.107.136.9

    This is currently an error that we are experiencing. We are doing shared reviews and this was working fine several weeks ago. We were able to previously send out pdf's for review but now we are receiving this error.

  11. crashing on share or e-mail; can't access contacts

    The software is so incredibly buggy - any attempt to share makes the software crash. Cannot share files saved in document cloud or elsewhere, share via e-mail (with outlook Mac) causes crash, share via document cloud causes crash, attempts to access address book to share via native adobe app causes crash. Why can't I just drag files stored in the document cloud into an e-mail or message - this is the easiest way to share. Share/collaboration is literally unusable in acrobat DC - WHY?! Our entire team may have to move away from the entire Adobe platform if this is…

  12. Implement warning in Acrobat DC when users sned Files for review to external email addresses

    Create additional feature in Acrobat preferences to configure a specific domain where emails can be sent for file shared reviews. All other emails that are directed outside of predestinated domain would generate a warning informing a user that emails will not be sent outside of specific domain.

  13. I have Microsoft Outlook and I send all my PDF attachments thru this email.

    I have Microsoft Outlook and I send all my PDF attachments thru this email. Your October 2018 update no longer recognizes Outlook default that automatically sends an attachment to an email.

    Now we must every time get diverted and click on attachment and continue to attach every single PDF in an email to Outlook. This creates a lot of work for no valid reason. EVERY user of Outlook is now going thru these extra steps for no valid reason. STOP IT.

    I am surprised that Adobe management who probably use Microsoft Outlook have themselves not wondered why they are now…

  14. Load Google Contacts only Once (for Sharing PDF's Faster)

    I set up my Acrobat DC to use my Google Contacts as default contacts when sharing PDF's. I have around 1,000 Google Contacts.

    Each time I press the contacts search button to select contacts with whom to share a PDF, Acrobat loads and parses all the contacts. It is slow.

    Instead, load the contacts once. Allow some method (a button?) for re-loading if the user (me) thinks the data needs to be refreshed.

  15. Add Multiple Reviewers Quickly

    I am sending multiple PDFs for review and add six different reviewers to each one. Rather than adding each one at a time, I'd like to have a reviewer group or the option of copy/pasting in multiple reviewer email addresses in one step.

  17. Downloading multiple documents under review

    Hello,

    it would be great if I can download multiple documents at once, which are under review. It would be even better if I can download a document. Instead I have to open every single document and save it. Makes documentation difficult.

  18. The ability to connect you Adobe Pro Subscription iOS iPad App with OneDrive or SharePoint

    Right now your Adobe Cloud or DropBox are the only way to save your edits to a PDF on your iPad. I need a way to save the Adobe PDFs from my Adobe Reader (Pro Subscription) to any kind of shared drive. Microsoft is best.

  19. Review tracker shows new items without new items

    i have 20+ active reviews in tracker. The icons shows not and then icon for new message. It usually means that there is something new in my reviews. But very often there is no new stuff. So I need to open and close every single item to see close the new item icon???
    I have realized that it shows this icon as soon as someone opens the file. But the tracker itself shows the file in bold only when someone have written something. This is very annoying, especially if you have several pdf in review... PLease fix.

  20. Disable Download

    When sharing links through the Send for Review feature, have an option to prohibit downloads, copying, or editing beyond comments etc. More control over this feature will prevent draft documents from floating around.
