Multi-User PDF editing/collaboration within SharePoint
As an organisation we receive many PDF documents which are centrally stored within SharePoint. We have a requirement to read and provide comments on the content from a multi-user base, i.e. we need the ability to collaborate on a single PDF where all Users can read and write comments on the same PDF document, plus all edits are saved centrally. Essentially can Adobe provide the same collaboration tools as Microsoft does with Office 365?

Acrobat DC hangs up Outlook when PDF is shared
when I share a document using email on outlook, Adobe acrobat Pro often hangs up my email so I can not access any features. The only way to regain email access is to close every open pdf, and then close the lingering windows that shows recent documents. I use Adobe acrobat DC all day everyday, so I am hung up at least once or twice a day.

use compare report and send it for shared review with old and new file side-by-side view
I have 2 pdfs, version 1 and version 2. Using compare pdf, I can able to view the changes made and save the compare report and see side-by-side.
But, when I send the compare report for shared review, but the reviewers can see only the new file with comments and can not see side-by-side on browser.
Enable side-by-side view for shared review through browser. So the reviewers can easily identify the changes from version 1 to version 2 and it is easy for them to review.

Spark by Readdle
I use SPARK as my mail application on my phone and home computer. Would it be possible to allow that program to send files from Acrobat?

Some reviewers can't access shared reviews at all
Refer to the PDF review error message they are receiving (attached). I've never heard of this, but several of my developers (Chrome, IE, Edge, on Windows, Mac, or Linux flavors) all have the same problem. about 1/3 of people have no trouble, others get this error. Help!

Drag and drop an open pdf (Tab) to an open email
It would be great if I can drag an open (pdf) file by dragging it to an open email as attachment, without using the insert file in Outlook. I often use a hyperlink within an excel file to the pdf, and this option would spare me a lot of time. Thanks!

GUI email feature not working
I work with a government agency that will only accept PDF's that are sent through the GUI button at the bottom of the pdf. They do not allow email attachments of the pdf. A few months ago the GUI feature no longer worked and I can only send as an attachment, which gets rejected. I am stuck here, any ideas?

Easily send email from my native email client / Easily save file to my native drive
Adobe has such band behavior. Always trying to force users to use its own email or go through its own system. It should be easy to click a button and either save to my desktop, or dropbox without having to go through several menus. Same with email, there should be a simple button to send a copy of document through my own email of my own preference. Very annoying and very childish and insecure culture at Adobe

Bug- Can't sign in for cloud usage
I've recently had Acrobat DC installed so that I could use the collaborative cloud sharing features to simplify the collection of signatures for document approvals. I've been unable to share any document. The software does not allow me to sign in. I appear as signed in when I look at the help menu but when I try to share a document it asks me to sign in again. I click on "sign in" and no other prompts or windows open. It's like the button isn't working.

Allow shared review deadline default to be changed to None
I never use deadlines for shared reviews, so the 14-day default is a nuisance. I often forget to change it to None (3 extra clicks for nothing) and then have to go back and change it when reviewers complain review is locked - more time wasted.
Please give us the option to have None as the default. It's the obvious default.

Insert text comment
Can you please include the Insert Text Comment feature in the shared review? This feature is available in Acrobat Reader and in the not-shared COMMENT review toolbar. As a basic comment tool, I am quite surprised (and very frustrated) that this is not available for collaborative commenting.
Specifically referring to "Insert Text" as described here: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/mark-text-edits.html#insert_text

Please make the Message Box with sharing files either resizable or auto expand. Such a small window currently.

Comments in Dropbox Paper don't get saved to Acrobat PDF as comments along with the rest of the Paper document
I'm collaborating on an article with a colleague in Dropbox Paper, but when I save the document to PDF, the Paper comments are not included in the PDF file. Co-editing in Paper is easier in Paper than Acrobat, so I would like to continue using Paper. However, losing the comments in the PDF file is an issue.

Viewed by feature does not work. I have shared a file and I got an email back from one of the recipients however, it still appears us "Not
Adobe has gotten carried away with their fees - product defects need to be repaired. there has to be a better way to contact and get immediate solutions to problems for this kind of money. shared file acknowledgements does not work. I sent to several people that have opened and sent me email feedback. The email still appears as "Not Opened"- this is nonsense.

tracking
Hi everyone,
Can anyone tell me if there is way to see the total amount of people viewing your shared pdf? As i would like to create a statistics on the amount of audience we are reaching with our shared PDF.
If you look at picture two, we can see that there are more than one person viewing the document (confirmed in real life with colleagues opening the file) but it only records 1 of 1 viewed.
Does anybody have a solution to this? Or can the acrobat staff add a feature so we can create view statistics on our…
