Confirmation email when sending out shared reviews
I think I used to receive a confirmation email verifying when and with whom I shared a PDF review.It also contained the link to the review. Was this feature removed? Can it be added back? It is very handy to forward to team members that inevitably missed/can't find the email that was sent to them or insist they were never included in the first place.

cannot save the file
There is many ticket about save as problem.
When you try to save as, you just get the blank sheet. The same thing occurs when you try to share file. I cannot take a capture because the blank sheet disappear when I open the snipping tool.
This problem has been years but now it has been for months. To save the file I have to print pdf as a file by windows. This is not long term solutions because I lost the pdf preferences.I have paid Adobe creative cloud, adobe acrobat DC and distiller DC. The program is up…

Expiration Date for Shared Documents, Links, and Signatures
Provide an option to set an expiration date on shared documents, Links, Signatures, and Files.
Creates an option to chose an expiration date for the share & collaboration to end. For example, deadlines are necessary for premiers and limited short run editions. Dates that Expire would be useful when users want to stop sharing rough drafts with numerous individuals who may be collaborating on a marketing campaign.
Any files that can be shared are automatically given the option to add expiration dates. After the expiration period is over the links, documents, files, and signatures options would no longer be accessible.4 votes -
Shared Document Access removable feature
having an access removable button would benefit all account users who shares files with other individual. By having an option to remove a person from viewing a document you've shared with them would give us great ability to deny people from viewing this document. For example: If you've shared a document with "John Doe and *" you should be able to remove "John Doe and * would still have access to the document rather than having to "unshare" the entire document .

Allow spell check for all content within Acrobat
I think adding a feature to spell check all content within a PDF would be greatly beneficial for everyone. Our company uses spell check within Word all the time to ensure no egregious errors are present, but when documents are pulled into artwork, we then lose that ability to do a spell check. Many companies work strictly out of Acrobat for most of their process, but the only thing spell check is able to review on the artwork is comments. Shared documents should have the capability to use the insert text and replace text.
These should be added immediately to make reviewing as easy as possible. Our team has paid for Adobe Pro DC thinking this would fix the problem to being able to use these tools, yet they still do not work.

Change Recipient Limits on Document Cloud Reviews
A change was recently made to the limits on Adobe Document Cloud Shared Reviews. Prior to a recent update, the review limit was set to 25 files per day irrespective of recipients It has now changed to 50 total recipients.
I have a distribution list comprised of primary/backup reviewers from several departments within our organization, totaling 15 recipients. With the new limitation, I am now limited to either 3 reviews per day or have to pair down my recipient list to primary reviewers only and keep track of when a review has to be sent to a backup recipient and…4 votes -
"Resolve" status returns sync error
When setting the status of a comment to "Resolve" an error is returned. A pop-up box reads:
"We weren't able to sync your comment. Please try adding a different comment."
The comment's status will change to "Resolved" but the error message pops up every time.4 votes -
Expiry date for PDF files Share link
To secure PDF files, we do password protection and share via link.
However, once file is shared via link, this link is still valid for ages and anyone who knows the password can download.

Need to have a comments resolution discussion list
Need to have a comments resolution made from the shared review comments. The comments should be organized into a discussion list so that the host is able to respond to the comments and the reviewers to reply on it.

Receive error - cannot connect to the Review Server 13.107.136.9
This is currently an error that we are experiencing. We are doing shared reviews and this was working fine several weeks ago. We were able to previously send out pdf's for review but now we are receiving this error.

crashing on share or e-mail; can't access contacts
The software is so incredibly buggy - any attempt to share makes the software crash. Cannot share files saved in document cloud or elsewhere, share via e-mail (with outlook Mac) causes crash, share via document cloud causes crash, attempts to access address book to share via native adobe app causes crash. Why can't I just drag files stored in the document cloud into an e-mail or message - this is the easiest way to share. Share/collaboration is literally unusable in acrobat DC - WHY?! Shared Review via Document Cloud
When my team uses the updated Shared Review, they do not have access to all of the commenting tools as they did prior to the update.
The REPLACE TEXT, INSERT TEXT etc. are vital to our review process. Not having these tools available prevents us from updating the InDesign layout using the new PDF COMMENTS feature.
So, to sum it up, we were excited about updates that are not working because they were not fully deployed with the features we need.

Load Google Contacts only Once (for Sharing PDF's Faster)
I set up my Acrobat DC to use my Google Contacts as default contacts when sharing PDF's. I have around 1,000 Google Contacts.
Each time I press the contacts search button to select contacts with whom to share a PDF, Acrobat loads and parses all the contacts. It is slow.
Instead, load the contacts once. Allow some method (a button?) for re-loading if the user (me) thinks the data needs to be refreshed.

Email without tracking
This was closed, but not actually resolved. Nice Try Adobe! I would like to send a PDF without tracking, received via cloud, etc. Either it can be fixed or not. Putting Resolved on it without the features and benefits of the past is not a fix.

Stop forcing us to share files via links instead of simply attaching file to email
I just want an easy way to attach a file to an email. I do not need the stupid link.

Sending PDF per Mail Outlook new
We have switched our email software to Outlook New. Since then, the Send function in Adobe no longer works. Previously, we could simply click on the envelope icon, select “Send by Email”, and a new email would open with the PDF attached.
Currently, it is not possible to set Outlook New as the default email program. Adobe does not recognize it as an email application and shows the message that no email program is installed.
This issue causes us significantly more manual work, as we now have to save documents separately and attach them manually to emails.

bring back simple email share
Please bring back the simple, 1-click email sharing! I don´t need all this cloud functionality. I just want a button that immediately opens my email app and sends the pdf right out of your acrobat. Your cloud stuff forces me uncountable times to delete accidentially cloud uploads.
Email icon -> share via system standard email app.
