Documents with fill sections
This is more of a complaint. This new e-signatures feature you all put in for the PDFs has messed up the ability to enter information into fill sections. I can't change the information in the fill sections anymore.
Overall, could you all just stop messing with stuff for a little while and let us get used to whats already there? You all have added so many new features and stuff that it's becoming convoluted. Just stop. Ya'll doing too much.

Update for Adobe Reader worse
Recently a new update was done for Adobe Reader editing and annotating a PDF. For a number of reasons this has been made worse in terms of easy of use:
- Menu has now been put on the side instead of the top - interfering in the text of the PDF
- This function is used to mark exam scripts sent in by PDF
- The Check mark function used to work very well - not it does not work on many spots of the script - you now have to make a check mark in the wrong place and…13 votes -
multiple signature profiles
Although this has been mentioned by others, I wanted to bring a different perspective to the request. Apologies for doubling up on the ask--
Please allow users to create multiple signature profiles. It is impractical for many businesses and, honestly, the effect is kind of sexist. The impact of the policy likely affects women who use Acrobat DC disproportionately as they are more likely to use separate names in the workplace and their private lives compared to their male counterparts. They are also more likely to serve in roles where they may have to sign on behalf of one or…

New e-signature process is terrible
New E-signature process is terrible. I need to have control over which email address I am sending from - as my Adobe email and work email are different. I also do not want to use the Adobe cloud to store the emails. Bring back the old process!!!

Signature not removable from the Fill & Sign tool
Once I have uploaded the image of my signature in the Fill & Sign tool, it's not more possible to remove it. Clicking the "X" button doesn't work. I've closed and re-opened Adobe DC. I also tryed to reinstall it, but nothing.
After reinstallation if I uload again an image in the fill&sign tool, it's not possible to remove it.

text boxes not automatically adjusting
I've noticed that when you send out a document to be filled and signed the text boxes do not enter onto a new line when the text reaches the end of the box but instead continues on the same line, off the page, so that you cannot read what everything that has been typed. This is a serious issue and, I would imagine, should be a fairly simple fix. Very irritating and potentially hindering to business.

Request e-Signature custom CC per person
When having multiple signatures, some of these signers may have administrators that manage their documents, and must be CC'd in. This functionality requires each each CC to be custom per person. I want my contracts to to be CC'd in when its flowing around my business, however I do not want the client CC'd in when we are signing.
Also, when you click the "choose where to sign" button the loading screen says "Submitting", it makes me feel like i've accidentally pressed Request E-Sign - this should be updated to "Loading"

On Request Signatures: The pre-filled data that I put in the boxes looked all neat and tidy before sending. Then when the document came back, the font in the prefilled boxes was twice as large and only half the address could be read! On a contract! The document does not appear to everyone the same way that it appears when I am creating it and now my contracts look like noob work. How am I to guess how pre-filled data will look if it is deceiving while building the doc? I put a screen shot of it, the suite, city,…

Unable to repeat Initial field across all pages
The latest update to the e-signature feature lacks the ability to automatically replicate the 'initial' field across all pages. This functionality was readily available in the previous version with a simple button click. The absence of this feature renders the e-signature process highly inefficient for businesses, as it now necessitates the manual insertion of initials on each page.

Exception Procesing Message
While attempting to edit a PDF using the Fill & Sign feature, I get the attached error message. I found a workaround stemming from this community forum:
https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-reader-discussions/exception-processing-message-0xc0000139-unexpected-parameters/m-p/12000108The workaround is to close QuickBooks while editing PDFs from Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Please fix this, the problem seems to have been around since 2021.3 votes -
downloading for e-signatures stalls out at 72%
When I get to the e-signatures, I enter the emails and click for the next step.....it starts to download the document and stalls at 72% and won't go any further. What is wrong and how can I fix it?
I'm using Adobe Pro which I just got and not sure how to use it yet.

Fill & Sign does not stay in place
This feature is TRASH! I am trying to edit a document by filling and signing. The text added will not stay in place and is dancing all over the document. Now I cannot delete the added text that is being misplaced. This document is ruined after 3 hours of work!

cannot eliminate an old signature
cannot eliminate an old signature. I have added two signatures in the old version of adobe reader (which was much easier and intuitive to use, the new one is sht and has a sht interface) and now when clicking on the "X" to remove/eliminate one of the two old signatures nothing happens!

Multiple Signature Profiles Need to be Added
I can see that MANY people have been asking for this for MANY years. I have two digital e-signatures that need to be used plus my initials. I can currently only have one e-signature and my initials. PLEASE UPDATE ACROBAT SO AS TO ALLOW MORE THAN TWO E-SIGNATURES TO BE ON FILE.
Also, you should know that your chat agent told me to revert to the 32-bit version of Acrobat because it allowed more than 2 e-signatures. I am on a Mac (OS 13.6.4) and couldn't do that even if it were a valid suggestion, which it isn't. 32-bit applications…

In order to put data into a fillable PDF, I must have the E-Sign side window open. This is very inconvenient.
Without the E-sign side menu open, I cannot enter by clicking into a field. It turns it blue and cannot type. (see attached screenshot)
I contacted tech support and they said to choose "All Tools" and "Fill & Sign" - that allows typing into the field by clicking into it, but now that E-Sign menu eats up a large portion of my screen. (see other attached screenshot).
This is very inconvenient to be forced into having that side panel open. I wish you would change it back to the way it was.1 vote -

Auto-Generate Repeated Areas
It would be great if you had a document (medical form) where you have the person's name at the top of each form and it allowed you to auto-generate their name at the top of each page. This could also include date of birth, date, time, or patient ID. In other words, allow you to have a header/footer for your template.
