  1. Please work with MicroSoft and add the ability to open a file in the Adobe desktop app directly from SharePoint and include the ability to save back to SharePoint using the libraries versioning settings. I know we can add libraries via adobe to do this, but I need to access hundreds of libraries and its just too hard the way things are currently setup.

  2. I can share files located in the adobe document cloud, but can't share folder or tree of folders with files. Please consider adding the sharing option for a folder or tree of folders with files in the adobe document cloud.

    Thank you.

  3. Our organisation has Acrobat linked to our Sharepoint page, which we upload hundreds of work orders to. Our tradesmen will then simply open the relevant work order folder, and check out a work order .pdf as they are using it.
Currently they will have to sort through the hundreds of open work orders however, as the search bar in the top right corner does not recognise Sharepoint file/folder names, only local.

Could I please request that the functionality of this search bar is extended to include linked Sharepoint, cloud etc. services? As more organisations move to cloud based data storage,…

  4. Please allow for access to cloud documents in MAC Finder. I'm befuddled as to why this isn't an option yet. This would greatly improve my workflow as I wouldn't have to go on the web for access....AND it seems like a very simple fix.

    Thank you.

  8. I up voted a similar idea which is currently under review but adding a new request to be slightly different. With Adobe now pushing Document Cloud as a comparable service to Creative and Experience, + the verb strategy; can you enable Sync for Document Cloud files to my local machine?

Today if I scan documents or even sign documents? would it be possible to sync my Document Cloud documents locally? You have Creative Cloud files syncing - why not Document Cloud files?

  9. When saving a new PDF to Adobe document Cloud, it would be significantly more efficient to implement a drop down option below the "Save file to Adobe Document Cloud" icon at the time of saving to select folder save location within the document cloud instead of it saving to a consistent location every time.

  10. Adobe recently removed option to send Zipped Folders from Send & Track. It was working fine a couple of months ago...I inquired and now Adobe is saying that you need a paid subscription. I purchased the product outright which is costly, but do not want to deal with subscriptions for every PC (especially in office environment with a ton of computers).....hence the fact of buying the product. Please BRING IT BACK!!

  11. It's simpler if Adobe can add a button/function directly in Document Cloud for users to check remaining storage spaces(& better if also can check used up storage spaces). Can you refer my feedback to your senior or the product development team of Document Cloud?Adding this feature will make it more user-friendly than everytim pasting a link to check the info.

Other similar Cloud-storage websites (e.g. Google Drive, Dropbox, Microsoft OneDrive) at least has a bar or the like to show how many spaces are left & used up.

  12. I am editing a PDF I have saved to Document Cloud. I realize the filename is no longer right, so I want to change it. I only know two ways

    1. open web browser, go to Document Cloud, and rename file
    2. save a new local copy of the PDF named "File B." Then upload File B to Document Cloud and remove File A from the document cloud. Then delete my local copy of File B.

I would just like to be able to change the filename on the fly (like in Google Docs) Thank you

  15. It would be extremely useful to be able to highlight and delete multiple uploads from the 'Shared for Viewing' page. It's very time consuming having to delete individual files to create space for new uploads.

    Please look into this.

    Thank you.

  17. When adding a SharePoint library as a storage account it would be beneficial to to be able to define which view to use (using the view URL) or be prompted to select a view.

In some cases, libraries do exceed over 5000 items and files within the library can no longer be viewed in the storage account menu within Adobe.

On the SharePoint side, large libraries that heavily leverage metadata have indexes configured in order to surpass this 5000 item limit per view. It appears that the storage account setup is query for all items, rather than linking to a…

  18. hello. for PDF files that were uploaded into Microsoft Sharepoint, when there is an API call error, it tells the user to contact Adobe support. However... Adobe support says this is a Microsoft error and contact should be Microsoft.

Probably need to have Microsoft fix this on their side. And also have Microsoft not have contact be Adobe (though... from what I can tell it's an Adobe Document Cloud error page)

    referencing session 562211ba-2a30-44ce-9c4b-3024d9439d41.

Also... the Adobe support told me to contact microsoft support and also to list the error on this page. I'm…

  20. We would like to have the possibility, just like with OneDrive 4 Business, to restore deleted files for a User or by a User if deleted in the Document Cloud.

At this moment, as soon as the file is deleted in the document cloud there is no turning back.

It would be great if there would be such a feature enabled like lets say save deleted data for 30 days in a trashcan were users can restore it if deleted by accident.

    Thanks.
