  3. When I open a PDF, I expect to be able to interact with it as soon as it loads, not have to wait 15 seconds while a stupid up-sell overlay loads and then have to close that before I can actually READ the PDF. That **** should be in a newsletter, not in the **** app.

    Hi Keith,

Sorry for the trouble you faced. Can you please attach a screenshot of the dialog you are seeing.

    Thanks

  4. I believe that in invidual plan there should be: Branding, Social authentication, Advanced forms, Leanguages and Advanced Workflows.

By my opinion it could save lots and time and problems for Adobe Sign's users. :)

  6. Due to corporate policy, we are not allowed to use external servers, Document Cloud is such a server. Our documents are not to be loaded to any external servers.
Can we have the ability to remove the Document Cloud from view or code-wise?
We can not have our confidential documents going to Adobe's servers.

  7. This is a bug report.

    In macOS,
'language' of application and OCR language have to be the same.
    Otherwise it won't work.

    In Windows,
    this bug doesn't exist.

    Details are discussed as following.

  8. I have filled up a form using Foxit Reader. When I tried to open the form with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC I got error "The document enabled extended features in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. The document has been changed since it was created and use of extended features is no longer available. Please contact the author for the original version of this document".

I tried some other PDF programs, no issue when opening this form.

  9. I would like to see a feature added to Acrobat that would allow Acrobat to stamp the path (location) and name of the document which was created. I am attaching an example of a document created with a different program in which the feature is highlighted..

It would also be great if that stamp would adjust and change as the document is renamed, moved or received and saved by the receiving party.

  12. I am running Adobe Acrobat DC on a Windows 7 machine with 16GB of RAM and an NVidia NVS 310 Graphics Card. I have no issues regarding visual display or memory with other software. When running Adobe Acrobat DC, I frequently encounter issues where the file/program crashes, giving an error that it is Out of Memory or encountering a Draw Error. This has happened while reading multiple different PDF files, usually after I have been scrolling through the file for a short time. Usually, when this message occurs the page displays as a blank white page, and if I continue…

  14. We often receive multi-page PDFs of publications initially created in InDesign with a request for updates. In order to make these updates flexibly, we would have to recreate the document indesign and then make the updates.

I seams reasonable to ask Adobe, to create a functionality, where one can convert or export PDF (generated from InDesign document) to .indd InDesign file format.

  16. We want to create a PDF file from local HTML files.

It can show gradient background if we save PDF by using printing function in browser.

However, It doesn't works when created in Acrobat.

We don't want to use printing function to create all PDF files, due to there are many pages waited to be converted.

The gradient background are written in CSS.

    Could we have a solution?

    Tks.

  17. Your customer support chat is IMPOSSIBLE to find, sends me in endless useless circles, and redirects me to useless forum articles having nothing to do with my situation. I actually had to trick your system about my situation to get to support chat. My company pays handsomely for this software, which includes chat support, and should not have to waste time as such. We have over 150 licenses with ya'll and you left us hung out to dry. This is not acceptable customer service. Correct immediately.

  18. I had Adobe Pro 9. I used it at work to add stamps, and markup drawings. My machine was rebuilt and Adobe Standard XI was loaded. Very inefficient software for what I need. I searched for the comparison to XI Pro and am not convinced it is any better.
Some issues: preloaded stamps cannot be removed, each stamp has to be selected every time (9 would remember the last used), you cannot copy multiple objects using the control button, you cannot save a custom sheet sized when printing (previously you could, issue of width/length for some sizes being backwards still…

Thanks for sharing your concern with us. We have shared your concern with the team and we will look into this.

  20. Automatically open the same files on same page after restart. This would great in conjunction with the feature "Restore last view settings when reopening documents". If one has several documents open and one has to restart Adobe Acrobat or Windows it would be quite timesaving and relieve the pain of having to find each document and re-open.
