    Constant freezing, unresponsive, and crashes
    Open document, freeze occurs after most actions such as: resize window, edit text, select text, comment, etc.
    OS: Windows 10 Pro
    Powerful hardware should not be a limiting factor (attached jpg)

  2. Combined file - contents changed

    Combined file - contents changed. I had combined 2 PDFs, however when I view the combined file the numbers on one of the pages completely changed. I work in financial services so this issue is a significant loss in confidence to the software.

  3. Amount of cloud storage used

    Previous to the upgrade of the portal we were provisioned on the portal page how much cloud storage a user was using. In some cases, users are not allowed to storage on the cloud and I need to ensure this is the case. Please bring back the option of cloud storage used or the ability to know who/how much is being used when needed would be more than helpful.

  4. Unable to convert .xlsx files to .pdf

    I have placed all the .xlsx file in Adobe DC and i am told i can not combine as the files are not supported

  6. Add a download link with words in the web view of pdf sent by Sent&Track service, customers don't think to your logo and refuse Send&Track

    The download logo is not enough. Most of my customers can not find / do not understand how to print when they see the page after following a sent&track link. They don't think to download and don't pay attention to this logo so they refuse your system and request the pdf file by email ... for a link.

  7. Highlight text as Read Out Loud feature is reading the text

    When using the Read Out Loud feature, please have it highlight the words it is reading out loud while it is reading it. This will enable users to follow along as the program reads the document to them. Someone asked about it in the forum in 2017 and your representative kept telling them to click on the text they want the program to read to them. This is not the goal and often inconvenient.   8. Adobe DC not printing pdfs from excel . Error message...The procedure entry point _DistBeginFileJob@16 could not be located

    Adode DC printing error. No pdf created. Error message when printing as follows...The procedure entry point _DistBeginFileJob@16 could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files (x86)\Abobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\AcroDist.exe.

    Windows 10 64 bit.

    The problem occurs in Excel, Autocad and word.....

    I have uninstalled Acrobat DC and reinstalled, but the error persists. Any ideas, please?

  9. Opens on Wrong Screen

    Acrobat DC always opens on my second monitor even after selecting the open on main monitor in the preferences dialog box. I keep checking on the open on main screen only to find the open on this monitor option selected each time i take a look. it's kind of like i missed selecting a save settings option that doesn't exist.

  10. On/Off Home Screen Pref

    Others have called for it, but I’ll add my voice as a frequent Acrobat Pro DC for Mac. Give us the option to turn on/ the annoying home screen. Thanks for your positive response.

  11. The close button on tabs is smaller than the clickable area.

  12. attachments in PDF not apparent

    Microsoft Outlook (and any other mail application) is very APPARENT if there is an / are attachments.

    Adobe Acrobat? It is hidden!!

    Please make some popup / notification that there are attachments embedded within the PDF - as a default feature. Just like Outlook has it.

  15. When trying to convert email to .pdf in Outlook, the conversion fails at 248 emails and then removes the Adobe Acrobat Add-In from Outlook.

  16. Subwindow

    When reading a pdf document, one some time need to go back and forth to check definitions, tables, figures, etc. And it's pretty troublesome to do so. It'd be great if we can have a subwindow for looking up things without affecting the current reading process. It'd be greater, if you can open the subwindow directly from 'ctrl+F'.

  19. MS Word 2016 Addin for Adobe Acrobat Pro 11

    Please resolve the incompatibility between MS Office and Acrobat in the subject versions. My Company does not have a budget to upgrade to a new version and plans to maintain the Acrobat Pro 11.
