    1. Go to Help > Check for Updates. Please update to the latest version if not already done.
    2. When do you encounter this error? Can you share detailed steps?
    3. Does this happen with every PDF or specific PDF?

  4. Tried converting several PDF files with the same format into Excel, two colums get incorrectly combined on all of them, this doesn't happen when using a different, free, online service.

  5. When attempting to export a pdf to a jpg, png, or tiff an error stating that the image is too wide to output occurs. This only happens with some files, but not all.

    We were able to convert the pdf using your online tool.

  6. I am working with Linde Engineering India (Linde AG) as Engineering consultant. Our daily routine job is to review various suppliers' documentation to meet the client requirement. Supplier submits the document which we review in .pdf using commenting tool. Previously we were using Acrobat 9 for this in Windows7. Now we are using Windows 10 for last more than 1 year and in that, we are only allowed to use Acrobat standard DC Version 2015.006.30033. In this Adobe Acrobat version, we are not able to edit the comments made by our peers / sub-ordinates before sending it back to Supplier

    Could you please let us know if you are unlocking comments one by one.
    Kindly take a note that you can unlock many/all comments in one go after selecting them in RHP.

  7. While exporting data from PDF to Excel some pdf data is not getting exported in excel. I never experienced this issue in previous version

    As per Attachment Group id Mentioned in PDF is 711455, however Exported excel have group id as 71145. so it is missing last digit. I have 250 plus pages in pdf all pages have similar issue with group id.
    Old version never had this issue

    Sorry for your inconvenience.
    It seems InDesign hangs for you. It is not clear how Acrobat is involved in the process. Can you please explain the workflow?

  11. Fill and sign has recently started freezing the whole application. Gets worse when adding text in the fill and sign tool.

    Hi,

    Can you please provide the following details :

    1. Does the app freezes when you try Fill and Sign with all PDF files or specific PDF files. If possible can you please share a sample PDF.
    2. Did you try using Comments/Edit after opening the PDF?
    3. Once the application freezes, open task manager and go to Acrobat.exe process, right click and create a process dump. Kindly share that with us.

  12. When creating a PDF from a .docx file from within Microsoft Word, when PDF/A compliance is set to "PDF/A-1a", text boxes will have borders in the PDF even when they do not have borders in the Word document itself. No other PDF/A compliance setting exhibits this bug.

  15. If I change the document to fit to one page, every time I push another bookmark in the document it is back to full page scrolling view. It takes forever to scroll through one page of document in this view for some reason. Please fix this feature.

    Looks like the Zoom settings of your bookmark are set to FitWidth.

    Requesting you to kindly change the Zoom properties of your bookmark to set it to FitPage or Inherit Zoom.

  16. I'm unable to create a signature, when I select 'add signature' my screen grey's out and i'm unable to do anything. It doesn't move past this, and then I have to escape out. Is there a work around?

    Hi,

    Can you please share the below information :

    1. Your OS details.
    2. Version of your Acrobat. Go to Help > About Acrobat.
    3. Can you try clicking on Next inside Fill and Sign app and check if you are able to create a link.
    4. Please try to sign out and then sign in again.

  17. Need to be able to save a prepared Adobe Sign, and PREVIEW for quality control, after completing Step 2 of adding signature blocks prior to sending. Example: I built out the signature piece and wanted to SAVE it for Review with my client of where to sign BEFORE I sent it to client for signatures. I was unable to do either of these. As a result, I felt nervous sending the document out to client because I was forced to send it directly after my first pass of prepping for signatures. I tried to create a template and that was…

    You can find the sign-Out button on the right most end of the Tab Bar in Acrobat by clicking on the Image icon for your account.
    Alternatively, you can find the sign out button under Help → Sign out.

  19. I receive this error message when I select File -> Compress PDF.

    I currently have Adobe Acrobat Standard DC installed on a computer running Windows 10.

    I have used this feature to compress numerous other PDFs made from documents that contain text and images. I'm not sure why this feature has found a problem with the images. It would be nice if the error message also included suggestions on how to fix the problem.

    Can you please provide the following details :

    1. Please ensure you are on the latest version of Acrobat. Go to Help > Check for Updates.
    2. Is the issue reproducible for all PDF’s or some specific PDF. If possible can you please share a sample file.
    3. Are you shown any error? can you provide a snapshot of the same.
