Make Adobe Great Again
Not having the ability to utilize the 64bit versions of Pro and Reader is enraging and short sighted. People who develop PDFs need the ability to test them in Reader as the vast majority of users install Reader. There are also use cases where it is impractical to be consistently signed in, which then means you can no longer utilize PDFs at all. This is dumb and how it did not occur to your product team boggles the imagination. Please either restore the ability to use both products on the same machine, or at the very least allow access to…

Acrobat Lite Edition
All I want to do is:
- Combine PDFs
- Remove pages
- Rotate pages
- Basic editingI'm not going to spend $450 USD on Acrobat Standard, and I'm certainly not going to waste money on a yearly subscription for a product I only use a few times a month.
If an "Acrobat Lite" version were offered for $150 USD or less, I would purchase it, but since they don't, Adobe makes $0 off me.

Customer Support
The customer service for one-time license purchase is pathetic, once I go on the chat option, the AI has no clue, and the agents keep passing me on to other agents. No one has an idea what to do. Customer support is equal to some 3rd rate homegrown company.

Automated report of user list with product assignments
I would like to request the ability to set up a scheduled daily or weekly report that would email me a .csv list of my users with the products that are assigned to them. I currently have to log into my Admin Console and download this report, but and automated report, even in the form of an email notification indicating that my report is ready to download, would be very useful. thanks

Include Direct Installer links for Acrobat DC to the Adobe Admin Console Create a Package options
The "Create a Package" option of the Adobe Admin Console's Packages link for enterprise licenses only offers a "Self-Service Package" that does not allow for MECM deployment and Customization Wizard customizing, or a "Managed Package" that also forces the Creative Cloud Application Desktop Manager.
Please include the third option of a Direct Installer Package that allows us to find, download, and customize an Adobe Acrobat-only installation (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html).1 vote -

Manage non-active user subscriptions
A date of last logged on or usage would be helpful in managing user subscriptions who hasn't used the Adobe product in the last 2-3 months. This will help remove abandon subscriptions.

Features not being used in the last x days
Much like another feature being requested, I would like to see a breakdown in the Admin console of not just licenses allocated or used, but also when they were last used.
For example, do I have a user that just opens/reads PDF's all day and doesn't need Standard DC, or do I have a user that isn't using all the features of Pro and could be downgraded to Standard?
We have close to 3,000 users of Adobe products, it is going to be a tedious pain in my rump if I have to automate the removal of ALL the installed…

Acrobat DC uninstalls Acrobat Reader
When installing even the testversion of Acrobat DC the Acrobat Reader disapears. Seems to be uninstalled. After the trial I need to uninstall Acrobat DC and install the Reader again. This is not acceptable, as there is no hint at the installation of Acrobat DC!

Adobe Reader won't update if the ***** desktop is locked
I don't want programs randomly creating shortcuts on my desktop, so I deleted everything in C:\Users\Public\Desktop and locked that folder (if I want stuff on my desktop I put it in C:\Users<my name>\Desktop).
The problem is that now when Adobe reader tries to update, it says that the update failed because it can't create a shortcut in C:\Users\Public\Desktop. But that's just the point, I don't want it to create a shortcut there. I want it to update anyway, but without creating a shortcut.
If it can't create a desktop shortcut, it should just ignore that and update anyway. Or even…
