Please allow use older versions of the app in Creative Cloud, like other Creative Cloud apps have, Version 24.1 is Broken.
Version 24.1 is Broken. It has crashed 9 times today. This happens when scrolling documents, tabbing into documents and even when opening documents. I am not even using any of the special features. This is ruining my workflow and honestly am about to look for an alternative PDF program.
Please give us the option to use older versions of apps like other programs do in the CC. So I can have a functioning version of the app. It was working fine before the update.

This happens after opening a PDF in Adobe Acrobat (Continuous Release Version 2024.002.20991 | 64-bit).
This error is received after opening a PDF in Acrobat. I have run the add/remove programs > Modify > repair program and am still getting the error. I tried to run a repair on Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app, but it only has the remove option. Checking for updates reports that everything is up to date.

allow Shared usage of Adobe Pro for teams access.
My Company (Small business) uses the adobe pro license daily. We have grown and wish to assign the Acrobat Sign Duties to another user. Currently the only way to do this is purchase an entire Sign License ($20.99/permonth) or another Pro License ($23.99/permonth). This is cost prohibitive for a small business who merely wants to delegate some of the daily routine to another user. I would recommend that the adobe pro license allow the administrator to delegate applications included in the pro license to different users at a small cost ($5/month). stop using AI
I need a new license provider because my current license provider is not giving me a good service. I am trying to contact a human being from ADOBE who may help me find a new way to renew my license, but it is imposible. I am a senior citizen and a 100% disabled American veteran living on a fixed income. Does Adobe offer any license discounts to people like me? I cannot afford the monthly subscription fee or lifetime license amount.

Shared server update issue
We use non-persistent Citrix servers for our infrastructure and when we update 64-bit versions of Adobe Pro DC, we are having to go into the registry and redo the keys that allow for multiple users /shared devices. This is only happening to 64-bit installs and seems to have started back on the August planned update. This seems like a bug since 32-bit versions of Adobe are unchanged after updating. PC restart required after update, which is super annoying
PC restart after software update is normally not required, except device drivers.

RUM command line update for Adobe pro and Creative Cloud
we need a way to use a command line to update Adobe pro unified version as well as the creative cloud app.
i.e. AdobeApps.exe /UpdateAll
it should then go to the web, download the patches needed to update whatever is installed and make SURE its the latest version. Right now it doesnt do this by default!
So some users have older versions depending on what installer was used. Please fix this.

Include the Preflight plugin in the Acrobat installer so end users do not need to install the plugin after they've installed the software.

Unable to use PDF Viewer
My Previous Company gave me Adobe Premium Acess now that that i don't have access to it anymore I am not even able to use adobe PDF viewer it asks me to buy premium and closes full software I need this to be fixed or else I will quit using adobe Acrobat this behaviour of the software is irritating

Do not allow a fixed display size to be set in the Registry when the software is installed.
When Acrobat is initialized (or just now when a popup presents "new Acrobat" settings, for AI I believe), if the suggested settings are not accepted and the user goes in and selects a document display size, that size is fixed permanently for whenever a document is opened. This can't even be changed by going into general (global) Preferences in the software. This thus presents a problem that can only be resolved by deleting the preference setting key in the Registry and thus reinstall the master preferences. Your customers PAY FOR your products. When I downloaded and launched the app on my new laptop (LONGtime user on my prior laptop), you did not:
Announce the "new" look
Offer a tour of the "new" product BEFORE launching it
Offer the option of "new" vs. "original"I had to resort to Chat with Customer Service to learn what happened and how to undo your GIANT step backwards. The fonts are microscopic, there are icons where words should be, and the layout is now a hide-and-seek experience.

MAKE IT EASIER TO FIND THE SIMPLE DOWNLOAD BUTTON.
Why don't you be more like Microsoft. One e-mail address or sign-in gets you everything. One sign-in, All your licenses are there. Plus unlike your Adobe.com, when I sign into the page, I get more ads and how great it is. Instead in O365, all my apps are there and I can quickly find the DOWNLOADS and install the application. All done without the Adobe Ads cloud ****. I never had a problem with installing the apps on my computer.

Every time there is an update my Acrobat Pro DC changes back to Acrobat Reader, and it is always a major pain, takes hours of my time to get the Acrobat Pro DC back again. This happens every couple of months.

Alter the prompt when performing an operation requiring an Adobe Acrobat Pro license you do not have a license please contact your admin
Further to Case ID: E-001161228 - "You do not have access to this feature. Please contact your IT Admin for more details" When users want to perform a task which requires an Acrobat License a dialog box is shown which says "You do not have access to this feature. Please contact your IT Admin for more details." This is prompting users who have Acrobat licenses to contact our helpdesk asking why they have lost access. Disable generative AI features administratively from the Adobe admin portal.
I need a way to administratively disable generative AI company-wide.
Adobe has decided to launch generative AI in its new Acrobat beta. The announcement email indicated that to administratively disable generative AI for a team, that I must contact customer service. What????
Customer Service tells me the only way to disable generative AI is to deploy the following registry setting, which obviously is a terrible way to manage a product:
HKLM/Software/Policies/Adobe/AdobeAcrobat/Beta/FeatureLockdown
Create a Dword- bEnableGentech
Set the registry value= 0
