  1. White font that I can't change

    While using Fill and Sign the text is showing up white. I can't figure out how to change it back to black.

  2. Idea

    I currently have to edit the appearance of every field (except the Signature) to change the default font from Auto to 10pt. Most of my forms require 12 input fields for multiple signatures and this is time consuming and tedious. Please add a feature for users to set program default preferences for the appearance of fields that are added to a Fill & Sign document.

  3. fill and sign

    When I open a new document the fill and sign works; it shows the blank spot as a blue box and I can click it to type words into it. However, then I go to organize pages to add a page, and click on fill and sign when I am done, and I am no longer able to click the fillable blanks. Thank you for your help.

  4. Tick on fill and sign too big

    The tick on fill and sign is too big and has to be changed manually when using it. Can a setting be created so the default size can be smaller like you can change the default size of text please?
    When processing loads of invoices, having to manually change it each time is a time waster that slows you down.

  5. Signing documents within a portfolio containing locked documents.

    Would love to see a way to send a form that requires signatures in a portfolio that also contains contracts that are already signed/locked.

  6. Need my Fill & Sign recipient to be able to initial pages when Requesting Signatures.

    I have contracts with initial blocks at the bottom of each page. I am able to initial these by using the "Sign yourself" button in Adobe Acrobat Standard DC, but there is no option within the "Request Signatures" function for my recipient to create their own initials. I have to fudge it by just giving them a text field which doesn't produce a nice cursive initial like my own. Intials should be added as an option under the "See more field types" pull-down. This seems like an obvious miss (initials for me but not for thee) that would be easy…

  7. Filename change when saving signed documentIn Acrobat 11 when I signed a document and saved it , the filename was a

    I Adobe Acrobat Pro XI the Filename Suffix was adjusted to (_Signed) when Saving an applied Signature to Document. This new document was automatically available a a SAVE AS version with the Signed Suffix. This allowed easy differentiation between original and signed document. This useful feature seems to be missing from Acrobat DC.

  8. Edit Custom Stamp Text Fields

    Description of desired feature & Why the feature is needed

    Dear Mr./Mrs.

    I and my collegues created a custom stamp on Excel and this stamp has text fields and a text field for the signature. Kindly look attached file. We would like to work with our custom stamp on our invoices and on our delivery notes within our workflow.   9. Undo

    How TF can you not allow undo ANYWHERE in ANY application! The year is 2020! Why are computers great? Many reasons. One of the biggest? UNDO.

    WHY CAN I NOT UNDO WHEN I MAKE A MISTAKE FILLING A DOC IN FILL + SIGN MODE, WHEN I'M THE CREATOR OF THE DOCUMENT?!   10. Option to disable types of signature

    The "type" option for signatures is not valid i all countries.
    If anyone can just "type" a name with keyboard then there is nothing to prove who wrote the name.

    I would suggest an option to disabe the "type" field and other fields in the signature process.

    It would be nice to be able to do it through the syntax. So that it can be made individual for different templates.

  11. Not able to access the adobe fill and sign says contact IT person thats me

    I have the Adobe DC that I pay monthly for but it will not allow access to the adobe fill and sign and to contact IT person for access. I am the IT person and have not idea why this stopped working?

  12. Invalid JSON

    I am trying to use Acrobat Fill and Sign feature to send documents to clients for signature. I go to send them and I get "Invalid JSON" as an error message. It kills to progress to the Fill and Sign process and brings me back to a fresh document. I am using this file created in Acrobat.

    I add two email addresses, add my own form language for the email description and body as I need to give info on other processes, and then click Continue and it gives the error message

    Thanks for reporting the issue and we are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. I tired locally and was successfully able to send the file for Signature. Could you please confirm the following :

    1. Do you see the same error with every PDF file or with this file only?
    2. Do you observe the error with this file when you do not change the subject/body with your own language?
    3. Also are you using English or some other language for Subject/Body? Did you use any special characters?

  13. font changes

    I start filling pdf and it uses one font. Then I use some of this letters (č,ć,š,ž,etc.) and it changes font to some other. I dont care what font i use, but i look like ****** sending filled pdfs with 2 fonts. I dont want to use 2 fonts. please help

  14. Annoying changes

    Why do I have to sign in to forward a file to email? This is a new function and it's **** annoying. Please change it back or I will switch to Bluebeam

  15. New Fill and Sign experience a total fail!

    The new "Fill and Sign experience" being tested is a total fail. The Sign Yourself button is completely unresponsive and my saved signatures and initials are no longer available. The test has rendered Adobe Pro unusable for e-signing documents myself.

    We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Can you please provide us the following details :

    1. Does this issue happens with all PDF files or some specific PDF file. If possible can you please share a sample PDF with us.
    2. Details of your OS.
    3. Does Application goes to Not responding when you click on the Sign yourself button? You can follow the steps at : https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/collect-logs-crash-freeze.html to generate the dump files.
    4. Are you not able to create a new signature/initial from the sign yourself drop down?
    5. It will be great if you can share a screenshot/video demonstrating the issue.

  16. Duplication thumbnails fiil and sign issue

    When I have a heading that can be duplicated but a list of names that are different I run into an issue. The names I populate on the first page will automatically appear on the second page. Then when I change the names on the second page it will change the names on the first.

    Hi,

    Thanks for reporting the issue. I tried and observed that the issue is happening when you perform a Save As operation and not on a direct Save operation. Also the issue seems specific to this file.

    You can try this workaround if it helps. In the meanwhile we are looking into this issue and will inform you once we have new updates.

  17. Please create circle text boxes

    I have created a PDF that has a circle in the middle for ideas. The user is to fill in their ideas and input text in the center of this circle. However, there is no circle text box option available in Acrobat. I have to lay a square text box over the circle which looks unattractive and odd. I'd love to be able to type text inside of a circle in Acrobat for more creative design of PDFs. Thank you!

    If you forgot to put 2nd signer email address, there's no go back options to add, you have start all over again. It will be good if such function is enable at the last stage so we can make necessary amendement/adds on needed.

  19. Fill & Sign - Request Signature - Email Notification

    Is it possible to allow "creator" to control the settings of email notification?
    This is to minimise spamming of emails.

    For instances, someone that we put as "cc" should only receive 1 email which is the final/completed signed documents email.
    For now, "cc" receive 2 emails (1st email when the doc is created and send out for signature, 2nd email when the doc is fully signed)

    Another example, someone we put as "signer" should only receive 1 email when he/she being asked to sign a document.

    Need to be able to save a prepared Adobe Sign, and PREVIEW for quality control, after completing Step 2 of adding signature blocks prior to sending. Example: I built out the signature piece and wanted to SAVE it for Review with my client of where to sign BEFORE I sent it to client for signatures. I was unable to do either of these.
