  2. The download logo is not enough. Most of my customers can not find / do not understand how to print when they see the page after following a sent&track link. They don't think to download and don't pay attention to this logo so they refuse your system and request the pdf file by email ... for a link.

  3. Adode DC printing error. No pdf created. Error message when printing as follows...The procedure entry point _DistBeginFileJob@16 could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files (x86)\Abobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\AcroDist.exe.

    Windows 10 64 bit.

    The problem occurs in Excel, Autocad and word.....

    I have uninstalled Acrobat DC and reinstalled, but the error persists. Any ideas, please?

  4. When I want to show two files side by side I want them to be in the same window with separated tabs not in new window that is side by side the other window. I attached a screenshot of VScode with side by side tabs.

  7. (1) Open Word document. Select tab "Acrobat". Select Create PDF. Process runs for some time; large document - over 1500 pages - around 1200 bookmarks.

    Since your issue is document specific and we are not able to reproduce this at our end, we cannot help much here without any sample test file. So we are closing the case from our end. Please reopen a new case, if you have a test file which you can share with us.

  8. Previous to the upgrade of the portal we were provisioned on the portal page how much cloud storage a user was using. In some cases, users are not allowed to storage on the cloud and I need to ensure this is the case. Please bring back the option of cloud storage used or the ability to know who/how much is being used when needed would be more than helpful.

  9. Make ADOBE DC PRO compatible with internet explorer - it is not
    we have to go on chrome to deal with Adobe - keep us on one platform

  10. I'm a lawyer, all lawyers across the US are required to use internet explorer -we can't use chrome- to file with the efile system
    yet ADOBE requires chrome, you need to make i.e. compatible because we CANNOT use Chrome to file with all the courts across the US. Also, your telephone system NEVER STATES DC PRO, I have a subscription that I pay a fortune for - I don't want to hear about all the others, I am not a tech professional, I am a lawyer, - I just need help on DC PRO and I do not even know…

  12. It would be very helpful if we could customize the left bookmarks flags (icons, colors). Also, this bookmarks could be grouped by similarity of flag color etc

  13. I typically do not like to complain, especially online, but I suggest that you provide better training for your support professionals. The person I spoke with about an issue with downloading Adobe Pro seemed frustrated and exhausted. He kept interrupting during the call, and he refused to help me at all once we realized he could not remote into my computer due to company policy. This really is part of having a great product, so I hope that those in charge will reconsider the current practices.

  16. I am trying to combine multiple documents into one PDF using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. I have tried using Create PDF as well as Combine Files and continue to get the same problem no matter what I try. I upload 4 documents, and when I click "combine", all files are changed to the first document that was chosen to be uploaded. So, I end up with one PDF with 4 of the same document instead of one PDF with 4 different documents.

    This does not happen when I create a portfolio, but a portfolio cannot be used in my situation.

  17. It takes time for Acrobat or Reader to log into an Adobe User ID. This only occurs when either program is started. When I'm done with a document, I now close it using Ctrl-W; this leaves the program running and avoids the lag required for login. Would be nice if this was the default when closing a document.

  18. If you want feedback to improve then do not ask me to accept unwanted emails from Adobe. Feed back is provide to improve Adobe product. Be pleased that we are providing and should not be burden with unwanted emails from Adobe.

  19. Constant freezing, unresponsive, and crashes
    Open document, freeze occurs after most actions such as: resize window, edit text, select text, comment, etc.
    OS: Windows 10 Pro
    Powerful hardware should not be a limiting factor (attached jpg)

    Tried Repair Installation: no change in performance
