  3. Please create the option to set a font for Form Editing, or fix the "Use Current Properties as New Defaults" to include the selected font as well. Helvetica isn't a common font, but I'd really rather not have to change it for every field I create on a converted document.

  4. When I create a PDF from a Word 2008 for Mac file, the hyperlinks to urls carry over, but not the ScreenTips (designed for human use, not machine use) to tell the reader what the link is to.

    I thought this feature was available based on this document: http://www.ned.uscourts.gov/internetDocs/cmecf/hyperlinking_attorneys_word.pdf (at page 32)

    This is how Acrobat is designed to work and currently we do not have any plans to change it.

  7. I'm using Acrobat XI Pro IE toolbar extension in Windows 7 Enterprise.

    I nee to convert weather maps issued by NOAA into a PDF format for satellite transmission. When I use the Convert drop down and convert the page it prints all of the HTML information correctly but then pulls previous day's GIF files. You can see this by comparing the time stamp on the GIF files and the HTML time stamp. When I go through the browser's drop down print function and select a PDF printer the results come out perfect.

    Hi

    We checked with Acrobat DC and it is giving correct output with the said site. Given other high priority items, we cannot take this forward as of now.

  9. Would like to have Adobe Pro DC continue out the functionality of keyboard shortcuts for Tools. I can send Alt, V, T and it will bring up a list of the tools. Usually in these menu’s it will give you an underlined letter so that you can select that option. I would think R would be underlined for Redaction but it is not. The whole list of tools does not have any underlined letters in their names. The next one that is underlined is O for open.

  10. Add the option to search for text with and without punctuation. In my job, we frequently need to verify that all instances of an abbreviation have the correct punctuation. It would be really helpful if Adobe Pro could give the option to search for phrases with and/or without the exact punctuation.

  13. This should be rocket science people. TEST YOUR ****. Comments are not opening up WHEN I AM DIRECTLY ABOVE THE MARKER FOR COMMENT.

    Figure it out idiots. There should be NO exception to this. To the left of the marker is some highlighted text and I guess and image or control for selecting a multiple choice question. If mouse comes from the left the comment does not pop up. THAT SHOULD BE IRRELEVANT. Stupid. TEST YOUR **** IDIOTS!

    Closing this request, as engineering team provide a workaround and decided not to work on this feature as of now. We will inform you if they decide to pick it up in future.

  15. When exporting PDFs from INDesign it defaults back to a old name even though you have re-named it several times during several exports. It should be naming it the exact same name as the INDesign file.

  16. When selecting a field from the Tools Pane, Rt-click, and selecting Properties, the Calculations tab does not work. You can enter a formula, but it will not save into the field properties.

    However, if you double-click the field on the page to open the Properties, and enter the same formula in the Calculations tab, it will save it.

    This is CERTAINLY a bug, as there is no reason the Properties dialog should not act the same way no matter how it was opened. And the correct action should be to save formulas that are entered into the Calculations tab.

  17. It would be very helpful (and some may say essential) if we could set a default font for your form wizard when it creates text fields. Converting word.docs for form is great using the wizard but then we have to go back and change the font size (and other settings for text fields). This makes the task much longer to do. With the ability to set default settings it would cut down this process and close a potential gap that a competitor of yours may exploit!

  18. The distribute tool buttons that are available when editing forms appear to be mislabeled compared to other programs like Illustrator and InDesign. The button that has the symbol to distribute horizontally distributed selected form elements vertically. The tool tip also seems to be mislabeled.

    I'm using the Windows version of CC by the way. I've compared to the other programs that have align/distribute features and believe

  19. With the cost of software I would think that Adobe would continue to provide a download link for Adobe Professional 8 for Mac. I would not upgrade to another version only to be told that it is no longer supported in a few years

  20. Can't scroll horizontally with apple mouse with scroll button. Have to keep manually going to bottom bar to scroll and often have window bottom out of view when I'm editing from PDF to other documentl
