  1. It would be great to be able to view all pages on screen at the same time, as big as possible, during a full screen presentation. Think moodboard or contact sheet. I am a graphic designer and for my presentations, I create a final page that is all of my designs as large thumbnails on a page so that I can discuss all of them. Stepping it up a notch would be allowing the user to click on one of the pages and it getting bigger than the rest.

Thanks for bringing this issue to our notice. Your valuable feedback helps us improving our product. We discussed about this particular issue and we do not have any plans to work on it in immediate future. However, we’ll have it in our radar and might revisit at an appropriate time in future.

  2. When importing pages from other PDF's, any language identifiers associated with the individual accessibility tags are not imported. This has been a long-standing issues across all Acrobat version.
Attached are two files: English.pdf and Spanish.pdf, each containing a single <P> tag whose languages have been set to "English" and "Spanish" respectively. If you merge the two files by selecting both (in Windows explorer), right-clicking, and choosing "Combine in Acrobat", the resulting file will not have any language identifiers associated with the merged tags. The same outcome happens if, from within Acrobat, you go to page view and select insert pages…

  3. When extracting pages from a multiple-page pdf, change the default folder from "user" to "documents". That saves several clicks.

  4. When you split pages, there is an option "Output Options". It would be nice to have more possibilities to choose.
For example a preview how the title of the document looks like after the splitting (Bridge has an option like this when you choose "Batch Rename") .
Additionally it would be nice to have an option for choosing the number of digits. At the moment it looks like this after splitting:
    CataloguePage1; CataloguePage72
Later it could be like this:
    CataloguePage001; CataloguePage072

  5. For many years I am forced to tell my colleagues "report page 59, PDF page 62." Please change the title pages to ii, iii, iv, v, so the pages will match! This has been a problem for years. Adobe Acrobat can clearly see the real page numbers on the document. They almost NEVER match. Can you please match the Adobe PDF page numbers to the document page numbers? This could eliminate so much confusion, it isn't even funny.

  6. I'd like the option to crop multiple pages in one go instead of individually. e.g. Document with non-print marks. Instead of creating separate PDF with InDesign or other desktop publisher, I'd like to crop all the pages in one go.

Same issue reported twice by the same user – perhaps by mistake. Closing one.

  7. I would like to have a Table of Contents page within my document that can update automatically. When I add and remove pages from a document it would be extremely helpful to have this update -- just the Microsoft Office works with powerpoint or word.

  8. I work in a government entity that is moving very quickly to only online document management including sending/receiving documents only online.

My coworker needed to extract only two pages from a 200+ page pdf that is uploaded to an online document management system. She and the other analysts have only Reader and do not have Adobe PDF Printer installed. I've no doubt this is a budget-driven scenario.

My coworker has to print the two pages then scan them to pdf in order to work with them in the online document management system. I am dumbfounded that in this ever-increasing online,…
