  1. For a long time (one year), app for Mac, Adobe Acrobat DC do not working properly.

    When I working editable files to “Preparing Form”, it is impossible to turn off the color of the Border Color and Fill Color.

    There is no NONE color at all, as it was 2 years ago.

    Please update app quickly and let me know as soon as possible.

    Adobe Acrobat and Reader official update containing the fix for this issue is now available. This update will be automatically pushed to all existing installations of Acrobat and Reader.

    If you want, you may also manually trigger the update by opening the application and going to Help > Check for Updates.

  2. We have to use the function for exporting PDF Formular Data to CSV-File. The function works well if you need it for only a few files but if you use it to export more than 500MB -750MB of files the export produces only an empty csv. That is quite a big problem for our company because we need this to export up to 3GB of PDF Formulars as part of our workflows and it is not very handy to export just parts and put them together in time consuming steps

  4. My acrobat Dc, does not open the pdf even being as standard viewer. I already reinstalled, I noticed. only works after reboot pc. How to solve this problem?

  5. Hi, I have been making PDFs from InDesign CC 2019 running on Mac OS High Sierra. When opening the PDFs in Acrobat Pro DC, it's creating broken links from text that does not look like a URL and where no links have been specified. I think it's the 'Create Links from URLs' feature in Acrobat preferences trying to be helpful but failing miserably. This seems to affect text that uses a colon : but I can't ask my client not to use colons in their copy just because Acrobat is incorrectly reading it as a URL. My client is asking…

  6. Adobe Acrobat Pro DC open a few files and if you close them and later export and open a new .pdf from any program, including Indesign or Illustrator, the program starts and than closes immediately. There no show of error message. After this, the Acrobat will not open any file until you restart the computer (mac or pc).

    All steps on forums was tryed, with no effect, including this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-crashes-on-windows-os.html

    Already try open the task manager and stop services to them open Acrobat again. No effect. Sometimes, open a error message, that was send a million times.

  7. It is very frustrating the inconsistencies surrounding being able to log into Acrobat. You click on the login button and the little watch flashes for a second but nothing happens. To pay a monthly fee for something that does not work is not right

    1. Viewing pdfs from task bar flickering

    2. After minimizing the opened pdfs, I try to go to the task bar to view the 4 or more pdfs that I have running. It wont view all of them (flickers the images) so I cant select the one to open up when I hover over the icon in the task bar until after several tries?

    3. Windows edition: Windows 7 Professional, Service Pack 1
      Adobe Acrobat Standard DC Version 2019.010.20091

    4. Expected result: Show opened pdfs when hovering over task bar Adobe icon.

    5. Observed result: Place pointer over Adobe icon in task bar flickers opened…

  9. I have a fillable .pdf and needed help to turn on the field highlights. Searching for 'show fillable fields' was not useful on your tutorials and help pages, the switch is buried in the preferences menu.
    1) Simple, direct answers to simple questions!
    2) This switch should be easier to find, placed somewhere in a View menu. Uh, might I suggest 'View Fillable Fields'?

    You can try searching “highlight” as keyword in the RHP and select the option easily without going to Preferences. Please ensure that the PDF is form.

  10. I need to convert some bank statements into excel. However, the conversion is highly distorted, across various cells, and almost unusable. Sharing the attached sample.

    Do you have a solution that you can share.

    I have tried, online links and conversion of these files work fine there, But because of security issues, I need a trusted software and hence trying to use Adobe.

  13. Why can't i talk to an expert about the issues I'm having? All the tutorials are much too basic and scrolling through all the reams of posts is exhausting and never results in an answer. I need advice on how to save a pdf. file with radio buttons and fillable sections so i can send it to a client for completion. Why is there no detailed best practice on how to use pre-flight so that forms work for your clients?

  14. I can't find a way to make a permanent change to appearance of form fields. It will keep having the blue color on top at the end user. In the properties panel it is shown as no fill and stroke. I can see a lot of people asking for this feature - but no solution yet. See https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2467569

  17. i have a legacy device license and all other apps work. Acrobat is the only app that has stopped working and is stuck in trial mode.

  19. Acrobat does not work with Mojave...and I do not think it ever will. Adobe need to refund a portion of the subscription and stop blowing smoke....
