  1. The ability to add a date to my signature with Fill & Sign is a serious limitation (the document has active fields.) Blocking the "fill" may be "as designed", but the design is flawed because it prevents important functionality.

  2. The new way is very long winded. sometimes the Share window doesnt open. PLEASE allow 1 click to send via default email client as in the last version.

  4. Hello, could you review the modalitée for sending a Pdf by mail, it should have the mail is directly open the mail software. And also when I have a Pdf of several pages and I want to send that certain page by mail, before I used the function to extract and I send directly the extraction by mail. Now after extraction if I want to send it I have to register it, is it possible to make sure not to have to register before sending.

  5. When selecting edits in the Comments panel with the new 2019 Acrobat Pro DC, the background of an active comment is in a light gray screen. My previous versions of Acrobat Pro displayed selected comments in a light color, which made them easier to read and locate when working on a document that has hundreds/thousands of comments. This should be added as a global preference option in the Comments panel.

    In the latest update of Acrobat DC, we have modernize the commenting experience and at the same time, made it very clean and intuitive to use.
    As part of this update, we have changed the background color of the active comment as dark grey color to differentiate from other comments.
    On hovering other comments, the background color of the comment changes to light grey to bring the comment in focus.

    However we will consider your suggestion for future updates.

  6. The new "Send for Review" feature is fantastic! But it would be EVEN BETTER if it included all the features (Such as "insert text" and "replace text" the stamps feature, and even inserting an audio recording, for some examples. Not

    We have added this in our backlog, will let you know once we implement it it future.

  7. The Action Wizards that are custom setup can no longer save to a pre-specified folder.

    Previously action would save to a designated folder when "Save to Local Folder" was the option.

    It no longer saves at all even though the operation is checked.

    What should happen is it should be saved in the folder specified as previously.

    I'm running MacOS 10.14 and using Acrobat 20080 on a MacBook Pro.

    For saving the file to a particular folder you can click on File menu > save as.
    The popup opens up now select ‘choose a different folder..’
    Now you can save your file to your desired location.

  8. having 3 steps to complete a comment is now REALLY frustrating. when it was just a check box on the comment it was alot smarter and quicker. not sure why this was hidden in a menu 2 layers down.
    Suggest putting it back on the actual comment.

  10. Hi, the sending of a PDF has added more clicks. You now have to click the mail button which opens the share bar on the right hand side you then need to click the 'send as attachment' then 'continue'

    up until recently i used to click the mail button and it would open the default mail system (outlook). with the pdf already attached.

    NOW UNNECESSARY AMOUNT OF CLICKS.

  12. Reproduce bug as follows:
    1. Shut down Acrobat
    2. Open PDF file in Acrobat
    3. Use [Cmd + =] shortcut to zoom. Document will rotate clockwise.
    4. And [Cmd + -] does nothing.
    5. Click the Provide Feedback button.
    6. Click the Acrobat window to give it focus.
    7. The zoom keyboard shortcuts now work, unless you re-launch Acrobat.

  13. It's great to be able to add new people to a review, but sometimes it's necessary to remind someone that has already been invited but has neglected to review the file.

    A "remind reviewer" function next to the invitee's email address, that would generate a new email that again includes the "review" button link would be great.

  16. I have been working with Acrobat for as long as it has existed, and this version is a nightmare. I have spent hours trying to sign a contract while my customer waits for a response. The sign icon at the top is greyed out. I am unable to edit, add text fields, add signature image. I may have to resort to printing the entire contract and rescanning it as I also cannot insert a page into this locked document. We do not need more features, we just need the ones we have to work.

  17. Using Acrobat PRO DC 19.008.20074
    When I open Adobe, Combine files, add the files I want to combine, either PDF or other word, excel, etc, click on Combine. What I end up with is a "PORTFOLIO". The thumbnails are all visible on the navigation pane but the actual PDF that was supposed to contain all the pages I just combined, there is only the first page, no other pages. I create Board packets with this feature. It has become a big headache. How do I get this to work.

  18. When making a document ready for review in the new Acrobat DC 19.8, if I want to add people from my contact book, the program crashes immediately when pressing the button.

    Every time, even when just booted up.

  20. Windows 10 Pro 64, Office 365 Home

    I use an Excel spreadsheet to keep track of and open with links most of my pdf ebooks. Last day or two, Acrobat began crashing when I used an Excel link if there were any documents already open in Acrobat. Very frustrating because I'm just trying to do what I do every day of the week, multiple times in a day.
