  1. Dynamic DPI Scaling for Adobe Acrobat Pro XI

    This has been described before but I'm hoping there is still work being done towards updates. As per this thread https://acrobat.uservoice.com/forums/590923-acrobat-for-windows-and-mac/suggestions/18440917-acrobat-reader-should-support-dynamic-dpi-scaling#{toggle_previous_statuses}

    Windows 10 Pro, XPS 13 hi res laptop.

    My laptop screen is 3200 x1800, external monitors are 1920x1080. The program looks normal on my external monitors but doesn't adjust when I drag it to my laptop - icons and menus Teeny Tiny and unreadable. Other programs by most other vendors will detect the screen resolution and adjust.

    Sounds like a scaling fix has been implemented for Acrobat DC Continuous, Acrobat 2017, Acrobat Reader DC Continuous, and Acrobat Reader 2017.

  3. Bug: In Text Field (Forms), Embedded OpenType Font not renderend correctly or replaced by system font

    I have a PDF file with a Text Field whose content should be rendered using an embedded OpenType font.

    Consider the attached example PDF.

    Acrobat DC uses a replacement font for rendering the text field content.

    In Foxit PDF viewer, the text is rendered correctly, using the same font as in the string above the text field.

  4. fine dots appear on edited pages printed not unedited pages of PDF file

    When a edited PDF file is printed it produces fined printed dots in the back ground. I scan up paper docs to a PDF file for editing and the pages I edit produce dots in back ground when printed while pages not edited have a normal white clean background on paper when printed. I cant attach a file to show this bec it only appears on hard copy printing.. I have never seen this fault even on editing Microsoft Word docs

  5. Accurate zooming in Acrobat Reader, with less bounce between pages

    When I look at multi-page PDF file, especially if it is a large page size, Reader gets hopelessly lost recalculating how to scroll. If you zoom in, the page scrollers stay locked at the pre-zoomed size, so that if you are moving around you will move the next page instead of being able to see all of the zoomed in view. It's also way too easy to slip to the next page when scrolling around a view, regardless of zoom level. The primary action of hand tool mouse movements should be to move the view around, not flip pages.

  6. an unexpeded error occured PDF maker was unable to make PDF

    Cant convert any file to PDF with this Adobe DC software. Have tired to uninstall and re-install with no success.

    Message: unexpected error occurred. PDFMaker was unable to produce the Adobe PDF.

    Once the trial period is over, deleting app from PC.

  7. PLEASE find a better solution for embedding video that offers quality adjustments

    Create a better way to embed a video file in Acrobat in such that one can make sure that scaling does not occur and that the quality can be as good as the original without compression or degradation.

    Thanks for reporting your concern. As of now there is no plan to add support for this language.
    We will get back to you when the support is added.

  10. When I am attempting to convert a word doc to a PDF, the "please wait, reading Adobe PDF" message will not complete/load

    My word doc is several pages (10+) long and does have color and charts on each page.
    I would expect that after 10 minutes, the word doc could be converted, but it is taking much longer than that and will not work

  12. Bookmark "set-destination" directly from page on currently selected bookmark

    I am using an online PDF for my University studies. I have to constantly go back and forward between the material, questions and solutions which are moving slightly down after material or question and each answer. I struggle with this as I can only use one hand.

    My current usage is:

    Keeping main material bookmark up to date:
    - Read material.
    - Come to a question.
    - Answer question.
    - Highlight next section to read.
    - Click on my custom "next section bookmark"
    - Right-click on "next section bookmark"
    - Click set destination
    - Click on dialogue confirming.

  13. cannot save newer version of document when in comparison mode

    When in comparison mode, I am making sticky notes on the newer version. You cannot save that newer version as a separate document, so it cannot be viewed by others with my notes intact, and cannot be used in next version comparison mode to make sure all changes were fixed. A major flaw.

  16. BUG: Cannot Combine .docx and PDF files

    Combining PDF's does not work in Version 2018.009.20050 on windows. States it is missing files and attempts to go to repair mode but that does not fix it. Support could not resolve either.

    There are other options which provide with our print dialog. Let us know if you face any issue with our dialog.

  19. Everytime I scann something in HiRES , it crashes.

    Every time I scan something (usually in HiRes), Adobe crashes. I have had 3 support cases in the past where they reset a bunch of stuff and do a new installation. That only works for a few scans, then the issue comes back.
