I hope in the highlight comment, that the mouse pointer remains in a circular shape even above normal texts

I hope in the highlight comment feature, that the mouse pointer remains in a circular shape even above normal texts .. This will give more freedom to select the desired text .. because some texts are thorny and difficult to define with the text cursor for the mouse ..
