This threat is like a black hole. Nothing will come out of it.

I need this to send with monthly expense reports like many others. Logging into the portal and navigating to download the pdf is unnecessary and time consuming. Please give us the OPTION to have pdf invoices emailed. Or even an email with a direct link to download would be helpful

I understand that sending so many invoices can clog-up emails and use storage space, but at least send a link like other companies do, so you can download it directly from the email.
We are an MSP that manages multiple client accounts, and every month we receive multiple requests from our clients' Accounts Payable departments to send them their invoices.
It is ridiculous that Adobe can't find a viable solution for this issue.

They do send out emails if you have filled in your VAT/GST/Tax number, but they don't attach the invoice! It is obviously a difficult thing for a company that sells software that produces pdf documents to achieve. Makes you wonder why we bother using the product if it is that hard to do!!!

I did notice that they send out emails if you have filled in your VAT number in the portal for some legal reasons. Might be helpful for some.

Come on Adobe. You can do it. Even Microsoft changed this a while back with their Microsoft 365 invoices. Maybe in the US having proper tax invoices is not important, for all your clients in the EU they actually mean something and we can't run around logging into portals TWELVE TIMES PER YEAR like this!

For over three years now Adobe has been "looking into this". Their IT support could solve this in a couple of days.
ADOBE is the ONLY vendor we have that we do not receive invoices automatically via email. There should be an option to send it automatically - for those that do want it, it must be possible! Our time is valuable for us - it takes time for us to login (slow) then download the invoice. This is not acceptable.Just make the decision to implement it and get it done!

Would love if you added the invoice number in the billing history for Adobe stock downloads, this way I can print the history page to give to my book keeper instead of having to download or print each invoice one by one. Even an option to download invoices from a certain date to a certain date would be great.
As it stands if I have 100 downloads for a particular mont I have to download each invoice one by one

Posting here as I'd also like to receive automatic invoices via email from Adobe too. Having to log in to your adobe account to download the invoices is a slow and annoying process. It would be much easier to have this invoice attached to the payment notification email.

@ Tariq Ahmad Dar
Tariq, with your +9 of experience working for Adobe, and as a Support Strategist, you should be able to understand this.
Now the question is, can you make it happen?

FYI, this functionality is available and working on creative cloud for enterprise, so that's proof that Adobe CAN do this, they're just refusing to. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE

It seems to me that you either didn't read the problem here or do not understand it. Or maybe just ignore it. What we need here is to get the invoice as a pdf attachment in an email. We all know how we can get the invoices by logging in to your website. That's what we all have been doing, but that takes up valuable time every month for a stupid unnecessary task that could be autamated easily. And we all know that it could be done easily, since it is how it works with every other company on the planet.

Very unprofessional."

@Tariq: Giving such response to this issue is unprofessional IMO. It shows you didn't read it before responding.

This is a ploy to attract visitors to their website.

FYI ... as of today it has been 1,244 days (3+ years) since this threat has been opened and probably over 2,000 days since this functionality used by most other reputable companies is available.
They are FAST to come up with updates to justify the prices increase.

Agree. "I'm sick of having to go monthly to get an invoice for my boss for expense reports." - same!I don't know if they do not read, do not care, do not understand.
Such a inconvenient waste of time!
