**** Pratyush, took you 9 month just to answer Angry customer! and 2 years later still no fix LOL - the definition of whale! "who cares, no-one's out there competing with us" do we need to tweet to take us serious?

Adding to the list of those frustrated by this. The efficiency cost to our business alone is huge. Imagine this across your customer base. You have listed the issue being "Data Privacy." I do not believe this is your honest reason. There is no data privacy breach with emailing an invoice, but even if you are concerned about this, sending us a simple email reminder to then log in and view our invoices online is straightforward.
You are the ONLY company out of 100s we deal with that do not email us billing information. This is extremely poor service Adobe.

This is ridiculous! How can you offer your products to businesses and not provide one of the most basic functions of a business?
You're ok with sending us marketing and advertising to fill up our inboxes but you can't send a simple invoice.

Yup, such a basic basic feature. And y'all cant build it. Sigh.

+1 please adobe, it's like the year 1990 with your way of invoicing.

+1 Totally agree!
The reason they don't do this because it reminds people they're being charged and increasing probability people will cancel and churn out. Shame on Adobe for this!

This is the most rudimentary of requirements - it really isn't beyond the wit of man to create the ability to automatically send a monthly invoice. If you added up the lost productivity of your entire user community who have to log in and download their invoices every month, then multiply that across the year, I think the figure would be staggering. Pretty please with cherries on - please resolve this for us.

OK Adobe this has been under review since January 2018. I am sure you have had the heads of all departments working on this ground breaking technology and have had little time to update your loyal customers on your progress. If you could please find a few precious moments to give us a small insight into where you are at with your research. I am hoping and praying for this game changing feature to be implemented before the turn of the century however will understand given the gravity of the situation if this is not possible.

Absurd that I have to log into my account to retrieve my invoices. Like most modern businesses, we are trying to automate as much of the backend as possible, and that includes being able to automatically import invoices into our accounting system via HubDoc. Ridiculous that I have to download the PDF and manually copy it into my accounts when this whole process could be so easily automated. Hubdoc can automatically retrieve all my other invoices including LinkedIn, Telecoms, Broadband services, but not Adobe. This must be such a simple, simple thing to implement.

If Adobe's default is that you have to log in to view your invoices, fine - BUT at least give us the option to select to have them sent to us via email every month. All my other bills are emailed to me, which makes it easy upload to buy billing system. However, it is a bit of an admin hassle to login just to get my Adobe invoice.

I need to have this feature as well, we need to be able to receive our invoice per email automatically and it would be even better to have a distinct email for accountability.

Every month I have to download the invoice and forward to the accounts department. Why don;t you email the invoice like every other online company.

Every month I have to go online and login to receive the invoice. I then must download it and send them to my manager, it's a step I shouldn't have to do, they should go directly to his email account.
