What is it?
QuickBooks Error Code C=47 can occur when there are problems with browser settings, particularly for websites that are protected in a specific way. In other words, the user’s Internet Explorer settings for secured websites is not correct.
An ‘unable to find the transaction’ message will appear after the user has tried to remove a transaction from a report or if a transaction failed to process.
How do you fix error c=47?
Run an Antivirus Scan
The easiest way to address QuickBooks Error c=47 is to simply run an antivirus scan of your device. Often times the scan will delete junk files and fix the problem without any further actions.
If that doesn’t work there are a few other more complex fixes you can try.
Once the update is complete you will need to “Re-sort Lists” to do this go to “Lists” and select Chart of Accounts, then go to “View Menu” and click on “Re-sort Lists” and select the item.
Then you need to Alternate the customer list by going to the Customer Center and then to Customer Jobs. Select the View Menu and finally click again on “Re-sort Lists”.
