   Comparing with other available toolkits, Adobe gives the best output in document conversion. Unfortunately, the team decided -for some reasons - to limit the automation capabilities of the software.    Until now I can't figure out why batch processing stop, the solution is not more complicated than:

   contains 50 PDFs that bugs and I wonder if you could fix those bugs and make batch processing never stop. In other words, the action wizard should skip all pop-up messages and avoid crashes. In the end, it can report those buggy PDFs that it previously skipped, because it's so annoying when you ran the wizard and came back after 4 hours expecting that it's over but it surprises you with a "click ok to continue"

3. PDFs exported from Indesign cc 2019 Links don't work for all users

   I recently had an issue wherein some of my clients found that hyperlinks in the PDFs which I had sent them did not work. Two clients were on a Mac, opening the doc in Reader, another on a PC. I sent the PDFs to numerous different people and some could access links, others could not. The pdf was created using Indd cc 2018 and later also 2019. This was "solved" by a Tech Support Rep who advised me that Adobe doesn't guarantee usability of links in PDFs if they have been uploaded to a server other than the Adobe Cloud. So my complaint is that that is terrible. Universal access is/was why PDFs are/were so popular and useful. PDfs get passed around and there is no guarantee what kind of server they'll wind up on. If this is a deliberate feature, then it's really awful and should be changed. If it's a bug, then it needs to be fixed. It's got me looking for an alternative way to share files.

4. Acrobat Pro DC used to convert XPS files from the properties menu, but the latest update gives an error message about "not supported". Why?

   The Windows 7 interface to Acrobat Pro DC used to work just great until the last upgrade. You could use the properties menu selections to combine PDF files or to convert other file types into PDF just fine. It worked with XML and image file types to build a PDF. The latest Acrobat Pro DC now wants you to use a drag-and-drop to combine PDF files and gives errors with file conversion for document types that used to be supported, like XML.

   XPS to PDF conversion is not supported on Acrobat Reader. Please use Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, Acrobat 2015, and Acrobat 2017 for the same.

5. This service SUCKS!!!! Nothing works

   This whole software sucks! The export option (the entire reason I got this service) NEVER WORKS

6. Enable ability to extract PDF form fields into 1 record per form

   Ability to extract completed PDF forms such that the data is extracted into 1 record perform. The record has the data from each of the form fields on the form. The fields are labeled, so it would be helpful (using EXCEL as an example to export the data as follows in the attachment. Essentially row1 is the list of fields. Row 2 is the data from those fields. I show a 3rd row from a 2nd form in case it would be possible to process multiple forms at the same time. If not, one at a time would work.

   If the form field is a checkbox, it should be sent as either True or False (True = checked, False= unchecked).

7. have to manually enter page number for export to eps

   When exporting to eps (may be other formats too) from a multi-page document, you have to manually go into settings and define the page number (in the format of a range) that you want to export. Ironically, it automatically populates the page # of # based on the page you're already on. If you don't define a page, regardless of what page you're on, it will export the 1st page. Should default to exporting the page you're on in the pdf.

9. avoid url encode

   I don't want the links to be encoded (because always end up in broken links), I want it to be exactly as I have it on my source program, therefore if I have # ~ or other KEEP IT! (I don't need a %23) and viceversa IF I have an URL with http%3A%2F%2F KEEP IT!!! I don't need http://) This is causing me a lot of issues because all those "smart" and "magic" conversion ends up in broken links.... Therefore I have to manually update after the PDF is exported from word, powerpoint.

   Is there a way to tell acrobat: PLEASE! Convert this pptx file as you normally do BUT DO NOT ENCODE MY URLS for this document. Keep the links exactly as whatever I have on the Powerpoint URL string.

14. When exporting to excel it is auto merging cells now.

    Each time I export to excel the format is not like the previous versions. There is far more work to format the document. Cells will auto merge or additional columns will be added. Past versions have allowed me to export the exact document with no format issues.

15. Need to Export files to Mac PAGES, not MS Word. Why isn't this already available?

    As a Mac user since the early 80's I use the Mac Suite of PAGES, NUMBERS, etc. No MS WORD or any other MS product will ever be on my machine! If this is supposed to be a Mac compatible application it should be able to export my edited pdf documents into PAGES.

17. [BUG] Acrobat export to Word will change randomly page orientation

    With Acrobat Pro DC v 2018.011.20058, I am editing an existing PDF. Once the document is exported to Word, mixed page orientation occurs, while the page orientation seems the same across the document within Acrobat. Steps to reproduce: open the attached PDF and export to Word. Platform Windows 10

18. Reader Export to Flat PDF and JPG

    Hi,

    I use Acrobat fillable forms and really need my clients, that use just the Reader version, to be able to export to Flat PDF and JPG after they are done with the editions.

    Would that be something to consider make it available to Adobe Acrobat Reader?

19. BUG: Saved PDF and it gave tab name of a company never heard of.

    Saved Word.doc file as PDF only to open it and see "Lake Orion Inc" on tab. Don't know who they are...file has nothing to do with them.

20. Export to Microsoft Word - includes the Footnotes

    When exporting a PDF with Footnotes into Word, it would be good if the Footnotes would be retained as proper Footnotes.
    
    Right now the text from the Footnotes appears at the bottom of the page in Word, but what looks like Footnotes isn't in the proper Footnote area of the page, nor are the "Footnotes" linked to the Footnote References.
