    Adobe Acrobat Standard DC

When we use Windows File explorer to Combine files we are not able to get it to work If you do not have Adobe Acrobat DC Open.

    Steps we take

    1. Select multiple documents using Control + Click in File Explorer.
    2. Right click then select Combine files in Acrobat
    3. Adobe acrobat opens to a Welcome Screen of sorts. There is no way here to combine the files.

If we have Adobe Acrobat DC open then it brings you to the Combine files window as it should.

    Hi

We checked at our end and found that this is a Microsoft Office issue. If you create a PDF by doing Save As > PDF in Microsoft Office, even then this bug happens.
Please reach out to Microsoft for this problem.

    Thanks
    Tanvi

  16. when I export from InDesign to PDF, a fine white line is around the edge of the PDF file. Can't find settings to fix this; it's new as of my updated software. I am on a Mac and use OS Sierra. I use update Adobe software via the cloud. Please look at the photo at the top of the page. Can't seem to eliminate the fine white line.

    Hi

We are unable to see any fine white line in the attached PDF with Acrobat DC. Moreover, the PDF seems to be created from InDesign, so if you continue to face this issue, please reach out for help on InDesign forum.

    Thanks
    Tanvi
