  2. I was having problems using abode so cancelled my subscription from frustration. All my invoices were done on this system and now I have no record. Why were the invoices removed from my system when I cancelled my subscription, they were done while I was paying to use it and I want them back

  3. please give users the ability to cancel subscription when no other options adobe states the instructions. user has called several times, chatted several times, user has contact credit card company and paypal and adobe. adobe reponds with same solutions that dont work and even closes tickets that are unresolved, provide excessive wait times making it impossible to cancel membership. requestred assistance from law enforcement and other and other agencies as adobe s obtuse consideration is too take your money with no soutions. adobe appears to employ mentally impaird personnel that are unabke ti decipher common english thereby abdoning common sense…

  5. Acrobat Pro DC began crashing immediately and repeatedly after updating to Mac OS 10.14.2. (MBP 15/32GB/4TB/ 2018).

    After searching Acrobat forums, it appears others have experienced this issue, albeit with prior updates of High Sierra.

    My solution: I attempted a solution that was successful in one of the posts. I uninstalled Acrobat using the uninstall function of the application. I rebooted in 10.14.2 and then reinstalled Acrobat Pro DC. Acrobat Pro DC now works well, without apparent glitch and no crashes after 2 days of constant use since the uninstall/reinstall procedure.

  7. What's the best way to resolve this?
    Update failed. "Problem with licensing module"?

    Uninstall Acrobat Pro DC from the CC Desktop App and reinstall?
    Tried to use the Update feature in the Help menu of Acrobat Pro DC and that failed.

  8. Hi! Since i downgraded my acount to no longer access Acrobat dc my Creative Cloud app doesn't allow me to uinstall the app, and windows won't let me delete the software files. Adobe Acrobat DC is neighter to be found in the windows uinstall program-list.
    But the program is fully installed on my computer, and when opened, it tells me that it is no longer part of my plan, and gives me no other option than to sign up for an other period.

    But i would like to get rid of it to go back to acrobat reader.

  9. After Acrobat updated to 2019.008.20071, my Enfocus Pitstop Tools have disappeared. I have tried uninstalling/re-installing both Acrobat and Pitstop. With no change. I have checked for an update to Acrobat but get a message that 20071 is the latest version. Enfocus says the problem is in Acrobat.

    When can i expect a fix for this. I need these tools in order to be able to work with my customers. Thanks

    1. "View All Recent Files" crashes Acrobat Pro for Mac under OSX Mojave
    2. Open Acrobat Pro. Go to file > Open Recent File > View All Recent Files
    3. OS X Mojave 10.14.1 - this issue appeared after I upgraded to Mojave
    4. Should open a list of files previously accessed
    5. Actually gives the SBOD and causes Acrobat Pro to become unresponsive

  11. My concern is with the new Adobe policy of license-based software. I was extremely frustrated when I was out-of-the-blue prompted to log in to Adobe just to open a pdf. My saved log-in did not work, and I was unable to open my flight document, which was a big problem for me in the moment. I have now solved that problem (by switching pdf viewers, to Preview). However, the root of my dissatisfaction is with the Adobe licensing system. I am a paid subscriber, and this system is not working for me. I absolutely do not want to be told…

  12. I have just wasted AT LEAST two hours of my time that will never come back trying to find a way to use the CD i bought some time ago and was told that i could download another version of it with a new attached serial number that would allow it to work although it is old.

  14. I have a Team Account (work email address) for Acrobat Pro
    I have a personal account (personal email) for Creative Cloud Photography Plan.
    I use both work laptop and personal desktop for work application.
    I wish to remain logged into CC for LR access, but when I want to use Acrobat Pro, I am forced to swap ID. As Acrobat Pro is my default PDF viewer, this happens a lot.
    The answer given was to ask my corporate Adobe Acount Admin to use my personal email address not my work email.

  15. I probably shouldn't have to, because I get an adobe package from my employer, but I paid $190 for a one year Acrobat Pro DC subscription on June 26, 2018. 5 months later, I'm getting a message that my subscription has expired.
    My order # is/ was: ADB034255491
    Either fix the problem or refund my money.

  16. We have successfully implemented the Catalog for Adobe Acrobat and Reader in SCCM 1806 and systems are responding well to updates. Upon trying to create an Automatic Deployment Rule to only push the latest full available update to my systems, I come across the issue where the Supersedence information is not filled in on the update bundles that are provided.

    Having this information filled in will allow us to use Automatic Deployment Rules, so that we can do it fully automated.

    Whenever I try Help/Check for Updates ... I get a message back that "Cannot connect to Adobe update server. Please verify that you are connected to the Internet and check for updates again." Obviously, I am on the Internet to make this post. What do I do?

  18. BUG - Licence Activation is standalone and not connected to Creative Cloud

    We have Creative Cloud collection subscription and the licence activation to acrobat is not connected to being signed into Creative Cloud.
    so you have to sign in twice.
    Please fix this so it is part of the whole family. We should only have to sign in once to activate all the software in creative cloud suite.
