Adobe need top make ypour acrobat more user firendly
I subscribe for the full Adobe Acrobat DC Pro. The functions, amongst which is the conversion from pdf to words.
But each time I tried to convert, the system brought me to the subscription page

Acrobat is Not is Not Running on high sierra
just installed new System on NRW Computer incl. Adobe cc. Acrobat Dc is Not Running. Deinstalled and reinstalled several times .

The sign in function wasn't working well. Even if I have signed in, the status was not updated.

Your sign in process is idiotic. I don't have 20 minutes every day to pick cars and road signs. Please fix or I will cancel my subscription.
Fix the sign in process! Figure out an easier way to verify users. This is a complete waste of my time and the function does not work properly.

Lease too Expensive
Nearly $17/month is way too high for a single computer in a residence. The value received is minimal compared to the cost--given that MS Word will also create PDF documents. Office 365 costs a little over $100/year for a suite of programs that can be loaded on up to 5 computers in the household. Your's is $196.56 for a single program for a single computer. I will be canceling. You need to address your pricing!

Multiple error messages
I'm getting errors when reading PDFs. All different sizes, all different sources.
"There was an error processing a page. There was a problem reading this document (109)."
"A number is out of range."
"There was an error while reading a stream."
"Please wait while the document is being prepared for reading."
"Out of memory."
It's a brand new Windows 10 machine with 8GB of RAM. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program. How do I fix this issue? The program is essentially unusable at this point.

Just today unable to update Acrobat DC - have Norton Security & all required Adobe access is enabled. I've restarted Mac several times & no luck. Using Mac OS High Sierra, 10.13.6 - the most current. No changes in my system - I've had no previous problem w/this version of iOS & Acrobat DC. Thanks!

Bugs?
My Acrobat DC (Order number: ADD030792008BR) close immediately a few seconds after opening in my notebook and also in my PC. Moreover, if I try to use it, it stands open only a few seconds. Also, I can not print any document with my Adobe pdf printer. So, I have bought a program that I cannot use. Fortunately I did not uninstalled Acrobat 11 Pro!. What can I do? Feature request for compliance - allow Canadian customers to store Adobe cloud-hosted data/content in AWS's Canadian servers

I wasted hours to subscribe for a year. Why do you make things difficult?
You really chase away clients. You gave me a order number but then you ask me for another number that you didn't give me ... where is the logic with this? Lower Cost
I would gladly pay $5/month for the use of Adobe Acrobat Pro, but $15/month is far too high for the amount I use the software. Also, I would appreciate it if you would simply provide the subscription option of "Three months free" instead of waiting for me to cancel my subscription before offering me better pricing for your product. Constant crashes with Creative Suite 2018
After years of using Creative Suite with no problems whatsoever I recently installed Creative Cloud on my Mac High Sierra 10.13.5. From day one I have endured constant crashes with Indesign and I can forget trying to use Acrobat as it just crashes constantly. I deeply resent paying for this package when it is unusable. Very unhappy!

I have Adobe Pro 10 and only just now found out it is no longer supported. Adobe needs to let its subscribers know so they can upgrade.
I just found out that my Adobe Pro 10, purchased in 2011, is no longer supported by Adobe. I was never notified that was the case. If Adobe had notified me I would have bought an upgrade. Wouldn't it be a good idea to send an e-mail to subscribers so they could spend money upgrading?

New Pro DC subscription purchased, won't install
I paid $190 (inc. tax) on June 26 for Acrobat Pro DC - yet every time I open Acrobat, there's a little circle in the lower left hand corner saying "subscription expired" with a "buy" button beneath it - I want to know I have what I paid for!
