  1. A date of last logged on or usage would be helpful in managing user subscriptions who hasn't used the Adobe product in the last 2-3 months. This will help remove abandon subscriptions.

  2. When installing even the testversion of Acrobat DC the Acrobat Reader disapears. Seems to be uninstalled. After the trial I need to uninstall Acrobat DC and install the Reader again. This is not acceptable, as there is no hint at the installation of Acrobat DC!

  3. Since the upgrade to Business IDs, I am no longer able to edit user display names from the Admin Console. Please bring back the ability for admins to edit their user's profiles.

  4. I just renewed my Adobe subscription for Adobe DC, payment made via Credit Card. The Adobe splash screen indicates I have updated and renewed my subscription. When I try to use Adobe in MS Word, I am told it does not work because my subscription has lapsed.
    I am on a DEADLINE, this is not helpful.

  6. When installing a package created for Apple Silicon macs, the installer will fail unless Rosetta is already installed. Rosetta is only required when you are attempting to run an x86 application on Apple Silicon, so this feels like a bug. The installer fails with no indication of what the problem is and the logs do not help. I stumbled upon the fix by accident. It should be noted that Rosetta is not installed by default on M1 Macs and is only invoked when you attempt to run an "Intel" application. The installer is for Apple Silicon, so it does not…

  7. i'd like the ability to view my user's history. (i'd like to see the last time they signed in to adobe, the last time they used adobe, and maybe how often they use it).

    i would basically like to see how often users actually use their license, that way if it is determined that they don't use it, i can re-assign their license to someone who actually WILL use it.

  11. I was disappointed to learn that you had to be an Acrobat 2017 or later user to get upgrade pricing on Acrobat 2020. As a loyal user of Acrobat 2015, this was a bit insulting to me. I learned that this is coded into the software registration process and nothing can be done about it by the Customer Care agents.

  14. User account login verification

    Across all Adobe products that require someone to login or ‘ping’ the Adobe licensing services, managed/stored by Adobe – I would like to review the log file of the user accounts who are hitting the licensing service.

    With thousands of users, I need a programmatic way to verify only current and authorized users are using the licensing associated with our account. In my past, I’ve had ex-employees and keys shared and ended up paying for someone else’s use of Adobe products.

  15. There should be some sort of discount for either long time users of your regular Adobe Acrobat or those who use more than one Adobe product (like I also have Adobe Scan). OR...consider those of us on disability, social security or fixed incomes. You have one of the highest monthly membership rates and I am wondering how long I can continue to put out all these fees to Adobe every month. We need a financial break.   16. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it doesn't seem to help. PS and LR seem to be fine.
    Creative Cloud via online. New Mac 15 Pro computer. So first time opening Acrobat on here I think.

  17. I've seen suggestions for additional features/customization in the Admin Console. I need a field on User records where I can set the office to which a user is assigned.

    I need the ability to edit that field because staff are re-assigned and the license cost needs to follow them. Tech Support tells me only the end-user can request changes. My accounting department argues that "administrator" must change that, otherwise staff have the ability to allocate cost to some other group without permission.

  18. While installing Photoshop and Lightroom today, the installation screen showed that I had an existing install of Acrobat DC. I've never heard of Acrobat DC... so I assumed it must be part of the Acrobat system - and I elected to update the installation by pressing the "update" button. Unbeknownst to me, it uninstalled my Acrobat Pro XI and installed a trial version of Acrobat DC.   20. Involuntarily upgraded to W10. Now, my older Acrobat versions no longer work.

    Current Win version: 10.0.17134 Build 17134

    Am now retired but MANY pdf files/documents from years past that are no longer accessible.

    Need a single user disc and license for my single computer. NOT CLOUD -- internet not stable.

    Sharing, collaboration, team stuff totally not needed.

    Too old for school discount and my military access ended with retirement.

    Is there a simple solution, relatively inexpensive solution for those of us who still need your product?
