I want Adobe to look the same as it did yesterday. Confusion causes loss of productivity.

We pay you a subscription fee to have an app for our work, we are NOT beta testers, if we are going to test something you have to get a discount. There should be an option to remove that stupid button.

New interface is unusable (June 2023)
The new interface makes Acrobat unusable for me. It is counter-intuitive, not intuitive. I can't find the tools I use. I don't even know if they exist anymore. I use it all day for commenting on documents and I can't find the tools such as text callout, circle, arrow, or line. This is only one of many problems. Thankfully you allowed me to revert to the old design. Without the old interface availability, I would need to abandon Adobe Acrobat as a viable product.
If Acrobat was a car the new interface would be equivalent to removing the steering wheel…113 votes -
new interface version sucks
Acrobat is pushing their users to BlueBeam. the new interface added NO user benefit, but made commonly used features harder to access, and switched toolbar sides for no benefit, and obnoxiously forces the floating toolbar to cover your document while leaving the top bars empty. If Acrobat ever removes the "Disable new Acrobat" I will be switching to BlueBeam.

Floating toolbar
Access to our most used actions in a toolbar is excellent, but the floating toolbar is so annoying because it is on top of the content of the opened document. It would be better if we could customise where the toolbar should be and have the ability to dock it without it so it is not on top of the content.
Older versions of Adobe Acrobat Pro allowed it to be on the top horizontally, which used to work perfectly for me. Please let users decide how best to interact with Adobe Acrobat Pro.26 votes -

New interface is terrible.
Someone, if not many people should be fired. Everything I use in my PAID SUBSCRIPTION is now more difficult

STOP THE POP-UPs
STOP THESE POP-UPs - I've paid $60 per month so I don't expect annoying pop-ups interupting my use of paid-for products.

Put the Tools back like they were or give an option to use old interface. This new layout is horrid!
Option to use old interface. New layout is not user friendly and is slowing my production down.

Can we please have the old Acrobat UI back? I hate, HATE this new interface! What was the reason to completely change the look of Acrobat? I'd much rather the effort go into making the program more stable than ruining the user interface. Adobe has been swinging and missing far too often lately.

Scroll bars missing on Acrobat DC September 2023 (masOS)
It is extremely frustrating that the scroll bars are missing on the September 2023 release of Acrobat DC - they re-appear on a mouse click, but do not respond to Wacom pen. So to scroll through a PDF, the pen has to be put aside. This is slowing down my work considerably, and there has been a lot of frustration expressed in the Adobe Support Community, especially among Wacom users. This is not a behaviour that we can be expected to "get used to" or "love", as it has not been designed with the user in mind.

Very confuse about the new acrobat
I almost got a heart attack. I was working on a pdf, then I opened a new document and the Acrobat interface was completely different.
I use Acrobat every day and the new interface is too different from the old one. Tools are difficult to find because they have been placed somewhere else.
I definitely don't have time to learn how to use a new software. I didn't not appreciate to be face to this suddent change without any warning.
It would be better to give user the option to customize the left and right pannels. If it's already possible,…

New interface is barely usable
New interface is almost unusable. I have to basically edit and save documents multiple times a day. Both of those options are buried and when I used the edit feature I couldn't even figure out how to stop using it. thank goodness you had the option (though it was well hidden) to revert to the original UI. what were you thinking?

User Interface is Terrible
Most of the time when there is an upgrade you get used to it and after a while see the benefits of it or at least accept the change.
But I have never seen such an awfull designed UI like with the latest Upgrade.
Everything is moved for no reason where we are used to locations of buttons and functions. Why is the Save button on top right where in 99% of all other applications its top left same for print etc.If someone works with this the first time, he might gets used to it but for me personally…

Minimize Floating Toolbar
The floating toolbar seems purposed for newer users. It would be helpful if the following was done with the floating toolbar.
- Enable the toolbar to be transparent
- Allow the toolbar to be docked on the right panel
- Enable the toolbar to automatically minimize when not in use
- Allow users to remove the default toolsA few features that are quite nice about the toolbar:
- Contextual menus are immediately activated and brought into view once a tool is selected
- Various related tools can be pinned to the floating toolbar
- The toolbar can be moved…43 votes -
Acrobat new interface layout is horrible
Remove this new interface. Due to the update all settings of my old interface (shortcuts, custom button position) are lost and I have to set up my "workspace" new.
Stop deleting the users setting when an update is made - while we pay 700 Euro per year and person.98 votes -
Option to hide the floating toolbar
Who at Adobe thought that it would be a good idea to have a floating toolbar that the user cannot dock, cannot flip horizontally, and, critically, cannot choose to hide? It blocks readable document content and is very annoying.
Please create the option to hide the floating toolbar.
