Adobe Acrobat crashes when a network is connected but no Internet access exists
If the Mac is connected to a WLAN hotspot, but has no internet access via this WLAN and I start Adobe Acrobat, the program crashes. The interface opens briefly and then Acrobat wants to log in with the account to check its license. Either the program terminates itself or the Mac has the beachball. In this case Acrobat cannot be closed normally. Only if I kill the program the Mac can be used normally again. If I have internet access via the WLAN or deactivate the WLAN, Acrobat will work again.

Oversimplified or just not user friendly?
This is just a general reflection that I, as a occasional user to Acrobat DC, no longer understand how simple things like draw lines and write text on a existing PDF work. More complex things like sign, sharing etc - functions that I don't have any interest in using, is easier to understand. Is this really the functions the ordinary user wants? Or is Acrobat no longer a tool for me?

I just need to be able to measure stuff on pdf drawings. Is there another product which does this more simply?
I am a construction estimator. I just need the ability to measure from drawings quickly. Does Adobe have another product that does this and without all the bells and whistles?

unsupported fonts
there are lots of fonts that become nonsense symbols when we open a PDF...it would be handy if we could back our, right click and open a PDF as an image, then it would not be an issue.

Keep "fit one full page" and 'fit to width scrolling" as separate buttons
Please Keep "fit one full page" and 'fit to width scrolling" as separate buttons and not in one drop down menu. I switch between these two options a lot since I read a lot of scientific publications and I need to go back and forth, zoom in and out a lot. It is really annoying to click twice every single time.

Bookmark height and bookmark text size
In Acrobat Pro, reducing the size of the bookmark text also reduced the bookmark height, so more bookmarks were visible at any one time. In Acrobat Pro DC, the bookmark height is fixed at a height that accommodates large text, so reducing the text size doesn't increase the number of visible bookmarks. For example, where I could previously see 57 bookmarks in Acrobat Pro (with small text), I can now only see 40 bookmarks in Acrobat Pro DC.
Having more visible bookmarks makes the bookmark facility more useful. It is easier to find a bookmark, and it is easier to…1 vote -
Acrobat DC crashes hourly Running Mojave
Adobe Acrobat DC is just an awful counter-productive tool now in Mojave. It crashes hourly (if not more often) just doing normal very simple tasks that I would normally be able to do in previous Mac OS. It doesn't matter if Im just reviewing a pdf made by someone else, creating a PDF from INDD, adding notes to a supplied PDF, etc etc etc ... it just constantly crashes. No warning, no error, just crash... program just quits out. So counter productive now its killing us as a company. PLEASE FIX!!!
22 votesHi,
Can you please update to the latest version of Mojave (10.14.2) and see if issue persists ?
Thanks

Acrobat Pro DC crasches when dragged tot external screen
On Macbook Pro, OS Mojave: when Acrobat Pro DC starts it's always at the main 15" screen of the Macbook when i simply want to drag the window to my external 27" screen (LG) it crashes instantly. Note that that it does not matter if Acrobat is in fullscreen or regular floating screen modus. I also tried to move the screen by using the Mac OS Mission Control but Acrobat crashes anyway. After crashing i get only the error report: "Acrobat has stopped unexpectedly"'.

Bug: no key binding of custom menu
Brief title: Bug: no key binding of custom menu
Steps to reproduce the issue: Adding a (sub)menu item through javascript API e.g. app.addSubMenu('CustomScripts', '', 'File', 0)
Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.): Windows 7 running Acrobat 2019.008.20081
Expected result: An alphanumeric key binds to the item name. In the example above, since "C" is binds to Close of File menu item, binding of "u" is expected to the custom menu item named "CustomScripts"
Observed result: No alphanumeric key binding. A user using keyboard can only navigate through arrows, which is tedious and not accessible friendly.1 vote -
Stop changing its behaviour by default
PLEASE! When you make a so-called "improvement" DON'T make it default to new behaviour. Include that new feature as an option, but don't force me, in the middle of my work day, to suddenly have to cope with unexpected behaviour and then spend all kinds of time researching how to REMOVE what you have just done to it. You just made it default to using tabs instead of new windows, and I am BEYOND frustrated! For those who want that...fine, but don't force me to use that so-called feature. It's not a feature for me. I have to have two…

My toolbar settings were wiped out after recent update.
Why aren't the toolbars for Acrobat DC Creative Cloud version synced across all of my computers?

Keyboard shortcut for "Fit one full page to window" button
There should be a keyboard shortcut for the "Fit one full page to window" button. I use this button every time I open a PDF (usually because the document settings are set to one-page continuous, my application settings are already set to one page).

Default Save As
DUPLICATE SUBMISSION WITH ATTACHMENT EXAMPLES
The Acrobat Reader DC basic version has a very helpful "Save as" function where it brings up a user friendly window with 4-5 recently used folders, as well as the option to then browse further for another folder if needed. the Adobe Acrobat DC PRO version has a very different, very limited "save as" usability, where it defaults to a temp internet folder (that i cannot even find), which i will almost certainly never use as well. As far as i can tell there is no way to set a different default save as location…4 votesHi,
If you wish to see the Save As dialog in Acrobat as per the “Save as ok” image shared by you, Kindly do as follows.
1) Open Acrobat → Edit → Preferences → General
2) Select the Checkbox “Show online storage when Saving files”Try to Save as any pdf and check that you’ll see this dialog.
Let me know if that solves your concern. Also please let me know the current version of Acrobat DC that you are using.

The Zoom In (+) and Zoom Out (-) buttons missing from tool bar.
The Zoom In (+) and Zoom Out (-) buttons, and the zoom percentage text box disappeared from my toolbar, and I can't get them back. These controls are only accessible through the menus or the undocked floating panel. Re-docking the panel doesn't bring these controls with it. Right-click "Show Select & Zoom Tools" doesn't even list them.
