  3. I will be in the middle of a project and this comes up...

    Adobe Acrobat DC has stopped working

    A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. If this happens, I am going to stop paying a monthly fee and discontinue services. HELP

    Could you be more specific? Where do you expect a download button? Also, what do you mean by ‘page address downloaded’?

  5. In Acrobat XI on Windows I save as the file to create another same file. But the text in the creating file has been modified.
    Steps to eproduce:
    1. Open the Demo File.pdf and click "Save As" in File tab.
    2. Give a name and save it somewhere.
    3. Reopen the new file you will easily find it is not the same as Demo File.pdf

  8. Whenever opening pdf file, Acrobar Pro DC always shows a window titled as 'content preparation progress". This takes too long and blocks file content & makes hard to read file content.
    Sometimes several minutes, sometimes forever!
    This needs to be improved.

  9. It is dead slow! I have an 64bit Windows 10 laptop and it takes almost two minutes to exit it! I will toss it for a pirate copy without cloud options.
    It sucks big time.

  10. I have users that are experiencing the above described issue. They open up a single PDF, or multiple PDFs, and if they are left open for 60 mins or longer, all pages in the PDFs go blank.

    Acrobat DC Pro (2015.006.30355), Windows 10, Microsoft Surface.
    We are expecting the PDF pages to be available the entire time the PDF is open.
    We've observed that it happens with multiple PDFs and requires the user to close all PDFs and reopen to resolve.

    If my understanding is correct, you purchased some product but could not downlaod. Can you provide some more details please? Exactly which product/version did you purchase? Did you purchase online? If so, did you receive an email with the download link?

  15. image opens as RGB but Orig image is placed as cmyk in InDesign 2017 then saved as ADOBE PDF (preset). I can't locate any pref.

  17. With Mac os High Sierra Acrobat often quit unexpectively. Sometimes its quite impossible to check a pdf.

    Can you share the versions of Acrobat|Outlook you are using.
    Also check if the file: “C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat 2015\Acrobat\PDFPrevHndlr.dll” is present on your machine, if not please repair your product,
