    Dear Mr./Mrs.

    I and my collegues created a custom stamp on Excel and this stamp has text fields and a text field for the signature. Kindly look attached file. We would like to work with our custom stamp on our invoices and on our delivery notes within our workflow. However we couldn't insert texts into the text fields and couldn't add a signature when we add this stamp on one of the invoice using Acrobat DC.   2. Please consider updating the pricing, trial and cancellation policy for your product subscriptions. Your monthly subscription fees are way too expensive for individual customers, with one exception - your photography plan. Your photography plan is a great value. Why can't your other plans be like that?

    Also, who can remember to cancel within 7 days? When you start charging monthly fees for a yearly plan so quickly, and then charge a ridiculous amount (50%!) for your cancellation fee, it makes me feel like you couldn't care less about your customers - you just want to make a buck. Is that…

  4. I just wanted to let you know that Adobe Acrobat Pro DC is the most annoying piece of software I have ever used. It doesn't look like anyone at Adobe considered usability or the end customer when creating this software.

  6. As the title says, LogTransport Application (a process listed under Adobe Acrobat DC in the Windows Task Manager) basically runs at full throttle and maxes my CPU (well, one core).

    I can tell when this starts because my laptop's fans start going.

    This problem started around about the most recent Acrobat update, so mid May.
    Current version is:
    Acrobat DC, 2020.009.20065
    Windows 10 Pro 1903

  7. It is quite silly for the full System Administrator role to be required to reset a users password. There has to be a role to allow user management, which is usually done by a Helpdesk team.

  10. File management issue. Or UI issue.

    No recently opened files appear at all. Not in the Open Recent menu, not after I choose to show all recent files.

    Yes, even in the Home view.

    (And now the UserVoice form is not allowing me to post my report. Perpetual "Server Communications problems! Please try again.") message.)

    Slows me down a bit.

  11. Hello,

    I fully understand, if I click on an a .pdf file Adobe acrobat application will open and runs my task and after that I may close that pdf file and open another PDF file... But I don't know why after running a .bpdx fule which is just for Rebuilding an index windows stays open and does not close and end the application. This causes problem with my scheduled task that I run at midnight as follow:
    1. move and copy some file.
    2. Stop the dropbox after re
    3. run the rebuilding of the indexes
    4. Start the Dropbox.…

  12. Acrobat Pro DC (2020.006.20042) on Windows 10 64bit (1909 18363.836)
    ALWAYS crashes, when copying text with formations, after trying to paste the text to another program like Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.

    Some times it paste the text correctly and then crashes, after trying to focus Acrobat. Sometimes it just crash and paste nothing.

    With out formatting, all works.

    This is not only the case for the latest releases. I got this behave for over an year, and with every update it got's more worst.

    Maybe Adobe can move from fail-fast over to an fail-safe/fail-unsafe behave of the CC programs.

  15. Can you please add a ruler tool. One which you could click on and it would go across the screen. If you could have it utilize the up and down keys to control it's movement, that would be great. Our firm receives a lot of lists in adobe pdf. form and it would help us keep track of where we are as we go through the pdf list.

    In pandemic times, it is necessary to make PDF documents even more secure, taking into account that people are avoiding using printed paper instead of the PDF file. It is necessary to create tools that make it impossible for people to copy, share documents.

  18. I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (Build: 20.6.20042.371807) on a mac OS 10.12.6

    If I use the scroll wheel on my mouse to zoom on a PDF, Acrobat freezes. It does not freeze when using the mouse scroll wheel to scroll through pages, nor does it freeze if I click the + button to zoom. Only freezes when using the mouse scroll wheel to zoom.

    Any ideas how to fix this?

  19. POSSIBLE BUG

    This was originally brought to my attention by my print vendor, who asked that I correct the overprint and resubmit the file for offset print. As I preflight all my files, I was caught off guard. But on re-inspection I could see the overprint issue.

    During preflight process of the InDesign PDF file, a pattern graphic is highlighted as overprinting when selecting Output Preview: Colour Warning: Show Overprinting.

  20. On MAC platform, Print to Adobe PDF and Save as Adobe PDF do not work to change filled forms into forms without fill. This option is available on IBM platform. This is a major drawback for me and a huge market of legal professionals---we have to use Adobe PDF fillable forms created by courts--and the forms are locked so we can't sign them or edit them unless we can save them to a nonfillable format.
