    Could you be more specific? Where do you expect a download button? Also, what do you mean by ‘page address downloaded’?

  2. Windows Acrobat XI save as problem

    In Acrobat XI on Windows I save as the file to create another same file. But the text in the creating file has been modified.
    Steps to eproduce:
    1. Open the Demo File.pdf and click "Save As" in File tab.
    2. Give a name and save it somewhere.
    3. Reopen the new file you will easily find it is not the same as Demo File.pdf

  3. Opening side by side

    It would be great to be able to open 2 PDF pages next toeach other for easy comparison, i.e. when comparing two people on a geneology site

    Hi

    You can try the following –
    Go to Organize Pages App to move the pages you want to see next to each other.
    Then go to View→Display Options and select Two pages.

  4. Action Wizard causes crash

    I've created an Action Wizard that does the following:
    -Runs Preflight to convert to PDF/A-1a
    -Saves to a Local Folder, appending "_A-1a" to the end of the file name.

    That's it. I can run this Action Wizard on individual PDFs no problem. But when I use the "Add Files..." option to run this wizard on multiple files, the Action Wizard begins, but crashes Acrobat after the first file. This has been the case for the last few updates to Acrobat DC (15.23.20056.213124), but did used to work with Acrobat DC and previous versions of Acrobat. This is on macOS 10.12.3.

  5. Adobe PDF Print needs a PDF/UA option

    We need to be able to save WCAG compliant, semantic HTML files (e.g. from Firefox) as PDF/UA, but Adobe PDF does not offer this option. Saving as PDF/A does not produce a tagged (UA) file.

    Adobe's pdf print gadget should use the browser accessibility tree, and tag the PDF accordingly.

    PDF/UA has been an ISO standard since 2012. WCAG 2.1 was finalized in 2019, and WCAG 2.x compliance is now mandatory for public sector procurements in North America, the EU and various other jurisdictions.

  6. Dropdown Find Window

    The dropdown "Find" window used to search documents for keywords is always a problem — it slows down scrolling to an annoyingly low level. Please put the "Find" window in the bar of the program interface to alleviate the scrolling problem.

  7. Unable to reactivate Embedded Indexes

    I followed this tutorial (https://helpx.adobe.com/be_fr/acrobat/kb/enable-embedded-index-to-search-pdf.html) to reactivate embedded index in acrobat pro dc 2015 15.006.30.464. When testing the modification, The indexing is not functional.
    Is there a solution of this problem ?

  8. Adobe crashed my whole computer !!!

    I opened a document on Adobe on Mac and then it stopped responding right away. Then I tried to restart my computer or shut it down, it showed that because my ADOBE WOULD NOT let me!!?? I couldn't not open any pdf or restart my computer because of this. Please help!

  9. Error Message: There was an error processing a page. There was a problem reading this document (109).

    I get this error message occasionally, and sometimes if I close the document and reopen, it loads fine. Other times, it just won't load. Any suggestions?

  10. after create link page zoom changes

    windows 10, Acrobat pro DC 2019.008.20074

    bug?

    description of issue:
    - page zoom of pdf is fit width
    - select text/location where the link must be inserted
    - right mouse click -> create link
    link action = go to a page view
    - click next
    - go to page/section to where the link must go
    - click Set link
    - the pdf jumps back to the location of the selected text.

    and now the page zoom is not longer fit width but custom.

  11. Freeze Issue When Zooming with Scroll Wheel

    When zooming with the scroll wheel, Acrobat freezes and I get a spinning beach ball. The files I am working with are not large, but they do consist of lots of lines/content streams sometimes. If anyone can offer support for this, it would be greatly appreciated. I encounter this issue multiple times a day and it appears to happen only if I am trying to zoom with the wheel right after it opens and Acrobat is still trying to load the creative cloud profile, or when I have been working in the file for a period of time and try…

  12. The PDF file will be collapse after saving the file and reopening it.

    Tested with Acrobat DC and PitStop Pro.
    Run the attached action and save your random PDF.
    Reopen the PDF file and the interface will now be collapsed.

  14. Program Closes Adobe Acrobat DC has stopped working

    I will be in the middle of a project and this comes up...

    A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. If this happens, I am going to stop paying a monthly fee and discontinue services. HELP

  16. Acrobat DC is so horrible that I will toss it for a pirate copy

    It is dead slow! I have an 64bit Windows 10 laptop and it takes almost two minutes to exit it! I will toss it for a pirate copy without cloud options.
    It sucks big time.

  17. PDF pages simply go blank after 60+ mins

    I have users that are experiencing the above described issue. They open up a single PDF, or multiple PDFs, and if they are left open for 60 mins or longer, all pages in the PDFs go blank.

    Acrobat DC Pro (2015.006.30355), Windows 10, Microsoft Surface.
    We are expecting the PDF pages to be available the entire time the PDF is open.
    We've observed that it happens with multiple PDFs and requires the user to close all PDFs and reopen to resolve.

  18. Acrobat: tools- edit using photoshop:

    image opens as RGB but Orig image is placed as cmyk in InDesign 2017 then saved as ADOBE PDF (preset). I can't locate any pref.

  20. Acrobat quit unexpectively

    With Mac os High Sierra Acrobat often quit unexpectively. Sometimes its quite impossible to check a pdf.
