  1. It is tiring to deal with ever changing technology. The previous interface was so user friendly and everything was working smoothly. There is no reason for your company to spend resources on ever updating and changing interfaces. It confuses the users and creates more tech support request. Some things are best to be kept as is as they are working perfectly.

  3. Your new version (2023.003) is just TERRIBLE. :

    1) WHY change something that was working well before, and that everyone just KNEW how to use? WHY? What is the purpose of changing the interface just for the change. It is TERRIBLE.

    2) It is also very BUGGY, and freezes constantly by simply moving the window, opening documents, closing them, etc. Windows 10 22H2 latest patches, 16GB RAM on i7. WHY purposefully make our lives harder?

  4. Tl;dr: The new 64-bit version of Acrobat should work as Reader when not logged-in/assigned a license.

In the era of work-from-home we now have all of our users logging into a multi user terminal server.

On this server we recently installed the 64-bit version of Adobe since it's where the industry is moving to; however, we then discovered that once Adobe "upgrades" itself from Reader mode to Acrobat mode all of our reader only users cannot access the product.

Since it is not possible to install both the 64-bit version of Acrobat and Reader, since they install to the same…

1- A.I, where Adobe acrobat can recognize a a CV, tag it, label it, and save it on the cloud, wait thats not all, what is coming is even better
    :)
    2- add a feature where a user can get a report…

  6. After I open a pdf, A pop-up appears to "advertise' some particular feature such as 'fill & sign' for example. This is EXTREMELY ANNOYING. Also highly UNPROFESSIONAL as occurs during a potential client presentation.
Please DISABLE THIS IMMEDIATELY. We pay for the product - NOT for ADOBE advertise itself during my time.

Please update you acrobat to the latest version on Mac and try to reproduce the scenario.

Let us know if you still face this issue.
    Thanks!!

  9. As an architect or an engineer, we are always managing plans with different scales that have (usually) a graphic scale for reference. The measure tool would be EXTREMELY useful if includes an option to set the scale by selecting two points on an eventual graphic scale included within an existing pdf... this will help to quickly have the pdf in scale and ready to be measured.

    Please, include this feature.

  10. Can you stop showing the "TRY IT NOW" option after it's been selected once, as it get REALLY FKING annoying happening EVERY TIME you open Adobe Reader... seriously we know there is a new feature. I'm not going to use it just because of the number of times it has annoyingly popped up and stopped me getting on with what I actually trying to do. I subscribe to avoid annoying pop ups...

  11. Next time you allow someone to redesign your product, please DO make sure it is done by someone that actually is using the product/software. The latest adobe acrobat update that started dropping about a month ago is shite beyond belief, and I can easily tell it was done by someone trying to suck up to his superiors and probably has a photoshop background, well done adobe you suck!!!

But instead to improve and add features.

  13. Why would you change the interface into this totally random collection of garbage? The last update you moved the snapshot feature, now I can't find anything. I have to hunt for every little option I need. This is taking up way too much of my time.

  15. Allow users to customize the toolbar- add some (not all) drawing markup tools, comment tools, editing tools, highlight tools, without having to add an entire group. There are tools in a group that I never use, but I must select a group and wait for it to load, rather than seeing all my frequent tools at one time.

  17. RETURN TO THE PREVIOUS VERSION OF ACROBAT. YOU HAVE TAKEN EVERY SINGLE THING GOOD ABOUT IT AND MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO WORK QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. ONCE AGAIN, LEAVE A GOOD THING ALONE! THE NEW VERISON IS NOT QUICKER, NOT EASIER AND CERTAINLY NOT AS USER FRIENDLY. AND, NO IT ISN'T BECAUSE IT'S NEW. THINGS THAT ARE IMPROVED ARE INTUITIVELY EASIER TO WORK IN. THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT.

  19. Even with 32gb of RAM, 64-bit windows 10 O/S, and i9 processor, it is difficult to open a 150 page pdf file with 36"x48" sheets of drawings. We get the out of memory error all the time or the pages are blank.
