  2. I do not have an idea, I have a complaint. We pay for adobe and we use the adobe sign on a daily basis and on a daily basis I have issues with the website not responding and I have to try multiple times to get it to work. Today I have tried multiple times to send my documents to be signed and all I see is thumbnail not yet available and it is not displaying my docs. Super frustrating when there are deadlines to meet. My idea would be to have a working program.

  3. Dear Adobe Team,

    it would be a great feature if a sender is receiving Out of Office messages if he has send out an aggrement via Adobe Sign. If the user replys to a Adobe Sign mail this is being send to the sender. But Out of Office messages are not being forwared. This would be a highly needed feature. If you need anything from me concerning this feature request please let me know.

  4. Why!!! After spending the time to put all the docs needed for signature into the program and then try to begin assigning the signature spots....it tells you it can not do it---- THEN EVERYTHING DISAPPEARS & if YOU TRY TO DO IT AGAIN....IT HAPPENS AGAIN. I am so frustrated with this program.

  5. Acrobat Pro DC currently allows us to create Library Templates when sending for signature with Adobe Sign. But to send the template after creating it, we have to go to the Document Cloud in the browser. This option should already be available in the Document Cloud tab of Acrobat Pro DC.

  6. PDF will either give me an error message or only upload to 72% then stop. I've let it sit for almost an hour and the PDF is only half a page long, is there a fix for this?

  7. If you use quotes (“) anywhere in the message body, Adobe Sign will fail at 60% with this error when you click on the “Specify Where To Sign” button or “More Options” link.

    It had no problem with the ($) and the (/) characters.

  8. Add the following:
    1. The time in addition to date stamp by the signature
    2. The name of program should be on each page as a header or footer, not only on the document history page.

    The state of Georgia now has their own background check form and requires these features in order for the form to be electronically signed.

  9. We have PDF maker plug in for excel and same has been published in Citrix environment. When user try to use the plugin it does not give them sign in prompt and through license error. User have to launch acrobat first in order to activate the license and then use the PDF maker plug in. This solution is not feasible as Acrobat is not a published application in our citrix site and also this is additional step which users do not prefer.

  12. You removed the option of "title" for a field choice in Adobe Sign. I have to use "full name," now. Signatories are confused by this. Please put Title back as a field option.

  14. It shows I have two signatures, choose one, then I go to sign and there is NO SIGNATURE available and requests to add one (resin there were two in the first place! once I sign AGAIN, there is still NO signature available for me!!!!!! Frustrating

  15. In the prepare feature, I can add a signature box and a drop down box but I have to create the drop down box each time. Since the information in the drop down box is the same for each PDF I prepare, I would like to be able to save it and make it a shortcut or have it remembered so I don't have to create for each PDF.

  16. To whom it may concern, The US users in my organization are seeing Taiwanese language when trying to access the sign-in function of Adobe Acrobat CC. The sign-in menu should display in English and not in Taiwanese. The menu also shows links that direct clicks towards the https:/adobe.com/tw/legal/license web site. This does not happen in version of Acrobat (20035). I believe this is a bug but easily correctable. Please let me know if this issue can be addressed. Thank You

  17. The "type" option for signatures is not valid i all countries.
    If anyone can just "type" a name with keyboard then there is nothing to prove who wrote the name.

    I would suggest an option to disabe the "type" field and other fields in the signature process.

    It would be nice to be able to do it through the syntax. So that it can be made individual for different templates.

  20. Add option of "Receive copy of final document?" for each signer, in case particular signer(s) do not need/want a copy or notification that the document was signed by all parties later in the signature chain.
